Check in was excellent. We arrived a couple hours early and was allowed to check in at no extra cost. Reception staff very friendly and on our way back out gave us a map and explained were was best to go. She was really lovely and friendly. Excellent location. We went for Christmas markets. First markets we found were right around the corner near the Astronomical Clock. Just by walking around we stumbled upon 4 different clocks. Room was very clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was surprisingly good as we were not expecting much from the pictures but it was fresh and really nice. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family as very central. There was also double doors with juliet balcony were you could people watch whilst having a little rest. Thank you

There was nothing to dislike. The price was very reasonable for the location and cleanliness of hotel. Staff were friendly and informative.

Location is excellent within walking distance of all of the main attractions. The hotel was clean and warm which was lovely as we were there in March so it was still cold outside. Staff were friendly. We had breakfast included which was buffet style and very nice no complaints.

The only thing wrong in the room was the shower is in the middle of the bath and the shower screen went from the end of the bath to the middle, so to stand under the shower and use as you should do the water went outside of the bath onto the floor and this bathroom was not a wet room.

Location, close to old town square, nice rooms and shower. Breakfast selection OK selection of rolls, bacon, eggs, fruit, pastries etc.

Beds on hard side, unable to control heating in room, too warm, opened window but as situated opposite a meeting area, and busy through way was noisy, into the early hours. A smaller 'niggle' although a kettle and tea bags in room, no coffee (black), available only a premixed coffee/milk powder)... Take your own. Coffee in breakfast room pretty bad too.

Hotel is located at old town area, excellent location where you can practically walk everywhere to the major attractions.

Safe deposit box is not the standard digital type we see in the hotels. The one in this hotel, pin was provided by the hotel. Needless to say, i didnt use this safe deposit box. Bathroom is very small where opening the bathroom door would practically almost hit this shower screen door. No mirror in the rooms for hair blowing; only the bathroom has one mirror and there isnt a shelve to place the hair dryer when im drying my hair.

This property was absolutely amazing. This was towards the end of our trip and we had several things go wrong from luggage being lost at airport, bad interactions with airport staff, laundry issues, etc. The staff here was fantastic and worked with us every day for anything we needed. They were extremely accommodating. Our room was cleaned completely each day and housekeeping was very nice. Breakfast was included in our stay and opened at 8, which was also great as several places nearby didn’t open for breakfast until later. Location is ideal! Very close to everything we wanted to do and walking distance away from it at all as well. The room had an air conditioner, so made sleep much easier staying in a cooler place. Honestly, this property and staff made us feel much better and welcomed in Prague and we really appreciated that!

I liked the room size- quite big. A decent breakfast and coffee machine, especially the baked eggs in cup like dish. Vegetarians , those who can eat eggs will not suffer. There are cut fruits and bell peppers, tomatoes and cucumber as well. There is a jazz club below and restaurant besides, so pretty lively. Additionally a very popular eating place- Monk is nearby, I haven’t tried there, but have seen people queuing up. Good opportunity to try top rated restaurants without wandering around.

Balcony was there, but was locked. But anyway I guess it’s safer if it’s kept locked. Sofa can have a cover.

We loved the location, AC on the room, the lovely breakfast and that they arranged glutenfree bread for us. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times

The rooms were a bit stuffy and it would have benefited from airing for a bit before we arrived. As the location is very central in Old Town Prague, the noise level from the street can be quite loud in the evenings. Closed windows helps a lot but then the rooms will be warm. This isn't an issue if you turn on the AC but for our family who don't like AC it wasn't optimal.

The location is just perfect - in the middle of everywhere one must see over a weekend on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast is good.

There was no socket in our bathroom, which made drying our hair a hassle. We'd expect some slippers to use in the room considering it is a 4 star hotel, but there weren't any. Because there is a jazz bar downstairs I guess, Saturday night was too noisy till late hours with so many people right outside our window.

Fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk to everything we wanted to see: The Christmas markets, Old Town, the museums. It was a perfect place to stay. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods, great coffee, and plenty of space. The room had a nice area for our luggage, a very comfortable bed, and the lift worked great.

Room was a little noisy due to neighbors, but the noise was fine at night.

Location was perfect, close to all the attractions and about 17-20 min walk from the train station (Praha hl.n.). Breakfast was fantastic…..specially the pastries. Cleanliness was very good. We stayed at a 2 bedroom suite with one bathroom that had shower and toilet separated…just found odd that the hand wash sink wasn’t in the toilet room. Had AC in both dormitories. Highly recommended!

The carpet………but I think they are in the process of upgrading to hard floor. The ceiling extractor fan in the shower room didn’t work.
