The room is very nice and spacious, very pretty and spacious. I think the hotel was the best about our short stay at Prague.

Very strange way of check in. You have to do it online and provide all your personal information PLUS a picture of your personal document and also a selfie of yourself 😂. In the countries I have traveled 10+ I have never met with something as strange as this. I wasn’t very happy about providing my personal information on the internet (although they say it is only for them and it it “secured” information) you may never know. I wouldn’t book a hotel ever again with this kind of a system and I understand why the reviews about this hotel are very disappointing and also no staff or any living soul in the hotel if you want to ask any questions, understandable for people older it will be a difficulty to even book this hotel

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Just Like the Photos! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our visit to Prague. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises, just clean, modern, and comfortable accommodations. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Prague. We were within walking distance of all the major sights, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Although there’s no traditional front desk, the online reception was excellent. Communication was clear and friendly, and whenever we needed anything, they were easy to reach by phone and very helpful. We didn’t have breakfast included, so I can’t comment on that, but there are plenty of great cafés and bakeries nearby. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay in a perfect location with smooth and friendly service. Would definitely stay here again!

A couple of minor things to note: the curtains weren’t blackout, so we found ourselves waking up a bit earlier than planned due to the light. Also, the pillows were a bit big and firm for our taste—but of course, that comes down to personal preference. We didn’t try the breakfast, but there were lots of nice places nearby.

Fantastic location. Spacious. Very comfortable bed. Even though online check-in wasn’t smooth, support via WhatsApp was very helpful.

We booked the room cca 2 hours before arrival, which led to a complications with online check-in. We had to ask for the information email which was supposed to be sent us prior arrival (we didn’t know, found out at the hotel door and WhatsApp chat). The whole online registration wasn’t very smooth and took us more than 30 mins to fill the forms to be able to check in. I was informed that there were some technical issues with the system, maybe just bad luck this one time, but I highly recommend to do the online check-in early enough before arrival to the hotel.

Very good location, the hotel is neat and quiet, and the rooms are clean. A big plus is the ability to tilt or open the window. A decent continental-style breakfast is perfect for starting the day before exploring the city.

I didn't like the idea of a "reception-free hotel" and the entire digital experience. While I understand the legal requirements, I find sending scanned documents (and selfies!)... unpleasant. The scope of online registration should have been disclosed beforehand. I saw information that another property has a service desk (reception) – there should be a check-in option there for those who don't want to submit their data online.

Very comfortable, large, warm bed. Strong, hot showers. Very friendly bar staff. Late check out (12 noon). EXCELLENT LOCATION - two minute, easy walk from main station and Wenclaslav Square but extremely quiet, safe and convenient. Breakfasts till 10.30 are great for sleepers! Super clean towels and bed linen. Downstairs bar very convenient till midnight.

The check-in system online is a nightmare with an absent reception staff for the uninitiated - codes, passwords to main building and to rooms that often don’t work on first few attempts. Terrible if you urgently need the toilet - catastrophic if there was a fire! Why are so many hotels now doing away with friendly, HELPFUL reception??!! What’s happened to user-friendliness??!! Breakfasts could have provided more choices.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, close to train station and old town. Though there is no reception or staff to welcome you (all done via app) it was all very seamless. We arrived early and I contacted the staff vis WhatsApp to see whether we could leave our bags on site until check in time, and they allowed us to check-in early as our room was ready. Awesome. There are tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room. The only (very small) thing I would mention is that there is no milk/cream provided to have in our morning tea/coffee, though this could easily be purchased from a local shop.

Nothing.

The rooms are nice and big, the location is close to the train station which is convenient

It is run all remotely with no staff, similar to an Airbnb which I didn’t like as a chose a hotel and not an Airbnb for a reason. Our room was clearly ready early and despite asking for an early check in multiple times we had to stand outside our door and wait until exactly 1500 before we could enter our room.

Hotel is in a good location, the stairs in the lobby are a bit surprising, but it didn't matter. Nicely tidy room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. It was nice that there was a fridge in the room, also a coffee maker and even an iron. One of the good hotels in Prague.

With all due respect to the hotel, however, I have a but, that is, something that I did not like. I don't know if it's just me, but I've been having a bit of a problem with maids lately. Either they have been kicking me out of the room since morning or they are not cleaning. It was nicely cleaned here. The leaflet in the room stated that for environmental reasons and to ensure privacy they clean in three days. However, what was my surprise when I returned to the room the next evening and found the maid visiting and things thrown around. No offense, but I really didn't like this. My stuff is my stuff and I don't like it when a stranger handles it without my knowledge. I would like to know next time. If I had known that the maid came every day, I would have locked my things in the suitcase.

Breakfast was okay, not truly continental, but at least I saw one person in charge. Coffee? Well, I would have expected better, but, heck with it. It was all in-line with value-2-price. Location isn't recommended for guest travelling per car, as the parking fees would have nearly added up to the roomfare. I found a "Mr.Parking" 1.2 km foot-walk away. That I truly cam recommend anybody. Otherwise, next time in Prague...I am staying here, again.

Nothing of true matter. This hotel can truly be recommended. Period.

The room was so beautiful and light , a lot of windows. Water and coffee facilities. Shower facilities, cleanliness. The location is perfect. And the restaurant on the ground floor was very nice.

The hall has only 2 chairs. The process to check-in is confusing. The reception is hidden in the storage with bottle boxes and suitcases. The receptionist doesn't speak English and I was frustrated about what I should do. I was exhausted after my journey to the hotel and I expected to quickly check-in but I have got a plastic folder and not clear instructions and no place to sit and understand what happens. But I went to the cafe and had good soup and managed to check-in.
