Lovely welcome from our host who was super friendly despite it being the middle of the night as our flights were delayed. We really appreciated this. The building is entered through an atmospheric shared courtyard. Very close to the main station - just a few minutes walk, which mattered to us as we were taking a morning train to Vienna. The room was great - air con, smart bathroom, huge comfy bed, location right next to wenceslas square. Balcony too which we really wanted. Great value for money.

It's a room, not an apartment. For the money, it's still great value, but it is a room and there aren't many food prep facilities (no surface), nor a coffee maker (apart from a shared one downstairs). There's a wine fridge, a microwave and a kettle, plus a couple of plates and bowls, so you could buy a couple of ready meals and eat in, or get cereal and milk for breakfast, but you couldn't make toast and eggs for example.

The location was perfect. Close proximity to everything we wanted. There’s a store opposite the property that’s opened 24hrs for quick items which was great when we needed anything. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and bedding, clean, and convenient for the number of days we stayed.

Using the stairs to go and up down to my room. I am not sure if there’s an elevator in the property but either way, we made it work. It wasn’t a big of a deal but just a discomfort when it’s 75 degrees outside and you have to hike a lot of stairs to get to your room to cool off.

The bed was terrific, king size!. Bedding was great. Room was convenient. Location was terrific. Just a couple minutes walk from Wenceslas Square and the train station and metro stations. It was soooo convenient! I’d gladly stay here again. Great local Czech restaurant just up the street, Tiskárna! Had great meals there - all traditional Czech dishes. 24-hour convenient store actores the street. Local bakery next door. What a great situation!

I can’t think of anything. Staff was terrific. Pável was helpful and more than generous with tips and I do. Also, it has two big windows - one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom which both opened easily. Plus an AC unit and a big oscillating fan. Awesome for temp control. Made things very comfortable!

In our 5 night stay we did not see a hotel or apartments in a better location. The room was Clean, Quiet with Everything working as it should do . The so called building site was Not in the same courtyard but 2 buildings away and we never herd Any noise from it during our whole stay, as for the light dimmer i would not call a 1 sec wait long !!! The reason these apartments get constant 9-10 reviews is they are Extremely good value for the money you pay. If you want a Brand New Top Luxury apartment in pristine condition then you will need to pay 2 or 3 times more money. People need to get realistic and not expect to get a Rolls-Royce for the price of a Mini .

Nothing really noteworthy. Was going to give a 9 review score but after reading an unjustified 6 review score we gave a 10.

The apartment is located at a convenient location in Prague, near the metro station (red line). The staff is friendly. The apartment is clean. We did need to climb 2 flight of stairs as there is no elevator access. Our room air conditioner was faulty and the staff manage to replace it with a portable air conditioner.

The only issue we had was there was no fridge in the room. The "fridge" they had was a wine chiller which couldn't keep our groceries cold enough and some of our groceries spoiled during our stay.

Our experience at this apartment was truly extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, Pawel and the delightful lady at the reception extended warm hospitality, ensuring our family of five, including a teenage boy, felt truly welcomed. Their genuine friendliness and eagerness to assist us made our stay unforgettable. The apartment itself surpassed our expectations – clean, ideally located, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pawel and the receptionist kindly provided us with a map of the city and pointed out must-see attractions and activities in Prague, enriching our exploration of this magnificent city. For anyone planning a visit to Prague, booking this apartment is an absolute must. We're already looking forward to our next visit; that's how remarkable our stay was.

Pavel is a very nice young man always response quickly and solve the problem. Reception lady was very nice also. Outside was very cold like -7 degree during our stay but inside the apartment, we felt very warm ( we only need to wear a thin long sleeves) and the restroom was also warm. That is a great plus! Shower temperature was also good. The apartment is close to lots of tourist places by walking but very quiet in the night time which enable us for a good night sleep. Apartment has everything that you need for prepare simple breakfast and very spacious! My daughter was sick the last day with fever and Pavel let us to check out late until we catched our flight back home. That was very nice of him.. we couldn´t imagine my daughter walking around the city at -11 degree or stay in coffee shop cuz all what she wanted was lying on the bed and rest.

The room is spacious, clean. They give a portable air conditioner which was okay during early spring. Pavel was very responsive and helpful, the reception lady was very welcoming and helpful, we had to store our luggage after checking out, and she also open door for us to drop by and charge our phone at lobby.

Had to carry our luggages up the stairs, since it's an old apartment.

Fantastic location close to the train station and the main drag of town but still secluded enough that there wasn’t too much noise. Was an easy 7 min walk from trains with all our bags, everything else seemed to be within walking distance as well which was really nice. Pavel was super accommodating and let us drop our bags off before check-in so we could go explore without having to worry about our stuff.

Our only complaint (and not sure if it goes for every room or just ours) was that our bathroom door couldn’t be closed properly because of a small rise in the floor, but wasn’t the end of the world.

Amazing stay.Location perfect,easy transport from airport, metro Muzeum 3min walk. Walking distance from everywhere, but still quite place to stay, our room had window to court yard - nice and quite. Room with masive and extremely comfortable bed, tv, bathroom with big shower, toilet. Nice and clean. Free coffe on reception. Staff extremely friendly, veryvery nice stay.
