Great hotel, highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing—very convenient and close to all the main attractions. The self-check-in was smooth, and before check-in, we were able to leave our luggage at their other hotel, just a 5-minute walk away at the main reception. The room was spotless, with daily cleaning. Despite the chilly weather, it was very warm inside—great heating! Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. We would definitely come back.

The only downside was that on the second-to-last night, some very noisy neighbors checked in, and we could hear them quite well. It was more about them than the hotel itself, as the soundproofing was fine with other guests. Also, there was occasionally a sewage smell in the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant.

Clean room, comfy beds, adequate heating, toiletries in the bathroom, excellent location, safe area. Before visiting, we’ve read many comments regarding check-in and we were not sure what to expect. However, from our perspective the instructions sent were very clear so we didn’t have any issues.

There are 2 locations of the hotel and only the one has lobby. Since our luggage unfortunately didn’t fit in the lockers we had to go back to the main location where the lobby was - good part is that it wasn’t too far - to leave our luggage there and then return to get them before checking in. Also, although there was lift to the 5th floor our room was at the 3rd floor where access was limited to stairs.

Definitely great location also very charming and clean space. Center of everything and walkable distance from restaurants/shops.

Little issue with check in process. I think checking in yourself instead of stopping by the office would be less confusing. Some information was missed/miscommunicated such as which floor, no elevator access etc, but the guys were super nice though. Waited 40 min on the stairs to get a response but eventually got it sorted out. Responses might be slow but the job will get done. Still can’t complace about the place though it sure is 10/10.

Loved the location, in the Jewish quarter just a 5 min walk to the Old Town Square. We had a sloping ceiling bc of the roof and we had two windows overlooking the synagogue (see first picture) and other parts of the city. The room was large and nice. (The second picture is from the street entrance.)

Since we arrived before 3 PM we had to leave our luggage at a hotel reception that was not walking distance to the apartment (at least, not with luggage) so we had to go back there and take a taxi with luggage to the apartment. No one met us to give us keys, instead we got codes to get into the hall and to unlock the box that held the key.

- The room was a decent size and the air conditioning cooled the room well.

- The self check-in procedure was like an escape room but trying to get in the room. Although self check-in instructions were clear the whole process takes about half an hour of going up lifts, down stairs, using a computer to check-in and using a series of keys, codes and lock boxes to get through each part of the complex. Also the check-in procedure on the computer asked for a visa number even though I'm from a country that has a 90 day visa waiver and you can't progress. I just typed my passport number and passport expiry to progress from here on the computer as it seemed to accept that. - if coming back to the apartment late at night you will also need one of the keys to enter through the main door on the street as the code doesn't work then also.

The location was even better than I expected! It was a short walking distance to my meetings and close to excellent restaurants and bakeries. Even with the light rain I experienced one morning, the walk was amazing. I especially loved the fact that it was a "residence" setting. There was no busy hotel traffic and noisy street activity—ever!

I posted these minor criticisms so the hotel can address them. The front door knob lost a screw, and on occasion, I pulled the doorknob off, closing the door. The shower head could be replaced; it was difficult to angle without the water shooting against the shower door. Having a proper pod coffee maker in the room would be nice. Housekeeping wasn't consistent in refilling the instant packs provided. Towel replacement was not consistent, I love using face clothes which were there the first day, taken away the remainder of my trip.

The location is fantastic…just a 5 minute walk from Old Town Square…and a three minute walk from a metro. The rooms are comfortable, linens are good, room cleaning, etc. all were fantastic.

Initially we were locked out and had to call the company to let us in, which incurred a 10 minute wait after a long day of travel. Then a few days later we were locked out again, which incurred another 10 minute wait. The check in kiosk would not read the passports.

Lovely rooms in a great part of town.

The the check-in and key system! A shocker. You have to check in at one location, where you receive a fistful of keys, and somewhat unclear instructions about codes and keys, which are then put to use at the actual location of Old Prague Residence. We had the added trouble that one of the access doors was very hard to open. So be aware that working this out for the first time may take 45 minutes. We were up against a pretty hard deadline (the foodie tour - highly recommended BTW) and only made it with a minute or two to spare, thanks to all the chooking around with checking in. Very bad system.

We were happy to stay at little king residence where we had a big comfortable room. We appreciated we could drop our luggage at the main hotel not too far from the residence. The hotel had set balloons, cake and bubbles in our room as agreed and the cake came with a candle so that was a nice touch. We thought the location was excellent, and the area felt safe.

It didn’t look like a hotel from the outside so we thought it was a bit difficult to find initially.

The location was perfect, very convenient and close to the old town, in the middle of the Jewish district. The room is clean and comfortable.

The check-in process was ok, but confusing at times, it involves a number of steps and code code to enter. I got really stuck with the key until a fellow visitor helped us get the real keys after checking in with the self check-in machine.
