Ideal location. Quiet street. Central to all prague has to offer on foot. Use of metro very close, main train station if need too or tram system if unable to walk far. Fantastic service, very welcoming, very helpful especially Samy definitely 5 star service highly recommend. Modern decor. Generous room size. Clean & Comfortable bed. Air con bonus appreciated it, in intense heat! Good continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

No English breakfast Tea option available or milk in room. At breakfast was there so maybe should of asked!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s location was amazing—metro and New Square were right at our doorstep, and we could easily reach other areas on foot or directly by metro. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, but as a couple, we didn’t really like the pillows; they were too soft for our preference. We left early, so we couldn’t try the breakfast, but it’s probably a typical European breakfast. All in all, it’s a great place to stay in terms of location and service, and we would definitely recommend it!

As a couple, we would have preferred firmer pillows. Additionally, we left early and couldn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on its quality. However, we assume it was a typical European breakfast. These were the main drawbacks for us, but overall, our experience was still positive.

Well located hotel with comfortable bed and large room. You get good value for the price you pay. There is one nice thing that I must highlight: in the breakfast area there is a sign saying if you need to checkout before breakfast starts, you can ask them to prepare a small takeaway meal. I think it is so thoughtful and I’ve never seen a hotel doing it. In my case, they were even more thoughtful: on my last day we went to bed quite late and wouldn’t wake up in time for breakfast, so I asked them for this takeaway meal. They ended up letting us eat and have coffee after we checked out. It made our last day in Prague so more convenient. I wish more hotels could do it.

Very clean, warm & shower was awesome. Location is ideal for the town. Lots of local pubs & resaurants to get great value for money food. Breakfast was very adequate with plenty of choice. The hotel have their own taxi and the driver was super helpful. Would recommend ordering the return taxi to the airport as is more reliable all be it a bit more expensive than an uber.

One of the staff must have been having a moment as was almost aloof. Not rude, but not welcoming. However, it didn't ruin our stay.

Where the hotel is situated, it is right smack bang in the middle of everything historical. You are so close to all modes of transport, trams, buses were excellent, and anyone who knows me i prefer taxis but not this time. Staff on the desk are very pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast had a nice mix to it. Each day, it had some hot food, continental, cereals, fruit, a good range of hot drinks, and fruit juice. Our interconnecting room was everything and more. Would happily recommend and restay. Thank you, myo wencelas.

This hotel positively conquered us, its central location, cleanliness, 4 star hotel with 5-star conditions, fresh and delicious food, parking. Beyond all this, the staff is outstanding in its entirety, from the cleaning staff, to the reception, to the waitresses. Two people worth noting, Olga and Valery, two girls who, through their warmth, respect, charisma and positive attitude, manage to make you feel as if you’ve known them for a lifetime. We send them a hug, this way! You two give even more color to this wonderful hotel!

The rooms were big enough and very clean. And very quiet. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to the main square and metro. Very efficient and cheap public transport.

It was our first visit to the Czeck republic so we were not sure what to expect with food. The breakfast was a selection of typical czeck items - we would have liked more hot options. But that's just our personal taste.

Everything matched my expectation and few aspects even exceed them (location and safety). Hotel is in few minutes walk from crowded Wenceslas Square were a lot of shopping places and restaurants, but it was very quiet near hotel. Also having police department on opposite site of street work excellent for feeling safe.
