-The staff is absolutely great, the reception is welcoming and helpful, the staff at the breakfast always nice, elegant and courteous. Very professional and efficient staff! -The location is amazing, in the middle of the Jewish neighborhood, 10 minutes from the old town, from the Charles bridge... -The hotel is spacious and carefully decorated, always perfectly clean -The breakfast is excellent. Finally a hotel that also proposes local dishes in it's buffet (czech cakes). For the rest, everything was there, viennoiseries, good coffee, multiple types of juices, cereals, fruit, scrambled eggs/bacon, even smoked salmon. Great job

-The rooms are not sound proof. It is quite difficult sometimes to sleep because one can hear the elevator, the noises in other rooms etc during the night

Our stay at Hotel Caruso was an absolute pleasure. Adorned with the very many original paintings and art works, the hotel stands true to the definition of a "boutique" hotel. The location of the hotel is great with respect to proximity to tram/ bus stops and the Old Town Square is also at a walking distance. The hotel stands strong on DEI as well, with all important signs/ room numbers in Braille as well. The Reception Staff (Day (Bahruz)/ Evening (A Lady) /Night Managers (Umang)) were all very courteous and helpful. When the kitchen was closed, the Evening Manager even prepared a cup of coffee and brought it upstairs to our room. We particularly liked the Gentleman and the Lady managing the guests for the Breakfast Buffets, hosting with much warmth and serving with a smile. Would recommend a stay here!

Hotel is in an excellent location for seeing the main attractions Prague has to offer. Really friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast in a gorgeous setting. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bar never seemed to be open. Got a drink one night but that was only because we asked if the bar was open so he said he could get us a beer but when someone else walked in & asked the answer was no. Also, although there was tea & coffe in the room there was no milk.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the old town square and 3 blocks away from a main street full of designer shops The staff was friendly and helpful, especially a receptionist named Dijac, who solved, right away, a minor inconvenience I had The buffet breakfast was fabulous and the attendants were taking care of us, asking if we needed more of anything, a special mention to the floor manager, very attentive and always smiling

They were minor issues like the fridge in the room not working, not enough blankets but those were solved Besides that, everything else was fine

The staff were all really lovely and helpful, and the hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was OK, and included pastries, fruit, rolls, toast, and some cooked bacon, sausages and eggs etc. It wasn't the best breakfast but for the price it was definitely worth it! The location of the hotel is in the Jewish Quarter of Prague near the river, and was very conveniently placed to get around Prague. Despite buying a 72 hour public transport pass we never used it as everything was within walking distance! We went midweek and left on the Friday so we didn't encounter many stag do's, so this made the stay much more pleasurable! Would definitely reccomend.

The air con didn't really seem to work, which was fine as it wasn't too warm, however I imagine when it does get hot it could be quite uncomfortable. Our room looked out over the synagogue but this street also has a club, which when the window was left open overnight was very loud. The window when closed blocked out the sound however.

The location was very good. The receiption was helpful and welcoming. Even though we arrived 1 hour early due to our trip schedule, they were able to help us with a room. The room they gave was not ready but they were able to arrange another one immediately. The breakfast was also good and nourishing.

There was nothing in the minibar, even a bottle of water, even though we would have paid for it. Then there was not a lot of possibilities to have fresh air in the room. The air conditioner in the toilet was not working very well.

The Hotel is in a very good location, you can arrive in a very short time everywhere. It was in general clean. They even brought me clean towels everyday and made my bed even with the fact I didn’t asked for it since I was staying for a short time :) While breakfast the service worries about you being satisfied and having everything you need.

Since it is a 4 Star Hotel…they should take care of little details like: - My bed spread and the floor mat had a stain from some cleaning product that I would say was Chlorine. That definitely doesn’t give a good impression. - In the bathroom there was a huge spiderweb that was probably many weeks old. It’s not that dramatic but that gave me a bad impression too. - You can hear people singing and walking around since the walls are not soundproof, that didn’t bothered me at all.

The room could easily hold 3 persons (3 beds) even if our reservation included only 2 people. We really enjoyed the breakfast and we thought it had a large variety of different things. Great value for money!! The neighbourhood was also very quiet and very close to the city's central square (10 minute walk)!! The staff was helpful and we had zero complaints!!

The only thing that I can think of is that the toilet was broken. It did not affect us during its use but again just a small complaint in an otherwise magnificent stay.

Everything! Very friendly staff, especially Billy, who greeted us with a lovely welcome. The hotel is in a beautiful building, giving it that boutique feel. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The rooms are very comfortable with a good-sized bed and a big bathroom with an amazing shower. The location is perfect.

Check out was at 11 am and we have been travelling and all other hotels we stayed in the check out was 12 noon. It would have been better to have that extra hour but no big deal in the grand scheme of things.
