-The hotel is very conveniently located at the heart of Wenceslas Square, and has very convenient connections to Prague's extensive tram and metro. It's also within a comfortable walking distance to the Old Town, the National Museum, and the Central Railway Station. -The beds are very comfortable. -The lobby, while small, leads right onto Prague's extensive passage network, which is a gem to explore.

-The image creates the impression that the hotel's building is more extensive than it actually is. -The hotel room is rather narrow. In fact, it's the narrowest hotel room I've stayed in (about as narrow as, or even narrower than, the Kowloon Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui). -The hotel's reception is only intermittedly staffed. However, the nearby EA Aparthotel Melantrich's reception, which is staffed 24/7, serves the Rokoko hotel as well.

Amazing location . Walking distance to all attractions. Amazing thing was Starbucks is next to hotel to have coffee or hot chocolate every morning. All stores are nearby. Very good location. The hotel staff were very helpful and good people. They helped me by providing plug as I was travelling from India had no idea that here the plugs are different but the reception guy helped me by providing the plug free of charge. Very nice staff . Hotel was clean and room cleaning was on time and perfect. Highly recommended

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the moment I arrived to the second I departed. The people working here are all friendly and helpful and couldn't do more for me if they tried. Breakfast catered to all tastes and there was always somewhere to sit when at any of the bars. The pool and spa facilities is a real good plus also when having a busy day sight seeing, it's good to have an option of relaxation at a hotel

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel it was perfect for what I needed it for.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Excellent position for sightseeing. Staff were very helpful

There was not someone on reception all the time, so you do have to go a few yards down the road to the apartments where there was someone there to help. We had tea and coffee in our rooms, but not black english breakfast tea. So, if like me that is what you want, do take some with you.

Location was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size and was lovely and clean. The shower was great. The view from the window was also fantastic.

Having to move from one hotel to the neighbouring one for breakfast was a slight inconvenience but nothing to mark down for. Main feedback is that the room had a lovely great big bed, but was fitted with two smaller single duvet covers, as a solo traveler I’d been looking forward to having a big bed to myself and even if I had been travelling with my partner I would have still liked the duvet to match the mattress size. Also it would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival.

Excellent! The hotel is located ultra-centrally, on a beautiful and large boulevard, with a metro and tram station very close. It is close to many top tourist attractions such as the Prague Astronomical Clock - Old Town and the Charles Bridge or the Prague National Museum. You don't need a tram or metro to reach them, you can easily reach them on foot. The staff at the hotel Reception is exceptional. They are extremely professional, very polite and helpful. They speak English very well. They helped me with any information I needed. I thank all of them (I wrote down only Karel's name, but absolutely all of them are equally friendly and operative in solving any problem). The hotel is very safe, the room was very safe. The elevator is modern and large. The hotel in general is very clean and quiet, and the room is excellent. The room is very large, very clean, with very good beds and equipped with everything you need. I booked a large room with a large terrace with a table and two chairs. The attention to small details in the equipment of the room can be easily observed. The bathroom is very clean and pleasant. Excellent wifi. Map. Tea and coffee maker. LCD TV (several national programs, but I assure you that you will be too tired after a day of walking to watch TV!). I found the price-quality ratio unbeatable. Attention: if you want additional services, such as airport-hotel taxi or check-in at earlier times than mentioned on Booking (or the hotel's website), earlier than 3:00 p.m., these services are possible, for a fee. For additional services, follow the messages you receive after booking the room on Booking, it is important to request what you want in advance. The hotel will answer you very quickly and accurately. The services offered are accurate and perfect! It is a perfect base for exploring the indescribable beauties and tourist attractions of this fantastically beautiful city, Prague!

Great location in Prague's city center. Close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The Old Town Square (Staré Město) is just steps away. Clean and spacious room, and friendly staff. Easy check-in.

Providing complimentary bottled water in the rooms would be a welcome amenity. The hotel's location on a busy square with nearby nightclubs presents a significant noise issue.

The central location allowed for easy access by foot to various areas, including Old Town. The room I was given was the one requested overlooking Wenceslas Square. The double paned windows kept out any noise. The front desk staff was very approachable and easy to talk to.

The wifi could've been better. It improved as I walked to other parts of the room or at certain times of the day.

Location, comfortable, fairly spacious

No one on reception. Had to check in at the sister hotel 50 yards away. A little confusing upon arrival. Ordered a taxi through the hotel. As we checked out there was no one on reception duty. A taxi was waiting outside and confirmed my name and location (the airport) so I got in. 30 minutes later the hotel ring to ask where we are as our taxi is waiting? We had got the wrong taxi! The male receptionist would not accept my explanation and said that we would still be charged the taxi fare and put the phone down! Yes we have been charged £30 on our card. Otherwise fine, but be aware of the unmanned reception issue!
