The apartment itself was excellent - well appointed, spotless, spacious, great location, nicely heated for the winter, all necessary tea, coffee etc. quick and easy to contect internet - couldn't be faulted really. A great place to stay.

I have a conundrum here because the apartment itself is great and the website advice does say "floors accessible by stairs only". Correct. What it doesn't say is for apartments 2, 3 and 4 there are 96 steps with 3 coded doors and when you are >65yo and with a 25kg case it is hard work. And every time you go out it is 96 steps down and 96 back up again. Apartments 5 & 6 have even more stairs. The sensor light on the 3rd flight heading up doesn't turn on until nearly at the next landing so you climb in the dark for a while. The TV itself is very good but unfortunately there are no English news programs, specifically BBC World, Sky News, CNN etc. The kitchen clock always showed 5.10! The door to the bathroom is very stiff.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location, right in the heart of Old Town. The apartment is very large & spacious, each room was a fab size. The apartment was light, airy & had high ceilings. The owner(s) literally thought of everything & provided an unexpected array of condiments, laundry, washing & cleaning items. The apartment is atop 7 flights of stairs & the views for that height are spectacular, an almost 360 view from all the windows, you can expect to see some glorious rooftops & spires of Prague, including the Astronomical Tower, Petrin Tower & many other stunning locations (dont miss a sunset/sunrise from this view). The building itself is very grand, beautiful & the ground floor contains a great mix of shopping & restaurant/bar venues. We would definitely stay here again, thank you :).

The apartment is located in a stunning historic building right in the heart of the city, overlooking a charming inner courtyard. The value for money is unbeatable: being already in the center, there’s no need for public transport. Compared to more peripheral options, this is a clear advantage—since money for otherwise necessary metro passes may be spared. Here, you start your day just steps away from the Astronomical Clock, the Old Town Square, and Charles Bridge, and you end it with an evening stroll through the historic streets. The apartment is equipped with every possible comfort—even a washing machine. Access is smooth with a code provided by the host (who was always kind and responsive), followed by the collection of the actual keys. There is also a free luggage storage available after check-out, which is incredibly convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this property: my experience in Prague would not have been the same without the comfort location of this beautiful apartment in the city center!

Cleanliness could have been better. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t spotless either. Moreover, since I was traveling as a couple, our apartment was on the first floor, but the higher-floor apartments—including the luggage storage—require climbing several flights of stairs. This could be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.

Excellent location for exploring Prague, just off the town square and clock tower. Surprisingly quiet, considering the mass of humanity that flows by during tourist season, due to the spaced double windows. The beds were very comfortable.The apartment feels very spacious and has excellent amenities. We really appreciated the supply of Nespresso capsules and herbal & black tea bags for jump starting the day. The contactless check in went very smoothly. Communication with management was quick and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There are a considerable number of stairs to get up to the 3rd level apartments. I would not recommend this for any one with mobility, cardiac or respiratory issues.

Staff was not available onsite, not responsive or informative via messages and did not follow through with questions and requests. There was no elevator, a surprise to us. We needed to climb up 5 long flights with heavy bags, and there was no one to help. Taxi and Uber could not reach the front of the building. We were not informed of this when we emailed the staff about calling a taxi. Messages were not returned until 2 and more days later. Now, after about a week, I am still waiting to receive the receipt I requested. There was no curtain over the bathroom window. There was no air conditioning, but it got cooler in the evening with the windows open, though it may get noisy. Despite all these, it's still a great place to stay, particularly if you have light luggage.

The accommodation is in a very good location, central for everything. It's a large apartment, and everything required for four nights was available. It was clean and warm. The use of a luggage store after check out was handy. There was no blind for the bathroom window, so we had to improvise. The safe wasn't working. I would like to have seen a working smoke alarm somewhere in the apartment (there was a fitting on the kitchen ceiling and assume that's where one once was). We are quite fit, but i think the stairs to the top floor would be an issue for older, less mobile people. Unfortunately, nearby roadworks were noisy from very early in the morning, which is obviously beyond the control of the apartment ownership. The issues are relatively minor in the scheme of things, and we would happily use the apartment again.

This was an exceptionally spacious apartment right in the city centre of Prague, very close to the Town Square. The apartment was very well equipped with most amenities, including good Wifi, a washing machine and a good kitchen. The spaciousness was unusual for a central city apartment. The views from the top floor across the rooftops of Prague were unforgettable! The bathroom was also quite spacious.

We arrived at night, and found the directions to the apartment through the maze of streets of inner city Prague to be somewhat tricky. No. 5 Karlovy apartment was located at the top of five floors of steps, a long way up, with no lift. Negotiating these each day we found certainly kept us fit! We are in our 70s, and managed Ok, but it was initially difficult with our luggage. The apartment was warm and clean.

32 stairs to climb with heavy luggage a bit of an effort, but very secure.

Firstly location is excellent just a minute walk from old town square. The apartment is extremely spacious with everything you need for a short or longer term stay. The apartment is on the top floor but after being in a number of similar places over the past 4 1/2 weeks around Europe the stairs were only a slight issue when going up with our packs on the first day. The view is good as well from the windows and though it is very central the noise was very very minimal. Would definitely stay here again if back in future and would 100% recommend.

A wonderful apartment with a fantastic location—very cozy and spacious. Our windows faced an inner courtyard with a bar and a few shops, but at night the courtyard was closed, and it was completely quiet. Inside, everything we needed was provided—tea, coffee, and kitchenware. The only thing we couldn’t find was a pair of scissors. We also had no trouble finding the entrance to the apartment. The host was always in touch, responded quickly to our questions, and even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. I highly recommend staying in this apartment! :)
