the location was excellent, near the metro station Mustek and 15 mn in a walk distance to the old city center. Quiet and large room . the towels and sheets were very clean.

There is no kitchen facilities. we asked even for glasses. The cleanliness can be better. There was a hole in the curtain. There was only one electrical outlet in the kitchen.

Located in a very central spot. Clean.

Being located on a central street brings some downsides when combined with poor soundproofing. Our room was just above the garage door, so we counted all the cars entering or exiting the garage. The noise was quite significant throughout the day, and really disturbing at 5AMs when garbage was collected from hotel front.

The hotel is located in the center of the city and very accessible and the room we stayed was very spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful.

We spent seven days in Prague. And all seven days we stayed at the EA ApartHotel Melantrich. We felt at home the whole week! We were warmly greeted at the reception, given the keys to the room and all our questions were answered. All this thanks to Karel, the receptionist. (Moc děkuji Karel!) The hotel is located in the center of Prague. There is a metro station and a tram stop nearby. The main train station is within walking distance. The room was large, with a fully equipped kitchen. The windows overlooked Wenceslas Square. Despite the liveliness of this place, the room had good soundproofing. Large bed. Daily cleaning. Good and varied breakfast. We were leaving early (the plane took off at night). They prepared bags of groceries for us in advance. Thank you very much! We were very pleased and will definitely come back here again! 🇨🇿

The location was amazing and our room looked onto the main strip. The room was big and spacious and very warm.

Amazing apartment right in the heart of the city center. There are lots of eating places right next door including a few shopping malls, coffee shops. The beds were quite comfortable and even though my room was facing the street, i couldn't hear any noise levels at all. There's a metro entrance right opposite the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and was manned 24/7.

There wasn't much amenities in the bathroom except for a shower gel which was almost empty and wasn't replinished even for the 3rd day and was done only after i mentioned it. The room was smelling of cigarette smoke which i didn't like. There was no drinking water available which means we had to rely on the local mini market for water. There was no A/C and they had put some temporary fans, but wasn't much help as ther rooms were quite hot.

We stayed here twice. Overall a great place to stay! Right in the center of Wenceslas Square, although the rooms are pretty soundproof so we didn't hear much outside noise which was great. The rooms we stayed in were pretty spacious and had mostly everything we needed for our short stays. The beds were comfortable and there was A/C available. The breakfast was incredible!! We stayed there a second time just for the breakfast. They had everything you could want. Also, a big thank you to Karel at reception! He was very friendly and very good at his job juggling all of the stress of guests while still being kind to everyone.

No microwaves and no washing machines in the apartments. There was also kind of a gross smell coming from the bathrooms (both apartments we stayed in had the same smell), but it wasn't any kind of deal breaker.

The staff so helpful. The room clean . The bed was hard if you like that.They allowed us an early checkin and a late checkout for a small price. The breakfast was great alot of options, clean space.Close to transportation and can walk to many central attractions.The room was good value for the money.

I dont have any "not likes". But as aside note and not the hotels fault..the area is very busy and construction going on out front. I wish they had better options for toiletries in the room.The 1 item in the shower not sure if it was body soap or shampoo. This is a very silly thing to say but we traveled with a back pack for the night so didn't have theses items and toiletries are listed as amenities .

The room was well appointed and the staff very friendly. Perfect place to overnight if catching a train. Short walk to the station. Complimentary fizzy water. Restaurant available from 6pm except Sundays with bar food available at reasonable prices. I had a lovely conversation with one of the bar staff who had excellent English.

The towels were thin there was only 1 pillow and only 1 elevator station so I had to traverse long corridors with a suitcase that doesn't wheel well on carpet. But really these are very minor considerations.
