Living in the River-Boot-Hotel is an attraction in its own right. The rooms are cozy and charming, and I had a lovely view over the river. One of my personal favourits (besides the unbeatable location): "Königstein" offers all the comfort you want in a hotel, but it keeps it pleasantly grounded and efficient. So, for instance, coffee is prepared for breakfast, but there's no fanzy automat, which usually is just noisy and slow, anyway, and the buffet offers a good spectrum of everything you wish for, but it's not extravagant. I really liked and appreciated that. The staff are young, friendly and refreshingly informal. In contrast to a big hotel, I rather felt like staying with some very welcoming acquaintance on their lovely house-boat, which made the entire trip much more personal and enjoyable. It perfectly suited with the warm and friendly atmophere of this wonderful city, and I'm already planning my next stay in this fabulous little hotel.

This was such a fun place to stay! The boat is well kept but stays true to its vintage history. It was clean and comfortable. We got breakfast with our room, and it was a nice spread of warm food, breads, salads, vegetables, fruit, and cheeses. We didn't spend much time on the upper deck because of the rainy weather, but the view of the river and park across the river is great. We were lucky to have a riverside room, and it was so cool looking out the window and seeing the river flowing by. It is in a great location close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower was tiny, but that was expected. It was still a comfortable shower but maybe a little tight for a bigger/taller person. I worried about my 6ft tall husband in a twin bed. But he said it was comfortable and he slept great.

It's a delightful little place, very plush! It's how 1st Class used to be onboard, china cups & saucers, teapots, lounge music etc. Beautifully upholstered and decorated inside and the outside is kept in very good condition, huge plants in pots on the dock area and all lit up at night, so pretty and chairs & tables up on top deck for viewing. Price included breakfast, which was plenty and varied (even chocolate cake!), cooked items (bacon, two types of sausage, scrambled/boiled eggs, mixed veg) and the continental selection was delicious (several different cheeses, meats, paté, salad) yogurts, cereals, preserves & honey, good selection of teas, coffee, juices - absolutely something for everyone. The staff are very helpful and Reception is always manned 24/7 (safe/secure) cleanliness is great, rooms cleaned and towels refreshed each day. Location is really good, only a 10 minute stroll into the centre or across the bridge. Easy to find on the river at the bottom of the bridge steps. Bar is always open and prices are reasonable, glass of (very chilled!) rosé was 85CZK (nearly 4EURO). A lovely geography book at the bedside, a phone in the cabin and welcome bottle of water with two glasses, Wifi is free and good, Safety box is also free and hairdryer, soap and body wash are provided in the bathroom. AirCon is cool and shower is nice & hot. I love the sound of the water lapping outside and the boats passing by, but the cabin itself was pretty quiet, calm and relaxing. All in all, it was a real joy to stay here and I wouldn't hesitate to book again on another visit to Prague, in fact I wouldn't even bother searching anywhere else.

I paid 86Euro per night for a Superior Twin Room, but I think I was put in a single cabin (unless the narrow couch opened up into another bed) - I didn't mention anything to Reception because I didn't want to start my trip making a fuss. If I had, I'm sure they'd have provided another cabin as they were very accommodating.

It was an interesting change for me to stay in a river boat instead of a hotel but I loved the experience. The location was very close to the centre of the old town & the jewish quarter and public transport was plentiful The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - plenty of both hot & cold food options & it was nice to be able to use such lovely lovely tableware to eat off.

There was a TV in the room but there are only German speaking channels available even though there seemed to be quite a cross section of international guests on board.. It would have been nice to have even had an English speaking news channel. Although it was not a problem for me, access to the lower floor was via a steep narrow staircase. Guests with any sort of mobility issue would definitely need to book a room on the main/entrance level.

The location is great, not only it is only 15 minutes walk to the historical center, it is 5 mins walk to the jewish quarter and it is literally docked in the area where you have food stalls (depends on the time you visit, mostly spring and summer months). The rooms are comfy, and as those are, normally,. cabins on the ship, it gives you a different vibe Breakfast is more than you can expect comparing to the hotels in the same price region, the cutlery, the cups and glasses are very nice and clean, you have variety of options for breakfast The wifi is fast The staff is helpful The bathroom is small but very practical and you do not need to go on an adventure to set up the hot-cold water as it can take 5 mins in some hotels until you get the logic There is a small tv in one of the cabinets, so if you are a person who likes to watch tv on holiday, this place may not be for you

Almost nothing only 2 notes, there is no fridge in the rooms and as this is a ship, the stairs going to the cabins are very narrow and steep, however there are only 8-9 steps, you just need to be careful if you have small kids. and that's it.

This is a quirky hotel boat set on the river. It is really cosy and clean with excellent dining facilities. It benefits from a roof top bar where you can sit in the evening and watch the world float by. The rooms a clean and tidy and well appointed. The breakfast and the coffee are both excellent. The boat is located in easy walking distance of the old town and all of the attractions making it an ideal base for walking the city. Also for any runners the riverside run is excellent.

Bed was too short for a tall chap like me but only to be expected on a boat.

It's a house boat accommodation on a quiet part of Prague city. Very quiet and scenic area. The old bridges look beautiful. This boat is simply a work of art. The interiors of the restaurant and bar are classic and breathtaking. You get a nice view outside the windows sitting there. It gets very cold here so check the weather and carry warm clothes accordingly. The staff were polite and helpful. Oksana was very polite, helpful during my check in. In the morning I met young man Dennis who was very kind and gave me breakfast and made coffee. It was a short and sweet stay and I'd like to come back again. You get a room on a boat it's more like small cabins. Don't expect proper hotel like rooms.

Wish the rooms were bigger with double bed, but then this is river boat. Can't expect more. Highly recommend this river boat stay in Prague city.

This was my first time staying in a boat hotel and I loved it! Fab location along the river with gorgeous views in the summer. Room was clean and comfortable, the free beer in the room was a nice touch. Large selection of hot and cold options for breakfast and very attentive staff, couldn’t fault them. Just a lovely place to stay in Prague and only a short walk to the main town.

The only thing I would’ve liked was tea and coffee facilities in the room, but you could buy drinks throughout the day from the bar.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was buffet style, it was delicious, the options were enough and fresh! We were able to start the days with a hearty meal. The room was clean and well equipped, there was everything that we needed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, we were able to get good night sleeps. We stayed for only 2 nights but we got room cleaning altough we didn't even ask for it, so we could have a perfectly clean room and clean towels both nights.

The bathroom was a bit small, but it's totally understable due to its being on a boat. Sometimes, especially in the evenings we heard some noises from the bathroom, we think that it were the "natural" noises of a boat on a river, so we went along with it, and with closed bathroom door it didn't disturb us while resting.

Boat's location is great (close to old town and 13 min away from st Charles bridge). You have to climb some stairs to access the hotel. The buffet for breakfast is good (lots of choices). You also have a bar to enjoy the view from the boat at night with your friends. The staff can speak in English very well and are available 24/7

The pillow are not confortable (too soft). Because we are on a boat, the sound proofing isn't good so be mindful if you are a light sleeper. You can hear the people speaking next to you and also when someone flush the toilet.
