Fantastic hotel with beautiful junior suite rooms, well styled with a grand feel. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom was a really good size too. Restaurant was fabulous with absolutely gorgeous food very reasonably priced. Our desserts looked like a Michelin starred event. The hotel location is perfect, so close to the square and all the star attractions of the Old Town and Prague. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Prague and would highly recommend it to anyone. All staff were very helpful, pleasant and polite and spoke excellent English.

Nothing to fault really. The only thing that I feel could be improved is the breakfast location in a basement style/ back room that was cramped and too dark rather than being in the lovely airy restaurant….? The breakfast options are actually very good.

The large well appointed room was right beside the Old Town. IT had all the trimmings ofo the 12th century which added to the enjoyment. Good continental breakfast and helpful front desk.

They was, however,some (quite a lot) of noise outside the windows from the garbage trucks and wthe bakery.

Located right in the heart of old town Prague this property takes your breath away the second you walk in. The cleaning sraff is on point each and every day replemishing room with fresh bath and hand towels. As well as all soaps and such. We literally felt like our hotel room was inside a castle. This property offers breakfast hosted by the Deer Restaurant and its one of the best we have had. The restaurant is elegant, and the meals they serve for lunch and dinner are to die for. The staff is there to take care of all your needs and they do every single time. We went for a night cap in the bar area every night of our stay. Most nights there were as a gentleman playing piano. It was beautiful, it was romantic it was perfect.

The room was decorated really well. But the bath room was a bit old fashioned, it was hard to adjust the temperature for the shower as there were two separate taps one for hot and one for cold. If you get a room facing the street it can be noisy from the outside and also noise from other rooms. It is an old building. If you’re a light sleeper this is something to keep in mind.

I didn’t find staff too friendly. Prior to booking I mentioned it was my husband’s 40th birthday and for recommendations of nice places to eat and drink and none were given. Breakfast was in a really cramped dark and hot space. Didn’t think the quality or selection was too great. The coffee and juice was terrible.

A five star hotel should have been more polite and helpful stuff, especially in the breakfast service.

The Duplex suite was amazing. The décoration of the room and of the whole hôtel is fabulous. There were 2 bathrooms in the suite, which was a dream! The location of the hôtel is unbeatable! You are right in the middle of the city center, with loads of cafés+ restaurants at your door step but it’s also very quiet. The room was sparkling clean every day👍

The couch was very dirty, full of stains. It’s really unacceptable! Moreover, it’s right in front of the TV so you can’t relax and Watch a movie! Breakfast was really disappointing. The room where the buffet is located is in a basement, you have to walk pass the kitchen, there are steps, you have to go up and down with your food, it’s so narrow, you have to avoid people all the Time. The choice of food is really basic and you can only Have breakfast until 10am. Way too early for people who are on vacation and who need to relax, specially in the morning.

Excellent location literally two minutes from astronomical clock and lovely square and shops and restaurants Felt very safe at all times with the castle not far away either Well worth doing a dinner cruise at night to make the stay even more magical Hotel definitely exceeded our expectations with good breakfast options each morning and Riski the receptionist very attentive friendly and helpful

Surprised no complimentary water in the rooms Would have been nice to have tea and coffee brought to the tables at breakfast as waitresses there but not doing much Make sure you check bar prices before ordering drinks !!!!!!!!??????? Worth thinking about a break midweek before crowds come in for the weekend as got very crowded

Loved the location, the greeting, the room, the bar area and the reception staff.

TV wasn’t tuned in at all to anything in English. The worst thing was breakfast, we had it one day out of four, we were sent downstairs to a dungeon like room to a table that had a filthy cloth and really cramped surroundings and greeted with sausages and poached eggs that I wouldnt feed a goat. There was no mention of the fact that we were allowed to escape the dungeon and enjoy the wonderful Deer restaurant surroundings upstairs. For a five star restaurant, that was no breakfast, it was terrible.

We arrived at the train station and had an easy walk to the hotel. We had a deluxe room and it was amazing!!! Very special place to stay. The staff were very attentive and responsive.

We had breakfast included with our room. I would stay here again; however, would not get the breakfast. The breakfast was not that great. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and to say were were disappointed is an understatement. I wanted flat water and the waiter kept insisting that I order something. I had the pumpkin soup, which tasted like they opened a can of pumpkin soup. I only had one spoonful and then informed the waiter. In the end, we were billed for the soup, water (I didn't drink), and they even charged for bread. They also charged money for sample size toothpaste.
