Despite being a stone's throw from the equestrian statue, the double windows were surprisingly effective at closing off the noise. The location was fantastic, and soon will have an even closer subway stop they are building now. Depending on how much walking you can handle with bags, it's theoretically walkable from the train/bus station nearby, but we had more bags so we took a quick Uber. We arrived early and they have a separate locked place for bag storage - very nice. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Room was big with a mini-kitchen (fridge microwave sink toaster...etc)

Breakfast was with a voucher for another hotel a short walk away - unusual but ok. Room temp wasn't easy to control except by opening windows to cool it down.

The room was very spacious. It has its own kitchen where you can cook, kitchen utilities you can use, a microwave and fridge. The breakfast which was in another hotel (just a 2-3 minute walk) was excellent. The hotel is very close to the metro and there were close by shops and food restaurants. Walking distance to the old town square around 10-15 minutes.

No toiletries apart from the shower gel and single soap so make sure to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush and etc

top location right on Wenzels square, right next to the National Museum, a ton of shopping options and right in the city center. the train station is close by as well. staff was friendly (everyone spoke German) and we had a fine apartment on the last floor. the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. quite quiet overall.

quite early checkout (10:00!) and pretty late check-in as well (but it was possible to check-in early, thanks!). a tad to much flyers and pamphlets upon checkin imho. shower pressure was quite poor.

We really enjoyed staying at the Hapimag apartment! The apartment was clean and large enough for the family. I got warm birthday greetings and a small present from the apartment. The facility was also great as we could use the washing machine, cook, and have a minibar. The location and everything were perfect!

One of the biggest rooms I have ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, and clean apartment. The location is one of the best (near the Opera in Prague) The breakfast was included in the price, and was in another hotel, nearby (2 mins walking distance) The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was lackluster in choices: 2 types of sausages, 2 types of omelets, bacon (that you could crack your teeth in), yogurt, cereal, and that's about it A little pricy.

We liked everything - the location was great, the apartment was spacious, well equipped and quiet. In addition, the breakfast was wonderful with many options both for meat eaters and vegetarians.

Our stay was comfortable and he got rooms facing the square with christmas market so we had a beautiful view. The rooms are big with small kitchenette and all the appliances. The only 1 disappointing fact was that there was a beautiful coffee machine however you have to purchase the coffee pods in order to use it. I found that little strange as I do travel a lot and coffee and some tea is not a big ask. Anyway, overall it was a pleasant stay, staff was fabulous and I loved the welcome drink - mulled wine which was delicious! Thank you, Hapimag

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The room they gave us had an amazing view of Wenceslas and the national theatre. The room was really warm and it had everything we needed inside. The staff were very helpful and answered every question we had. I would book it again if i visited Prague again. Thank you for everything.

Fabulous central location, excellent staff 24/7 and a fantastic value apartment fully equipped. Breakfast was just across the road and was equally fantastic and also included! Highly recommended.

As to be expected by the location, traffic over the cobble stones and people/pedestrias were loud outside during the evening so we couldn't leave the window open during the night but the windows shut the noise out well.
