Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options including cold, hot, sweet and savory items. The location couldn't be much better being right in the heart of Prague. The staff on the whole were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were cleaned to a good standard and beds made up every day.

There was an issue with one of the rooms allocated not being available due to previous guests not having checked out & this caused us some problems for our first night, although this was rectified the next day. The lack of a coffee machine or kettle in the rooms was something of a disappointment as not all of our party wanted to be or were capable of being out all day & so spent a fair bit of time in their rooms. For less able bodied travelers it's worth noting that there a few steps between reception and the lifts.

The rooms are beautiful and big, the bathroom is good as well. In our room there was a standing shower as well as a Jacuzzi bath. The placement of the hotel is in the center of the central square, so at night and early mornings it can get pretty loud. But everything is very close to the hotel. The rooms were clean and the stuff was nice and helpful. There’s a possibility to leave the luggage after check out. In addition the breakfasts were tasty but not a lot to choose from. in our room there was a standing shower as well as a Jacuzzi bath.

There is no air conditioning but if you travel on autumn or spring opening the windows will do the job (there is a heating battery in the room, so I guess it works in winter)

Excellent location

The location is great, personal is very helpful and professional, nice reception and friendly service. Rooms were fairly clean, though I would say fair 3.5 stars Hotel, 4 star for the location. But generally good value for the price. Breakfast was standard in ok selection, not the richest but ok - I would say for 4 star hotel.

It is noisy from the street, we don't really mind that, but if you are sensitive to sounds, it would annoy you. Out of all electricity sticks only 1 worked. There's no possibility to make coffee on the room, then there should be coffee machine at each floor. At 5* Hotel I would expect coffee set and bottle of water on the room. The beds are pretty hard, but well we slept ok anyway :)

Five days in Prague! We had great pleasure in spending our holiday in Prague in May, choosing the "Ambassador Zlata Husa" hotel. We arrived in the morning and were immediately given a wonderful room with a large lounge and bedroom. The reception staff were very friendly and speak several languages. Breakfast is varied: hot dishes, salads, desserts and pastries. The hotel is located in the center of Prague on Wenceslas Square, next to the metro. Everything is within walking distance. Our plane took off at midnight and before leaving the hotel we were kindly offered breakfast packages. We were very pleased! Thanks a lot.

Toilet did not flush adequately ( wastes lot of water and no use)

Ambassador Zlata Husa is centrally located, lavishly decorated and offers the feeling of a luxury oasis from the bustling metropole. You will feel like living in a royal apartment inspired from the likes of Vienna or Versailles. The pictures were good, but reality surpassed it, the rooms are large and very finely decorated. I highly recommend booking one of their suites on the upper floors, which also gives you a beautiful view of the avenue below. The breakfast offered a large variety of foods, from eggs and omelet to fresh fruit. Since we were staying in one of the larger rooms on the top floor, we also got to take breakfast in a side room which was calmer than the usual dining area. This area also had its own coffee machine. Overall, the breakfast was satisfactory and supplied us with energy for a day of exploring Prague.

Since it's very centrally located, transportation directly to front door is not possible and catching a taxi from the near area might get you stuck in traffic. Keep this in mind when leaving for airport etc. However, if you plan accordingly, there is no issue.

• Excellent location! 2mins walk to Mustek Metro Station, 3mins to nearest tram, Wenceslas Square, Police Station. 5-7mins to Lidl Supermarket. Few options of nearby Thai Massage places. It’s at street with lot of shops. •The room is spacious, with nice jacuzzi and bathroom. Heater in room works well. Housekeeping replace the towel and add toiletries every day of stay. Even left me chocolate coin. Sent iron and board to the room when I requested. Provided bathrobe and slipper in room • Responsive reception and functional telephone in the room. Gave me room facing the street as requested. They have prepared the room in advanced, so I was able to check in like 2hrs earlier (I really appreciate this). Kept my bags safe upon checked out. • Quite variety of options for breakfast i.e salad bar, fruit bar, bread with meat and cheese slices, sweet pastries and crepe, cereal, white toast and jam, omelettes, egg, some noodle, sausages and ham (which I didn’t eat ), fruit juices, coffee and tea, hot chocolate. • they gave voucher for welcome drink at the bar, which I didn’t have time to use it. • they provide card to access the room • they even have small money exchanger at the premise

• Nothing really! But would be nicer if the housekeeping pay more attention on bathroom cleaning - I noticed few strands of hair on the wall and in jacuzzi when I first checked in 😅. • Not really a dislike, but FYI - there is EUR100 refundable deposit upon check in which wasn’t informed during booking. Would have been better to inform this in advanced! And non-refundable EUR2/night of city tax

The room was BIG and the location close to Mustek Metro Station was very convenient. Breakfast was an ample spread of hot and cold foods, breads, and pastries. The staff were pleasant.

It was a last minute booking, so it was more expensive than I wanted. We also had to agree to a substantial “deposit” in case of breakage or use of the minibar. The bathroom was equipped with a high-sided tub that was difficult to get in and out of and had no shower, just a handheld water head. People with mobility problems should be aware that it’s necessary to go up some steps to get to the elevator, and in some cases, it’s necessary to go up and down other steps to reach your room after the elevator. Finally, if your room faces Wenceslas Square, you will probably hear people and music most of the night. It didn’t bother us, but it might bother some people.
