This hotel is the best i have been stayed in years! Starting from the staff which gave us personal attention every time when reaching back to the hotel after a long day of trip. We even managed to make friends with the staff which actually were interested in our trip and not just give us service. The breakfast was phenomenal with amazing quality and the coffee was the best in town which we are not exaggerating since we are true coffee lovers. The hotel is 5 minutes from th e main train station which is a massive advantage. All of our needs were immediately dealed with for eg. our shower wash was finished and after reporting to the front desk it was filled again immediately.

The air conditioning of the room could have been better, but we see this in all around Prague many places are not that air conditioned. Maybe its us who arrive from hot countries and require good air conditioning.

Really liked this hotel. The hotel was clean, it was lovely an modern. The beds firm but comfortable. This was one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel, so many healthy options. The gym and spa room (use of steam room and sauna) included in the stay was a great touch. The staff were exceptionally helpful and spoke great English which was helpful for us. The main train station is only a few minutes walk away and the direct AirPort Express drops off here. The hotel is really close to the national museum, and a 5-10 minute walk to the square, we weee very happy with the location. I would stay again if returning to Prague.

Only a small thing our room had a shower/bath combo. I find these difficult to navigate. Not sure you really need a bath in a hotel. I would suggest asking when booking if there are rooms available without if you are concerned about slipping.

The location close to major attractions was very good - close to the National Museum, Wenceslas Square and Old Town with the Astronomical Clock. The restaurant offered a variety of breakfast options including full continental items, and made to order hot breakfast dishes. The wait staff was also very helpful and friendly. The room was not very large, but clean and comfortable.

There are a number of stairs from the street to the lobby, which made it an issue bringing up large luggage. The bathroom could use more shelf space for storing items.

The property was conveniently located very near a metro station and the main train station so it was easy to get to the Congress center for me. It was also in a very safe Neighbourhood and it was safe for my 18-year-old to wander around the city center. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The bar attached to the hotel was also great for a nice drink after a day at the conference and had some interesting varieties. The breakfast looked delicious. Unfortunately I had no time to try it out.

The property was fantastic. Most aspects breakfast was a little pricey. The AC could not cope with the summer heat however, the staff were very good at fixing it quickly.

The fresh fruits, pastries, and local delicacies were a delightful way to start the day. Room: My room at Flakenstiener Hotel was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed with modern amenities. The plush bedding ensured a restful sleep, and the attention to detail in the room's design was evident. It provided the perfect haven after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Location: The hotel's location couldn't have been better. Nestled in the heart of Prague, it was within walking distance of major attractions, including Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. The proximity to public transportation made it convenient to explore other parts of the city as well. Overall, my stay at Flakenstiener Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of excellent staff, delectable breakfast, comfortable rooms, and a prime location made it an unforgettable experience.

As we arrived by train from Budapest, it was a great location....just a short walk from the train station. The hotel entrance is very welcoming, and the lobby and reception areas are also beautifully decorated. It was easy to feel relaxed. The staff at the front desk were friendly, polite and very helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor with views across to the train station ( which you could not hear ). The room was quite spacious, with plenty of storage options, and place for cases. Our bathroom was also a decent size. All rooms were well appointed with modern decor and were very clean. The location was great. Close proximity to train station, and a short walk to the old town. The Prague castle was about a 30 minute walk. The Monkey Bar/Terrace area was a great spot to relax and have a cocktail or two......quite unique......or some great Tapas food. Unfortunately for us the experience was spoiled a little due to the smokers. I would definitely recommend if looking for a modern, well located hotel.

Excellent hotel gym. Cool vibe in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Well located.

Mattress was overly firm. Wait times at the restaurant were unreasonably long. One night, we waited 10-15min to be seated and no one came to greet us, even though the staff could see us, so we left. The times we did manage to eat or drink at the restaurant, we had to wait 10-15min before anyone came to take our orders. The slowness of the restaurant was hard to understand, as it seemed to happen whether the restaurant was busy or empty. We found the prices at the restaurant, while not outrageous, somewhat high.

Great breakfast with a mix of things so everyone can find what they love, the staff was great! Everyone was nice and tried to help with any request. We traveled with our 8-month-old baby, and they were amazing in helping with any request we needed. The room is clean and big and has a great view. The hotel is close to everything needed (also to the central station), so most days we just walked and didn't use any public transportation.

The only thing I can think of is that there isn't much space in the closet to organize your things, so if you are coming for a few days, most of your items will stay in the suitcase.

I want to highlight that the staff at breakfast are amazing! I travelled alone and it was really a pleasure to see their happy faces each morning. Adrianna (I hope I spelled it right) remembered my order and helped me to glutenfree oatmilk for my latte. It's those things that make a stay extra memorable. The hotel is a vibe - and the breakfast buffet and a la carte offerings are fresh, great quality and excellent choices. I had the omelet with truffle and the shakshuka. On my last day I enjoyed a good cocktail at monkey bar - the waiter was very knowledgeable and we talked about our mutual love for Double Dutch mixers. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to people who like luxury hotels with a great vibe, amazing food and a welcoming spirit.

Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from Prague's main train station, which offers a direct and fast bus to the airport. It's also only a few minutes from the city center and close to most major tourist attractions, as well as several great restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived before the official check-in time, and they had our room ready for us, which was a huge bonus. Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel's bar-restaurant served an excellent breakfast with a great pub atmosphere. We enjoyed the small and very clean spa. Although we didn't use the gym, it looked well-equipped for anyone who wants to get a workout in. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its amazing location, friendly service, and comfortable amenities.

While the hotel has many positives, there was one notable issue during our stay. The most significant downside we experienced was that our room was located directly above the hotel's pub. We found that the music was sometimes a bit disturbing, although it was not loud enough to affect our sleep.
