Perfect location with easy access to transport and iconic sights. Beautiful old building with character and spacious rooms. The windows and doors really cut off the busy street noise.

We were happy to have a kitchen, but unlike airBnB, there was barely any kitchen provisions - no basics like, tea, no coffee or sugar, no tea towel, no toaster. No recycling bin for paper or plastic and no compost bin. Each person only had one pillow. The bottom of the duvet on our beds were dirty. The second bathroom had no drawers or shelves to put our toiletries on. The furniture did not match the character and beauty of the old building "Art House" apartments Other than the one reading chair the rest of the furniture was of cheap quality and scarce which was a disappointment.

The apartment is very spacious, with two separate bathrooms, and the location is perfect — just a 3-minute walk to Charles Bridge and 4 minutes to the Old Town Square. It can get a bit noisy at times due to sounds from neighboring apartments, but overall, it's a great place to stay.

I’m giving 4 stars because the communication with the hosts wasn’t what I expected. They didn’t respond, even though I sent an SMS and a couple of messages here. Since I was traveling with my parents, I had a few questions and requests and was a bit concerned about their comfort. Also, I found it amusing that other guests mentioned the 3 teaspoons — and yes, there really are (still) only three! We were five people, so it would have been nice to have a bit more cutlery and some extra kitchen tools.

Large clean apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Small kitchen with fridge and dishwasher. Great central location, tram and underground outside building, Easy to walk everywhere. Small washing machine available.

We were travelling with my dad age 90, while there was a lift it didn't stop on our floor so was a flight of stairs to climb from the ground floor and to our 3rd floor. If you have a wheelchair/pram just be aware.

A really pretty apartment with gorgeous decor, high ceilings, loads of space and nice kitchen/bathroom amenities. Loads of floor space for bags and great fridge/coffee making facilities. The access code set up was good as there were no keys required then (it might have been nice to get a print out as we were relying on our phone's batteries to stay charged to get us in by the end of the night though!). Really great, central location also.

We didn't like that we had to submit our details in advance and this wasn't called out before we paid (i.e. passport information of all guests). You can travel to the hotel reception instead to check in but just factor in that it's about 8-10 mins away. Be mindful that there are some stairs to get up to the apartments and no lift, but this was fine for us (more challenging for those with accessibility issues). There were some cobwebs on the ceilings as a minor piece of feedback.

3 females on city break, Apartment is in an ideal location for exploring Prague,right beside the tram service,has so much charm,very clean and comfortable,has a coffee machine,hair dryer,WiFi,right beside Charles bridge,8 minute casual walk to square center,quite building with a lift to 8th floor (we realised we had a lift in day 2 of our stay,location of lift is at the bend of 1 st story of stairs behind wooden door 😊) If I was to say something “negative” it would be there wasn’t any products to clean,like a disinfectant to clean down the kitchen work tops and tables/toilet area…and a sweeping brush would of came in handy too… Check in isn’t 3 pm so if you arrive early like we did you can leave baggage in reception a short walk away… Already looking forward to returning and staying with here 🙂

We absolutely loved this apartment! It’s right in the heart of Prague, just a few steps from the beautiful Charles Bridge — the location couldn’t be better. We’re a family with three kids, and the apartment was perfect for us. Spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer any questions and gave us great tips for our stay. Check-in was super easy, and finding the place was no problem at all. There was plenty of hot water, great water pressure, super comfy beds, and a lovely balcony to relax on. We felt right at home. I would warmly recommend this apartment, especially for families or larger groups.

It is a very centrally located, just a couple of minutes and you reach all the attractions. It was very clean and comfortable. Someone had said that there was noise from the elevetor, we did not hear anything. We had unit 7 with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very spacious. We parked our car at the Rudolfium. It costed 30 euros/day. Is just 100 meters from the appartment and very convenient.

There was no coffee or tea. The communication was very slow. We had some questions regarding the amount charged( looks was an error on the part of booking) . But since communication was so slow, took a long time to clarify. Another thing mentioned in small print, card used for payment should be in the name of the person booking. We were using my wifes and it kept getting rejected, till we read the fine print

What a Lovely apartment, it was clean an bright with lots of windows. We enjoyed sitting on the balcany for a rest in between exploring the city. The location was great super close to everything which was very important for me because 4 months ago I had bi-lateral knee replacement surgery. We enjoyed having the separate living area with TV and table for playing games in the evenings. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Prague. Thanks for a delightful stay❤️

Everything was perfect

Apartment had so much character - took us back in time. From the wooden floors to the ceiling frescoes, it was charming. Very well equipped - all appliances worked perfectly. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and modern. The elevator was a welcome convenience. Steps from the Metro and trams outside our front door.

A bit of noise from the floor above, but that is expected in an old building. Not really a problem at all and it only lasted about 15 minutes.

A spacious apartment. The sofa bed for the fifth person was large and comfortable. The apartment is very pretty, with nice wooden details, vitrage, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big and practical. The kitchen was well equipped. Great location in the center of Prague, very quiet too.

There was no AC, but there were 2 fans. In one of the rooms we kept the window open most of the night and it was cool. Of course once the sun rises, you have to close the windows/curtains.
