The location is perfect. It's right near the main boulevard in Prague. The room was a good size with great views of the city. We especially liked the rooftop bar to watch the sunset. Breakfast was excellent.

Some of the fixtures (the blinds) were a little tattered. There are also some stairs to navigate due to the architecture of the building.

The location, room and breakfast are all very good, and the service is very satisfying! Location：It is located opposite the National Museum. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Astronomical Clock and the railway station, and it takes 20 minutes to reach the Charles Bridge. Traveling in the evening and morning can avoid the crowds of tourists. Room：I live in a room with a bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows on the fifth floor. It is very quiet at night and there is no street noise. The room is clean and tidy. The view is amazing! Exceeded expectations! Breakfast: hot and cold options, usually eggs sausage and hot vegetables or rice and pasta, and cold options with a variety of salads, cheese, and ham. Cereal, bread, snacks, yogurt, drinks, fruits are also very rich, and there are many choices. Service: The front desk is very friendly and the service is very considerate, especially thanks to them for their help.Special thanks to tatiana for her helpSince I didn't specify the type of room I wanted, Tatiana arranged for me to change the room. The service staff pays great attention to the feedback of the guests and is doing their best to do their best. What I mentioned below are not the shortcomings of the hotel, but should pay attention to confirm before arriving at the hotel.There are two other points to note: 1. If you book a room type「dulexe double room with prague castle view」and want a room with a bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows, you need to contact the hotel in advance to mark the room with a bathtub you want. 2. The room facing the museum side faces a main road with a lot of traffic. People who are sensitive to sound, please contact the hotel when booking to choose a room that is not close to the side of the road.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Little perks on welcome, like fresh fruit, water, wine in room, free drink on rooftop bar! Such an extensive breakfast buffet!

A 20 min walk to Old Town, which was exciting at first, but then we discovered how convenient the metro is just around the corner.

The location is very nice and very central. From our window we directly looked at the beautiful national museum and it is only ~50 m by foot to the popular Wencelas square. Also other highlights like the Charles bridge or the rotating head of Kafka can be reached easily by foot within less ~25 minutes. The next metro station is also less than 50m away and the next tram station only ~8 minutes by foot. The staff was very nice and kind at all times. Special thanks for Tatiana at this point. We really appreciated the warm welcome and kind words. As a welcome a bottle of wine was waiting in our room and we got another one for the last evening with a nice personal card. Very cool! The rooftop bar is not easy to find (staff helped out) but offers a stunning view over Prague and especially sunsets can be well enjoyed there. Our room was large, well cleaned and the beds were comfortable. Not the most modern furniture anymore but absolutely sufficient for 4 nights. The breakfast is also very good. The quality of the offered food is good and the variety is very good; for instance there was a variety of vegetables, fruits and cereals.

The bathroom could have been more modern a more comfortable because both basin and shower were very basic. But still not much to complain here. A downside is the noise sensitivity. You can hear every word from the corridor in the room as if the person is standing in the room. The noise transmission from other rooms in contrast is zero so it is complanining on high level. The hotel already offered a fix for this because we already found ear plugs for both of us next to the beds. But even without them the sleeping quality was good during night.

Excellent location - convenient to public transportation or 15 minute walk (at most) to the majority of the key tourist points of interest. The hotel is in an old, classic building, but well maintained and very typical of this type of hotel in Europe. Our rooms were very comfortable and we received an upgrade to a large suite for one of our two reserved rooms. The furnishings and decorations, like the building, is classic, as opposed to highly modern, which was perfectly fine for us. Beds were very comfortable and typical double European size. The staff could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. We felt very much at home there. We only ate breakfast one morning and it was diverse and very good quality. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Everything was as I expected, based on researching the hotel, and actually exceeded my expectations. There is nothing we didn't like about it.

We loved that that: - the property was clean, with room service every day -it has a roof top cafe with stunning views of Prague -the room was clean, spacious, comfortable & light-filled - the staff are so polite, attentive & helpful - the breakfast that was included is fantastic, tasty, with lots of selections -the location was right next to Wenceslas square & a metro -there was a great restaurant next door -it isn’t far from the main train station

The ‘safe’ was too easy to remove, as it sits on a removable shelf. The toilet room needs a hook for a hand towel after you wash your hands.

- Parking. Your car likely will not fit the 189cm gate to on-site parking and it is difficult to park even for check-in. There is alternative parking which is 10min walk, but BUT! given the constructions, rush hour etc. 30mins by car! That can mean a 45 minute checkout. - the rooms vary a lot, make sure you check which one you book - stairs, varying amounts (it was ok for us, just bear in mind)

The best asset of Wenceslas Square Hotel is a personnel. They seems to be very young however they are delivering the best service I ever got in the hotel. You need the parking place for a big car they will find something for you without paying the fortune, they all speaking perfectly English, they are giving you tips about what to see in Prague and how and when to get there. Breakfast is delicious and rooftop bar service is also top class.

It seems that some rooms had been renovated but some still need to have some refreshments. I’ll start with replacing bed mattress as the one in my room was very soft without giving proper support for body core.

Great Stay – Excellent Staff and Location We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The staff and manager were absolutely fantastic — the manager was especially helpful and kindly arranged a room change for us. The location is perfect, right across from the beautiful National Museum building. Although the hotel building is older, it’s well maintained. We really appreciated the vintage photos of the surrounding streets in the rooms — a nice historical touch. The breakfast was good, and the fan in the room worked well. They also gave us some great drink vouchers. The rooftop bar staff were very friendly, and one kind bartender even offered an iced coffee to our daughter. The reception also guided us perfectly regarding parking, and the parking rate was very reasonable. If the TV had more international channels, it would be even better. Overall, we are thankful for the great experience!

The view of the city was absolutely spectacular as was the hotel atmosphere with its great facilities and convenient location right in the heart of the Prague. The staff was very professional and helpful Tatiana at the front reception desk is a great example, she gave us many great tips on what activities and restaurants are within close proximity, her knowledge of the city really helped us, not to mention her great customer service. Will stay here again in the future and would absolutely recommend to anyone.
