This apartment was INCREDIBLE! It presents exactly like the photos, and it's absolutely stunning. Even then, the photos don't do it justice, it's a modern and luxurious flat. It was exceptionally clean, and well-organized. Delicious smelling toiletries were stocked in each bathroom. The dining/living room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. We were sad to only stay here for 2 days. It was one of the most beautiful and clean apartments I have ever rented. It was also only a 2 minute walk to the main train station. We 100% would stay here again.

It had a soda-making machine in the kitchen, but no supplies to use it. We were only staying two days, so we didn't want to buy any for that short amount of time. A toaster, (which it didn't have) would be a more useful appliance.

This place was AMAZING! We had two apartments (8 & & 6 bedroomed)- on two different floors and both were Grand (pun intended). Huge bedrooms and sitting room. All the appliances we needed were there too. The host was so easy to get a hold of on WhatsApp. We were close to everything- all in walking distance. There were also 6 large lockers in the Foyer which we were able to use as check out was at 10am and we had an evening flight. These apartments were absolutely perfect for our girls weekend away.

We had some issue with the hot water but the host was so accommodating and we quickly resolved it.

We spent 3 days here,8 ppl at all. The accomodation is well enough for 10 ppl,lovely warm and clean. Huge rooms,big and very cosy beds, lot of towels,toaletries. Storng wifi. We habe not cooked or baked in the kitchen ,have enough glasses and mugs. Very close to the Orloj,maybe 10 mins walk. The street amd the area is central,but still calm enough during night. The house and the staircase is also very clean, safe and pleasant. The communication was great,we got all the needed infos trough the booking and on whatsapp too. It was clear ,useful .

The blurred glass bathroom "door" was not my fav one,but may thats only my "antisocial-being".

The accommodation is very spacious, with large rooms and beds, and is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It features a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The shower provides fast and consistent hot water. Check-in is easy, and the location is highly convenient, within walking distance of the town and next to the main railway station. The customer service is exceptional—always available on demand, highly responsive, and quick to attend to all our queries.

There were no locks on two of the bathrooms which when your with friends is awkward. Also one of the bedrooms is in between the other two , so you can't go to the toilet in the night without going through one of the other bedrooms . But we coped ok with this .

Beautiful apartment with luxury finishing and high ceilings. Close to trainstation 5min walk and 7min to metro. Old Town in walking distance and a lot of shopping opportunities on the way! Felt safe and secure at all times. Efficient equipment to cook a meal, dishwasher and washing machine. Heating in apartment sufficient. Two separate toilets from bathroom very convenient! Nice modern bath, good relaxing after long day of sight seeing! Comfortable couch and smart TV, dining table to enjoy meals.

We did not get the apartment who’s pictures was on booking confirmation. The layout of the apartment we got is a bit unpractical, small kitchen space in middle of appartment the refrigerator door and bathroomdoor cannot be open at the same time! The bathroom window and toilet windows are not private enough, frosting only partially. With sunset at 4pm in winter the office building opposite have a full view on the bathrooms and toilets. Don’t count on the tumble dryer, it’s a 2in 1 washer dryer….after 2 hours clothes still damp, we just hang it on hangers, heating sufficient to dry the clothes overnight, clothes rack will be handy.

Excellent communication from the Empirent Team, they gave a code for entry to the building and the keys were located in a lock box, after that you could fob in, the apartment we had was huge, 4 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room with toilet and a separate toilet, kitchen with everything you'd need, there is also a small balcony off the kitchen and a larger one off the lounge. The apartment is central to all the main attractions, 30 minutes walk maximum unless you want to go outside the centre, only 5 minutes walk from the train station

the place was clean and spacious, enough for a large family to use. the photos don't give it justice. the staff members reply fast, and are very accommodating. it's good value for customers' money. definitely one of the highlights in our stay in beautiful prague. thank you to all the staff.

The apartment was very clean and well thought out. Everything was in good working order and it was very easy to find and check ourselves into. For getting around the city, it's in a great location and easy to either walk or grab the subway right down the street. Would definitely stay here again!

The beds were comfortable but a bit noisy - every move caused a crinkle. Also, the shower door leaks a good bit from the bottom.

Large and clean apartment with AC. Safe location. Minutes walk from the train station and close to historical Prague. Washer and dryer available. Large tub for a warm bath was very appreciated. Functioning elevator.

Overall great. But for the price I would expect more attention to detail. There is no coffee or tea. The single bed has unstable bed slats and caused the mattress to fall in the middle of the night. Lamps missing lampshades. Sparsely furnished rooms. Also please note that one bedroom is only accessible by walking through another bedroom.
