I loved staying at the Golden Prague Rooms! The staff was very nice and welcoming, the rooms are big and the bed is really comfortable. It’s situated in a perfect spot, only 5 minutes away from the Old Town Tower and the city center and 20 minutes (more or less) from the Castle and all the other attractions. But Prague is a very walkable city, so it’s just nice to stroll around. There’s no breakfast included, but it’s not a problem since the hotel is surrounded by a lot of cafes and bakeries (I recommend the Mistral Cafe and Ječminek). If you come from the airport, you won’t have to carry your luggage around for too long since the metro station is literally 5 minutes away from the hotel. I was traveling solo, and I recommend staying at this hotel to all the other girlies out there who want to do the same. Beautiful experience!

The location was perfect. Literally could walk everywhere so I saved a lot of money on taxis. The room did look nice and aesthetically pleasing. The price was cheap and it’s great value.

Not a fan of showers that have corner doors as water just goes out of the shower and the floor gets wet. Also, just a very small thing but we had keys instead of key cards (3 of them for 3 different doors). I didn’t realise I had to use the key once I was inside to lock the door from inside so on my first night ended up sleeping with the door unlocked - I know that was my fault but I’m so used to keycards were the doors lock automatically. The towels felt very old too - no soft fluffy towels.

The location was perfect 5 minute walk to clock tower. Right near the Jewish quarter if you're interested. Right near shops. Easy to locate. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. You are able to leave your bags in reception at a small price if room isn't ready. Room was wonderful and stylish. Great decor. The air con worked wonders with the beautiful weather we had. The mattress was very soft, maybe could of done with a little firmer mattress but that is just my taste. Bathroom was large. Plenty of towels. We also had the taxi service to and from airport great communications from the team via texts. All areas of the hotel was very clean spacious.

The over head shower wasnt powerful, the other shower head worked fine. Just be careful where you aim the shower head as water does run from it behind the toilet. Down side were the doors you can hear people coming and going, can hear every conversation not very sound proof. Slamming their doors and on times having trouble with bedroom keys. Another down side is having to carry 3x keys.

I loved my stay at Golden Prague Rooms! I had the superior family room - even as a solo traveler - and I loved it. I had my own little corner so it was very quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable. During my travels through Europe I stayed in several places and this was the best bed of my trip! Big shout out to George, who works the front desk overnight. He was AMAZING! The location is unbeatable. Beautiful neighborhood close to the best shopping and just a few minute walk to the main Christmas Markets. Can't recommend this place enough. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Prague.

Golden Prague Rooms is a wonderful hotel. We were placed int he top floor but there was a lift with oldy a couple of steps to walk up. The room was larger than I had imagined and even with high ceilings it was so warm. It felt very sound proof and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is clean and the reception staff are helpful and kind. Located in a great part of the city, only a short walk from the astronomical clock, it is still in a quiet location in Jewish quarter. The Bakehouse nearby does a beautiful quick breakfast and is open all day, the reccomended cathedral cafe with 10 per cent off was so beautiful too and there is an amazing restaurant and lounge bar nearby called Asian Temple with fabulous food and sofas to sit and have comfortable drinks at afterwards. Loved the location.

The staff was great and we were able to check in early since our room was ready when we got there. The location was perfect to Old Town and everywhere we needed to go while we were visiting Prague. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The only thing we would have changed was having AC in the room, but we knew it would only have a fan. The room was very hot even though we left the fan running all day and kept the curtains closed, nothing seemed to help. Maybe upgrading to having a portable AC unit would make the rooms more comfortable, or at least 2 fans if nothing else.

The location is excellent — just a five-minute walk from the main square and easily accessible from the metro. The staff was very courteous, and the cleaning service was impeccable. Although breakfast wasn’t provided, the room had a coffee machine, which was a nice touch to start the day. We complemented it by buying something the day before and keeping it in the minibar. Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious and comfortable, allowing for easy movement and a pleasant stay.

What I liked the least was the elevator setup — it was located between floors, so you had to climb a flight of stairs just to reach it (which felt a bit tiring after walking all day). Additionally, we had to go up another set of stairs to reach our room. It’s definitely not ideal for guests with reduced mobility, as there are stairs at the entrance and also before accessing the elevator. Another downside in our room was the presence of skylights on the ceiling without any kind of curtain or shade. As a result, sunlight came in very early in the morning, making it hard to sleep in. Additionally, the sound insulation was poor — we could clearly hear what was happening in the neighboring rooms, including phone conversations, shouting, and crying babies.

The location was perfection and the room was so unique! I loved the family suite. It was so well appointed and designed. My only complaint was we were only here for one night! The staff went above and beyond. They were able to set up a taxi for us at the ungodly hour of 3:30 am and even came to our room to make sure we came down on time. I was so blown away by their hospitality and professionalism. The location was in the middle of everything and completely walkable. You also had easy access to public transportation if you needed. I would highly recommend! Air conditioning was strong and we were able to log into Netflix on the tv. It was a great night indeed!

Location was excellent - close to the Old Town. Bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. We had an attic room for our family and it was spacious for 4 adults.

There was an immense amount of rain one night and being in the top attic room, the roof leaked. Rain fell onto my face several times during the night and also splashed onto the wall and bedhead. We informed the front desk the next morning, but they didn't seem too concerned, nor did they apologise. The wet towel I left on the bedhead, was still there when we returned later in the day. The lift did not reach our floor so it was tough carrying luggage up the last lot of stairs as we had been travelling for a month from the other side of the world and had heavy suitcases.

The room was really clean. The shower had good pressure. Plenty of towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The air conditioning in the room was a life saver - really comfortable room temp for sleeping. The bed was very comfy.

The room had a lovely high ceiling with two sky lights, but no blinds on them, so the room was bright as soon as the sun rose.
