Location is ideal. We were on top floor so our balcony was big: amazing sunsets! Generous amount of equipment in the kitchen and dishwasher worked well. Self check in codes worked well. If you phone property they respond quickly and issue solved!

Bathroom wasn't dirty but wasn't really clean. Grout in shower was dark from mold and sink drained slow. Staff were slow to respond via message chat feature in app. I had to phone regarding preregistration of passports because three chat messages went unanswered. The building only has apartments on top two floors... the front desk employee is not for hotel and they were constantly being asked by people how to check in. I felt bad for them. We stayed three days and although I don't mind not having housekeeping for that long: it is too long to not provide garbage emptying... especially with a kitchen. The sign to empty garbage was on the door but never happened.

Amazing terrace view in the city center. The location was just a couple of meters from the metro. The apartament had most amenities that you need on a daily-basis. The livingroom, kitchen and the bathroom was very clean. The host was very helpful and informing.

A bit outdated furniture. We saw signs of use in the apartament, scuffs on walls etc. One of the balcony doors didnt open, but the second one did, so was not a big issue. The outdoor furniture was dirty. TV was outdated and could only be used for cable-TV as it didnt even have an HDMI port.

Accommodation was perfect 👌 right central to everything. Easy access with key code. Accommodation was very clean and equipped with everything. It's great to have an iron and ironing board. There is no noise from a busy street below. Rooms were very sound proof, could not hear anything from other rooms.Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

The only thing was the glass panels at the end of the bed as it was hard to access the bed from that side. We are not large people, but if it was a larger person, then they would struggle. It's just that everyone has their side of the bed they would normally sleep in. Otherwise, everything was good.

The apartment is located in the center of the city. The location is excellent. Easy to get to and from the city if you have a car. The garage for the car costs 25e per day, but it is worth every euro. My parents were delighted with the apartment. It is very peaceful and quiet considering that they are located in the city center on the main square.

The chairs on the dinning hall are too big for the dinning table .. not so friendly user. Suggest to change the smaller set.

Loved my stay here! This is my second visit to Prague and it didn’t disappoint!! Clear instructions how to get in the property and where it was located. Also, as travelling on my own I felt pretty secure as you need a code to access your floor. It’s in a fab location as well and really central and only 2 mins away from underground. Room was spotless which plenty of towels and it was a pretty decent size. It very nearly had everything I needed and I really enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely not hesitate to book there again!

There wasn’t much if I’m honest. I would have loved a toaster and the bed was maybe a bit firm for my liking but that’s just my preference. Also, I wasn’t sure how to turn off the extractor in the bathroom as it seemed to be on a timer?

Great location with easy check in. You cannot beat the view! Great setup for a family or couple. Only thing to be aware of is if you are coming by Uber it’s in the middle of a pedestrian square so about a 100 meters from the closest drop off location or an easy metro stop. If you need groceries, Albert which down in the Metro area and great for all your needs. Don’t waste your time at any of the small “supermarkets”. Uber rides from the airport is super easy and it’s an easy walk to the train station.

Clean, new, centrally located, 2 bathrooms!!

No flexibility on storing luggage before/ after check-in or check-out, even though it turns out that VN3 Terraces Suites is a large operation, with whole floors of apartments in the building. Also, the electric sockets in the kitchen didn’t seem to work. We had to plug the kettle in to the electric sockets in the bathroom instead.

We had a family trip with 2 small kids, and we loved the Prague as VN3 app. was at great location, almost everything is within 15min walk (National museum, old square, astrological clock, museum of illusion, Karls bridge..etc). You enter the appartment with digital keys, and we had no problem entering once we filled all the legal forms online. Location and size of the apartment is excellent and we had everything we needed. Two bedrooms, living room and dinning room , kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Really great value for money. Also, there is a metro station 50m from the app. (green A line takes you to the Prague castle). Parking is not ensured, but lovely staffed reserved us the parking place in the garage 200-300m from the apartment (take your stuff with you from the car as once you park it you cannot come back, it goes underground via lift). We paid 25 eur per day.

It is not a negative thing, but proposal to ensure hotel slippers. It seems floor is just vacuumed but not cleaned with mops. But really, this did not influenced our overall satisfaction with the appartment.
