Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The breakfast was a great bonus, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Parking my own car in the hotel’s parking lot was quite challenging. To enter, I had to fold in the side mirrors to avoid hitting or scratching them. Honestly, the parking area was very tight and limited in space. That was the only issue I had everything else was great.

The staff was absolutely amazing. During our check-in everything was well-explained to us and on top of that the staff assisted us with out bags and showed us directly to our rooms. We even received complimentary drinks for the rooftop cafe and a Prague Pass which we used to get a discount at the Banksy Exhibition ! The location was also amazing as it was next to National Museum and a shopping street and walking distance to the Main Train Station! Our room had a view of the Prague Castle which was amazing but you can also get the view from the rooftop which was lovely.

The location is perfect. It's right near the main boulevard in Prague. The room was a good size with great views of the city. We especially liked the rooftop bar to watch the sunset. Breakfast was excellent.

Some of the fixtures (the blinds) were a little tattered. There are also some stairs to navigate due to the architecture of the building.

The location, room and breakfast are all very good, and the service is very satisfying! Location：It is located opposite the National Museum. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Astronomical Clock and the railway station, and it takes 20 minutes to reach the Charles Bridge. Traveling in the evening and morning can avoid the crowds of tourists. Room：I live in a room with a bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows on the fifth floor. It is very quiet at night and there is no street noise. The room is clean and tidy. The view is amazing! Exceeded expectations! Breakfast: hot and cold options, usually eggs sausage and hot vegetables or rice and pasta, and cold options with a variety of salads, cheese, and ham. Cereal, bread, snacks, yogurt, drinks, fruits are also very rich, and there are many choices. The service staff pays great attention to the feedback of the guests and is doing their best to do their best. What I mentioned below are not the shortcomings of the hotel, but should pay attention to confirm before arriving at the hotel.There are two other points to note: 1. If you book a room type「dulexe double room with prague castle view」and want a room with a bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows, you need to contact the hotel in advance to mark the room with a bathtub you want. 2. The room facing the museum side faces a main road with a lot of traffic. People who are sensitive to sound, please contact the hotel when booking to choose a room that is not close to the side of the road.

We loved almost everything about this hotel. It is a place with a soul, not very modern but this was a refreshment for us. The view we had over Prague was magnificant, and the room was big and very comfortable. Everything was clean and we even got a nice welcoming surprise. Location is perfect as it is in the center of the city, yet with not much noise. We are already planing our next visit.

Since we were with a baby and a stroller we had some practical challenges. We had to use the stairs from 5th to 6th floor, as elevator goes only to 5th. But still this didn't bother us much as we enjoyed everything else.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile – the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every little detail. You could really feel their genuine desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A lovely surprise awaited us in the room – a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful gesture and set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly outstanding – everything was shining! Special mention must go to the breakfasts – they were simply amazing! A wide variety of dishes, all fresh, delicious, and constantly replenished. Even the pickiest of guests will be satisfied. All in all, this is a fantastic place where every guest feels cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would love to return again!

Wenceslas Square Hotel has got an absolutely brilliant location - a stone's throw from Prague astronomical clock, Wenceslas Square and The National Museum (which are just around the corner!). Breakfasts were amazing, the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The entire hotel has a very unique and cozy atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and kind. At the top of the hotel, there's a cafe, that has a stunning view on the city. If you travel to Prague by car, you can let the hotel know and have a spot at an underground parking given (which is also very close to the hotel). Wenceslas Square Hotel's truly recommendable for anyone who wishes to have a very pleasant stay in Prague.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Little perks on welcome, like fresh fruit, water, wine in room, free drink on rooftop bar! Such an extensive breakfast buffet!

A 20 min walk to Old Town, which was exciting at first, but then we discovered how convenient the metro is just around the corner.

The location was excellent, and everything was near by including the bus stop and metro service. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble giving us knowledge of the area, the travel facilities, local land marks etc. They made my birthday extra special!! The hotel was extremely clean and had toiletries and a hair dryer. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The hotel also had a rooftop bar where we were very well looked after by Peter, who made our stay even more special. Vikki and Mark

The only very small thing I would say is it would be handy to have a mirror in the room also, as well as the bathroom.

Excellent location - convenient to public transportation or 15 minute walk (at most) to the majority of the key tourist points of interest. The hotel is in an old, classic building, but well maintained and very typical of this type of hotel in Europe. Our rooms were very comfortable and we received an upgrade to a large suite for one of our two reserved rooms. The furnishings and decorations, like the building, is classic, as opposed to highly modern, which was perfectly fine for us. Beds were very comfortable and typical double European size. The staff could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. We felt very much at home there. We only ate breakfast one morning and it was diverse and very good quality. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Everything was as I expected, based on researching the hotel, and actually exceeded my expectations. There is nothing we didn't like about it.
