The Prague Golden Age is in an outstanding location, 5 minutes walk from the Old Town Square and Clementinum, and 10 minutes from the Charles Bridge and National Museum. Immediately outside the door is the Havelske Market, with many cafes, restaurants and bars in the surrounding side streets. The apartment itself was warm, comfortable and secure, with helpful individuals manning the reception desk

Not really a complaint but it should be noted that being a renovated UNESCO-protected 15th-century building, our apartment did not have a standard layout. The key issue is that you are required to go through bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2. It wasn't a particular problem for us but others may want to take this into consideration. I'm not sure if other apartments had a similar layout

The location was fantastic so central to all the major sites, being a few minutes in any direction to see everything you need to see over a short break. The twin beds were clean and comfortable and they were made every day. The cost of our room made for a very affordable stay away! Fab coffee shops 2 minutes walk and daily market.

There was some loud noise from the street below during the night even with the windows closed. This is only to be expected as it is such a vibrant city. It may be a problem for some people as you would want the window open for fresh air. We still managed to sleep as we walked so much during the day. There was drilling for some improvement works, the staff did apologise. And next time we will benefit from seeing the improvements.

The people at reception were very friendly and generous with their time. The kitchen area was open all day for snacks and tea/coffee as there were no facilities in room. Helpful with directions and anything else I needed to know. It’s very close to Wien Mitte and therefore everything else.

The towels are like tea towels - can’t get used to that! Not a lot of good places to eat nearby although the new Asian restaurant over the road is excellent so if Austrian food isn’t a must the Japanese/ Thai / Chinese is a great choice.

The best thing about the hotel is it's location - in the centre of Prague, approximately 2 minutes walking distance from Old Town Sqare and 7 minutes from Charles' Bridge.The room we stayed in was really tiny, but clean and nice looking. Staff was friendly.

Room did not have air conditioning, so we needed to keep window open, which was not very comfortable, as it was quite noisy in city centre. Reception is closed since 9 p.m., so if you forgot room key and return to the hotel later, you are in trouble. I would also appreciate later check- out, 10 a.m. seems quite early.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city centre so we were able to reach most sightseeing spots and museums on foot. Unbeatable location! The receptionists were lovely in the limited interactions we had with them and the room was beautiful and VERY clean! You have to go up a steep staircase so it's not accessible for everyone, but I absolutely recommend it.

Beautiful buding and nice interiors. It's an old fashion style place (keep in mind that there's no lift - we were not bothered by that at all:) ) . There was always a nice lady at the reception (good communication) The room was very cosy, the beds were comfortable and it was clean. Perfect location just in the city centre. You can easily walk there from the metro station. The fresh fruit market is just outside. Theres a lot of different cafes and restaurants around.

We loved everything about this stunning place. Location is more then great in a heart of Praha old town, Lidl 3 min walk and billa 5 min walk from the hotel,shopping area 1 min walk, to all sight-seen you can reach by walking.Room was big,super clean and comfy. The receptionists in a hotel are super friendly and helpful. Next time surely will choose this hotel again.

All was great

The hotel is not far from all the main attractions (Jewish Quarter and Klementinum, for example) and it is also near the underground stop "Mustek": you can use the underground to reach the Castle, the Dancing House and so on. The room was nice and clear: I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed. The staff is very available: they are always kind and they immediately helped me to solve a small problem with the television. Thank you again for everything! 😊

Lovely hote right in the city centre! Adorable decor, walking distance to all the main attractions. Great price.

There is no elevator, there are no black out curtains. The reception closes at 9pm, so take that into consideration if you arrive late at night. Because it's located in a busy touristy area, it can be noisy at night.

Good location. Our rooms were an apartment with all needed to stay fairly comfortable

The two rooms of our apartment were one after the other, meaning that to enter to the more inner one it was always needed to pass by the one before, which limited the privacy for couples. But this information was not mentioned in the details of the room while doing the booking.
