The staff were lovely and friendly! The room was spacious, clean and had great air conditioning. The bed was super comfy and very spacious! There was free water left in our rooms each day and free iced tea available in the lobby which was just a little touch that made us feel special. It is fantastic value for money, the room, service and location were all 10/10

My only complaint would be that the bar closes at 11, rather than 11:30 which is stated on the website and around the hotel.

We loved that the hotel was centrally located and a short walk from the train station. It was very easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Our room initially didn't have a functioning AC, but the hotel staff moved us right away. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating.

The breakfast was expensive, in my opinion(approx. $20), and the quality of the food wasn't great. I only ate breakfast 1 morning, but managed to find wonderful coffee shops and the types of breakfast I enjoy just a short walk away. Also I was a little surprised to see so many adult stores, strip clubs, saunas, etc. on the street next to the hotel. But at the same time, it felt totally safe.

Location was great pretty much 10 mins walk from everywhere. Breakfast offering was good. Had a small gym & sauna.

Booked the balcony room but balcony was tiny no chair or tables as the photo - just book cheaper standard room

Lovely hotel! The staff at the reception welcomed us with a welcome drink, and we immediately felt at ease. The room (equipped with air conditioning and a minibar) was very nice — always clean and tidy every evening when we came back. The view wasn’t great, but since we were on holiday, we didn’t really mind. The staff were very kind, including the cleaning ladies, who always greeted us with a smile in the hallways. A special mention to the bartender — super friendly, it was a pleasure chatting with him. The location is perfect: literally a 15-minute walk to the historic center. Compliments to the whole team!

My stay was excellent — the room was extremely clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all necessary bathroom amenities provided. The facilities were top notch, and I enjoyed a great breakfast each morning. The location, just 200 metres from the city centre, made everything easily accessible. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience. The check-in is open 24/24.

While the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, my stay was unfortunately ruined by the noise. There's a disco club practically attached to the building, and the music was unbearably loud well into the night. Despite the otherwise great facilities, it's impossible to get a good night's sleep, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone sensitive to noise.

Perfect location for a weekend city break! Not too much in the hustle and bustle of main bars but still only a 10 mins walk away. Shops and cafes all near by. £14 taxi from the airport to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy with hotel desk being 24hours. Room was modern and clean , big windows made it feel light and airy. Our room was facing the rear side so we had no issues with any noise from the Main Street, was very peaceful in fact! Hotel also had a locked luggage room which was perfect for the last day when we still wanted to explore!

We were wary about the night time clubs in the same street as the hotel fork reading previous reviews. If travelling as a couple you don’t get approached by the promoters , we weren’t hassled once by them and wouldn’t have known they were there besides from the signs, don’t let it put you off!

I had an amazing experience at K+K Hotel Fenix! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, always welcoming with a smile and ready to assist. My room was clean, spacious, and even had a lovely terrace, which was a great bonus. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town and many major attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Prague on foot. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and practical

The Casinos next to it are stripper clubs, you wont hear any noise or see anyhthung wierd but still.

Great location, very accurate description and photos, the room was exactly like shown on the app. Clean, comfy, good breakfast.

Wish the hairdryer wasn't the same cheap basic model that most hotels have where you have to hold the button continuously for it to work and that it burns your hair no matter what setting you have it on. But that's a tiny inconvenience in what is overall a great stay.

The location is excellent, about the closest you can get to the city centre. Room was spacious, with a unusually large desk for hotel room. Breakfast was excellent.

Downside of the location was that it was too busy and loud times (fortunately the rooms are oriented to a courtyard, so the hotel was actually very quiet), with some dubious bars just next doors and people offering entry on every corner. So definitely not recommended for a family trip with kids. Also bathroom was a bit overdue for an upgrade.
