Very central location right on Karlova, smack in the middle of the Old Town. Beautiful view from the window. Nice, large room and small kitchen with high ceilings.

No option to store luggage after checkout, except a 1km trek to the main office, plus a 5 Euro charge per bag!

The apartment and location were fantastic. Everything was very clean, and there was plenty of communication.

Before check-in we received many messages from the property. The messages specified two different check-in times, but only the later one was correct. The messages also said that we could leave luggage at reception, but when we arrived they told us we had to pay for a nearby storage space. And none of the messages mentioned the actual address of where we would stay, so my planning was based on the wrong address that was provided.

Property was absolutely beautiful, although not the apartment that was shown in the photo (as I understand the apartments are allocated depending upon family/party/group etc) the apartment we were allocated was absolutely stunning. So much room, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms, open plan living and kitchen area. Lift upto the apartment was very handy as we were on level 5. Ideal location on Karlova, right next to a Bagueterie Boulevard, a tradition Czech Restaurant was a stones throw away, as was a Chimney Cake place and so many other places to eat and shop. Charles bridge was literally around the corner. Absolute perfect location.

Nothing to put in here. We were absolutely made up with our accommodation.

Didn’t like that you had to pick up keys and drop off keys at a different location to the property - not convenient if you’re in a rush

The superb location was complemented by quietness inside, despite being in the heart of the action. Unbeatable. The old building and the apartment are stylish, very clean, and in great condition. Service was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. Once I got through the shock of detailed registration and deposit payment, everything worked smoothly.

The apartment had only one bedroom and another double bed in the living room, instead of two bedrooms. It is subjective, but we found the mattresses were too soft. We also found it difficult to adjust the temperature of the induction hob; some instructions would be helpful.

Spacious, clean, beautiful historic building, right in the heart of the historical old town

It’s about 15 min walk from the reception office, we had to roll our suitcases through very thick crowds on the old square. Also a bit noisy because it’s right in the busy old town. The heating was off the first night but once we inquired, they turned it on

The appartment was much much bigger than we expectet. We even had a small balcony. The location is amazing, short walking distance everywhere. Communication was smooth and staff was heplful. You have to pick up and drop the keys somewhere else, but I didn't mind (it was less than10min walk). The building is old - you are in the heart of old town - it was charming and had a character. We loved it. The value was amazing.

The furniture is little modest and outdated but for the price/location/space it is ok :) We stayed Mon-Wen, it was not too loud but I can imagine it may be loud on the weekends, there is an Irish bar nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is located right in the city center, which is super convenient. It’s very cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from a toaster and microwave to a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, which was a big plus. We stayed as a family and really appreciated the large dining table. The apartment is perfect for four people, with enough space for everyone to have their own area.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. The only thing to mention is that the windows face a central street, so it was a bit noisy at night sometimes. But we don’t see it as a downside — we knew where we were staying, and it was expected given the central location.

The apartment was clean, had lots of space and was an excellent location for walking everywhere.

We aren't keen on having to pick up keys in one location, and staying in another. After a day of travel, this is the last thing we want to do. Even worse if you have to drop the keys back off at another location and you can't just leave them locked in the apartment for the cleaners to collect after check-out, as most apartments allow you to do. We also didn't get the apartment that was advertised on Booking.com when we booked, and listed on our invoice. The apartment was excellent, just wasn't in the location we'd originally booked. Totally different address. Also - the double windows do drown out a lot of sound, but there are a couple bars near that street (Vejvodova) - so I definitely recommend earplugs.

We asked for a quiet apartment and this is what we got. The apartment was very central but there was very little noise from the street or from neighbours. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay.

There was nothing to fault with the apartment. It was a little bit of a nuisance to have to go to the reception building first to get the keys, as it is 10 minutes from the apartment itself, but this is a very minor thing. As we had large cases (the 3 days in Prague were part of a 3 week holiday), we got an Uber which was quick and affordable. If we had smaller cases, we could easily have walked in the same time it took to drive as the car had to navigate so many one-way streets!
