The property was exceptionally clean and was an absolutely fantastic location; right in the heart of the Old Town. It was quirky and met all of our needs. The air conditioning brought welcome relief from the heat and the beds were very comfortable after a long day of sight seeing. Staff were attentive through regular communication and being able to leave our luggage on the morning we checked out was very helpful indeed. We would highly recommend having an ‘all you can eat’ breakfast at Fat Cat opposite the apartments. The secure door entry system worked well and we felt safe and secure away from the hustle and bustle of the busy cobbled streets below. Everything local was so easily accessible from this accommodation and we will definitely be back!!!

The tv channels were not great and very few in English. This is a VERY minor detail as we were out and about all day but it would have been nice for relaxing when we got back late and night.

It is centrally located at the heart of Prague. Astronomical Clock and Old Town Square is just on the corner, very easy access to tram station, restaurants and shops. Clean and very spacious apartment.

We stayed there from Tuesday to Saturday in November month when it's low season. It was pretty quiet in the evenings until Friday evening when we could hear music from pubs, but it didn't bother us much as we all slept well. The bathtub was not draining well when you shower so it makes a pool of water. Also, the ventilation fan in the bathroom is very noisy that I didn't want to switch on the light because it automatically makes this annoying sound.

The location is superb! You couldn't be in a more central location, right next to Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock! The apartment is super comfortable. The 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, right at the hart of the Old Town. Very convenient to walk around and in all directions (mind you, Prague is a "compact" city, which allows for proximity). The apartment was very clean and well served. The staff was very responsive --it also helped that the response desk was very near the apartment, for face-to-face requests/communication. Walking distance from super markets. Lots of places to eat and drink in the vicinity.

I would have like to have a slightly bigger coffee machine. Also, the Administration needs to sort out the connection of the microwave; it is well placed, but the cable does not reach the wall socket. Thus, it was necessary to pick up the microwave and placed it on the kitchen countertop every time it had to be used --and it is heavy.

We loved the location, it was spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed.

We found the two bathroom description a little misleading, as there is only actually one full bath and then another room just for the toilet and sink in. We specifically sorted our search by two bathrooms, because we really could’ve done with two full bathrooms. Really don’t want to complain but there was a quite unpleasant smell of sewerage/drainage every time we walked in, coming from the half bathroom next to the front door. Also, the hairdryer overheated way too quickly and made it very difficult to dry our hair, in a timely manner.

Such a spacious apartment. Really clean and perfect for a family. The size surpassed our expectations. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped and great that there were some cleaning products available and some toiletries in the bathroom. The location was perfect for us. Everything was minutes away from the doorstep and the digital key was very easy and safe.

It would have been a lovely extra touch if there were some tea/coffee/milk sachets. Not an issue for our stay but it is a noisy area, which we were prepared for, but that may be an issue for some people.

It's great that you just receive a key code for the door, no key cards needed etc. Code worked for both front door and our apartment. The apartment was amazing for two couples. We'll be happy to come back for sure! Location is phenomenal. Around the corner from the old Town Aquare, and a 4-5 min walk from the Charles Bridge. And even though we were smack in the center of the old town, we heard NO noise from the street.

Sadly the initial code we received wasn't working. We were in Prague during a heatwave, after hauling our luggage from the parking garage appr. 1km away, the last thing we needed, was to have to stand in the scorching sun, getting the key code sorted out. We called, and they tried to fix the provided code, but that still wouldn't unlock the door. So they issued a new code on the phone, and that worked.

The location was excellent, a few minutes from the old town square and an easy walk to many of the main attractions, restaurants and bars. The room has a king size bed and good sized shower room. There are three windows in the room, two look over the internal courtyard area and other out over the roofs of other buildings. The shower cubicle is a good size with good water pressure. The building is secure, you get an access code, which opens the front door of the building, the lift / access to the stairs and the door to your room.

The kings size bed had two single duvets on it with a throw, the duvet seemed a little short, struggled to cover both my shoulders and feet (I am 5'6")

The location was incredible. Easy access to everything right outside the door. The room was charming and quiet.

Communication with the property was poor. They did not respond and it was only 3 hours before we arrived that they emailed that despite having earlier confirmed our booking, they now required more details. Our Uber could not find the place and without a code we could not access the property until a search around the corner revealed the reception area. A map would have been useful but was not sent, now were we offered a physical map. It was hot and we had to request a fan, despite it being listed in the facilities.

Location, good facilities and everything in general.

The option was given to web check in, or you could check in in person one block away. The lady there acted like we were out of our rights to even stand in the office let alone actually help us with the check in; very rude individual to have as the face of a business. She was unwilling to do her job and acted angry to have to work; that gives 7 tales apartments a very bad image and damages your reputation. Please pay attention of bad employees that bring you down as a bussiness.
