Well located and great experience downtown Prague

The staff at desk was very rude. And we found out we needed to get keys at a different location 35 min walk away!

Really liked the area of the apartment, easy to find, quite and small street, was easy to sleep even with the windows wide open. Lot of good shops and restaurants around. Very close to touristic places ,didnt need to spend much time to get to places what i wanted to see, Really helpful and nice staff.

The pictures probably have been taken few years ago didn't really match the real life situation. Information about that one will need to pay deposit should be added to the description in first page , not in the last page of details. Didn't like that one can't use the balcony for smoking, so was quite annoying to walk/take elevator down to the street to have a cigarette. Quite a lot of items have some broken/damaged parts, or they are used so much that look in a bad shape. Squeaking entrance door of the whole building was annoying especially if one is returning late at evening , felt like I'm going to wake up the whole building.

I liked the location of the apartment, in the center of the old town, very big apartment, a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms ,a small balcony

I didn't like that the parking was very very far from the apartment, u didn't have a direct public transport, and for a tourist was a little bit tricky to go until there,(after we booked we finde out where is the exact parking space,which was far)when we arrived ,one single bed was broken, a double bad was also, a wardrobe as well. In the bathrooms were big spider 🕸

Perfect location, vast and good equipped apartment. Lots of light and space, a romantic and aristocratic touch of Prague...at a more than reasonable price.

Reception is in a totally different hotel, which is in 10 minutes driving distance. We've got only 2 keys for 9 guests. The staff is friendly though, two sweet young ladies have made the effort to explain everything and answered any question asked.

We had to pick the keys up at the Blue and Red Hotel which is far and means 2 taxis for 6 passengers + luggage and this was not clear at the time of booking. Initially we were not met at the apartment by anyone which meant we had a very hard time getting in, and nobody inspected the apartment with us. Also there was no flexibility for checking in and checking out time which is normal when renting apartments as opposed to hotel rooms.

Both bathroom sinks drained really slow, seemed clogged when we got there.

Nice central location. Rooms were big and clean. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to with no problem.

Had to check in at a different place. We struggled trying to find the location but that was our fault. Staff was super nice and accomodating. Parking with a bigger car was hard but we were able to find a spot. Again not the Apartments fault just central Prague in general.

The location is amazing, in the centre of Jewish quarter. The apartement is very comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay.

You need to go for the keys to a completely different location, quite far from the apartement itself. The person giving the key was quite rude and impatient.
