First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing! Every must see area is like 5 min walk away. Around the hotel, you can find a lot of restaurant and shopping options as well. Overall, it was clean and despite located on the top of the bar, was quiet as well.

Upon my arrival, the lady at the reception was a bit rude as if I should not be there. Then, thankfully the responsible changed and a lot nicer lady took over. My booking was breakfast included. Despite being tasty, there could have been different options to serve.

I was very happy with the location at first, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Don’t expect a modern look—this place has a historical charm, and you can really feel it, which adds to the experience. Initially, I was concerned because the area is loud during the day, and I worried it might affect my sleep. But honestly, I didn’t hear a thing at night. I closed the window, set the fan, and no noise came through—it was perfectly quiet for sleeping. The bed was very comfortable. Since it’s currently hot, I removed the covers, and after the first day, I noticed that the staff had thoughtfully kept everything just as I arranged it. That attention to detail made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel also has a restaurant with reasonable prices. There are tables set outside on the street, which is in a lively, touristic area. Sitting there adds a nice touch to the stay—you can enjoy a meal while soaking in the local vibe. There’s also an underground pub in the hotel, which gives the place a bit of nightlife energy. It made coming back to the hotel at night feel safer, since there were always people around and the entrance was never deserted. Breakfast was good—not a huge selection, but it was just what I needed to start my day right.

One small downside for me was the bathroom amenities. The shower gels looked old and seemed to have been opened for quite some time. Because of my sensory sensitivities, I chose not to use them and brought my own shower gel instead. It wasn’t a big deal, but since you asked for something I didn’t like, that’s the one thing I’d mention.

-The hotel is located at the absolute heart of the city. Almost all attraction points were in a walking distance. If you are there to make a daily trip, this hotel will save your precious time to get the most from the city. The Charles Bridge is literally 50 steps away from the hotel. -The design and wooden constructure of the room made me feel I was living in good old times. -The staff were very nice and helpful. -The quality of the food provided in the open buffet breakfast was top class. There was a wide range of options. -Complimentary coffee & tea available. They offered also sweetener option for those who do not consume sugar.

-The room we stayed was very small. -The cheese were mixed with the meat. If you do not eat meat, you will not go for those cheese. The only standalone cheese option was Mozzarella with fresh pesto sauce drops on it, which was very delicios. (I did not count packaged triangle cheese) Overall, separation of Cheese and Meat would please more guests. -Water is not complimentary and overpriced. -Mini bar is overpriced. -The facility is not wheelchair friendly.

They have a lovely breakfast. You cannot reach the hotel by car, it is in a pedestrian street. We couldn't find a hair dryer, so someone came from the reception to show us (it was inside the closet in a bag). The staff is very friendly, except one male receptionist (he was like a robot). It was a bit of a problem with the bathtub, it has glass "windows", but the floor is still wet after showering. Too much heating in the room, we kept the window open all the time. The hotel does not have air conditioning, I don't know how it is inside during summer with just a fan.

Everything can be heard from neighboring rooms. There is no elevator, we had to carry our bags to the third floor by ourselves. The hotel is being renovated on the ground floor, under the restaurant, so be prepared for some noises. The keys are vintage and you only get 1 set, it has a key for the exit/entrance door that they lock after 7 PM. This was a bit of a problem when we go out separately from our family, we had to call and see where they are to enter the hotel. Keys are on a heavy wooden pendant.

The location is 2nd to none. Right by Charlie bridge.

The breakfast was average, nothing to get excited about. Next time, I'd book room only and go out for breakfast, as we did on our final day.. We tried the restaurant one evening during our stay and ordered "from the grill section in the menu." We didn't actually stay to eat. Both meals were cold. We raised this with the staff, they basically took our cold meal's away to return the same two cold meals about 5 mins later. "Not impressed." We cancelled the order, left, and found a lovely restaurant just down the street.

Perfect location, right next to Charles Bridge. Hotel has a traditional decor, bathroom a little older but all working, no elevator. Good breakfast. No problem with the late (10pm) arrival. As the receptionist is there only until 7pm so they made sure the manager of the restaurant will give us the keys. Good value for money.

The only downside of this hotel is that it's quite noisy at later hours. Being on the pedestrian road right next to the bridge. And also a night bar downstairs. But knowing that from previous reviews I expected that.

Hotel is in the old city 100m from Charles Bridge. Its an incredibly busy area with so many tourists which was not ideal for us. Fortunately our room on the second floor was at the back of the hotel and was quiet. The room was beautifully decorated.. loved the furnishings and painted ceiling. Room was serviced each day and was very clean. There was a kettle for tea making and small fridge plus mini bar items at extra cost

Location for us was way too busy.

We liked pretty much everything about the property. Location and room are very nice.

We asked the front desk to get us a driver to pick us up from the airport in our arrival, and the driver was not really professional. He kept making jokes we didn’t think were funny and also cussed (showed the middle finger) to another driver in traffic. Also, the lady in the breakfast wouldn’t replace empty bowls (like crossaint etc) right away. One of the days, the croissaint had ran out and I asked her if she was going to replace it with more croissaints and she said I had to wait 15 minutes for that. Which I didn’t because I had to leave.

It's the closest you can get to the Charles Bridge. The hotel itself has a lot of history and charm. In fact, the famous astronomer Johannes Keppler (the astronomer who discovered that the Earth and planets travel about the sun in elliptical orbits) even once lived there. How cool is that! Make sure to stay in the room with view of the Charles Bridge on the upper floor, very cool at sunset! Lastly, fantastic breakfast!

The hotel is location is excellent. St. Charles bridge is less than a minute walk away. Old Town is only is the same. The room had beautiful paintings on the walls. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Their was no wi-fi in my room. I asked the front desk about the wi-fi and they gave me a different address but I was still unable to connect to any wi-fi. In the other parts of the hotel I had no problems.
