The hotel is like a description and a photos. Clean, new, quite, excellent staff. Spa is above any expectations. The temperature in the room is regulated by AC. the room with river view has a really great view, relaxing place near the window. The provided toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and body lotion. We arrived early morning, so we added 50 euro for early checking and it worth. Located 8 min walking from the clock. I think this hotel is perfect for couples and business. P.s. if you want to use the spa - it's not comfortable to use there the hotel provided slippers as they are cloth slippers, we bring our rubber flip flops.

the mattress on the bed is softer than we are used to at home, but that's the issue in all hotels we visited.

Situated at the river and in the old city area, this beautiful hotel is the absolute best deal for travellers that want to enjoy energy-consuming Prague (with all its cultural activities, vivid night-nightlife,..) and return at night in a relaxing, comfortable and hospitable environment. Thanks to the very helpful staff (especially Bara and Kate and Marketa) I felt quite at ease. Tip: even with a busy agenda, try to relax and visit the gorgeous wellness center in the hotel.

I honestly couldn’t find anything wrong, and as I set my standards pretty high, that say’s enough!

The staff is super friendly and accommodating, especially people in the reception. Big rooms, great view through the windows. Good quality coffee in the room. Nice bath robe and comfortable slippers. The location is extremely convenient, directly in the city center.

The were slight imperfections in the room, like a lamp cover by the ceiling being crooked or a moisture stain on the bathroom ceiling. Nothing major but at this price level you do expect everything being on point.

The breakfast is a standard buffet, including bread, cereals, vegetables, fruits, juice. Freshly made pancakes are available. The pool and sauna in the basement are small but nice, and they don't seem to be used much, so you can basically have them for yourself during much of the day: There is a pool with two massage jets and about 10m in length for swimming, and two types of sauna (standard and steam). The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at walking distance to much of the old town, and esp. the Rudolfinum concert hall (which is the reason we stayed at The President).

The breakfast, while ok, includes nothing truly special, and international options, such as Japanese breakfast, are very limited. The room cleaning service makes your bed and provides towels, but seems to miss removing dust from the corners of the room. The hotel offers limousine transport from the central station, but only at an extra fee. Getting to the hotel purely through public transport is quite complicated.

The location is wonderful walking distance to all attractions on the river and very safe, the room was exceptionally clean, spacious and the minibar stocked for free, very comfortable beds and showers and was cleaned every day , the staff was incredible! Every member of staff we encountered was courteous, welcoming and kind, eager to help and make our stay the best it was. The spa facilities were fantastic and relaxing just what we needed after a day exploring the city. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options for every pallet and the rooftop bar had beautiful cocktails. We will definitely stay there again when we are next in Prague !

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and we had the castle view which was wonderful. Location is fantastic - a short walk to the old town while being right on the river which we loved. Loved the welcome drink on arrival, lobby area and rooftop bar and generally a good, relaxed atmosphere

Everything was great. The only thing I would highly recommend to the hotel is to replace the towels. At this standard of hotel, I'd expect better quality towels - ours were small and very thin. Another small thing would be for staff to greet people on daily arrival and exit and just general friendliness to give a feeling of home away from home.

excellent and varied breakfast set up... the spa / Wellness area is also very nice and impeccably kept.

my reservations were: shower is antiquated and certainly not in keeping with its 5 star status / rating... copious amounts of water leak when showering and we had to spend time drying floor each time we took showers... bath is old / and high and therefore most unsafe for anybody getting in / out of shower onto what became a soaking wet floor. Front desk did "offer and send" us a bottle of prosecco however i would have so preferred not to be drying bathroom floors... in addition we were advised that "all items" in the mini bar, water, snickers, crisps were on a gratis basis and with the compliments of the hotel.. whilst some items were indeed replenished others, including the water were not replaced on a daily basis... this i feel is a short fall on the part of this 5 star hotel...

This is a terrific hotel. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished with a fabulous view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is great, with a pool, sauna and steam room. Location is a dream - you are just a few minutes' walk from the old town. Everything is high quality and sound insulation must be amazing as we couldn't hear the bar upstairs at all, even though we were only one floor below it.

The bar on the top floor is best avoided - very loud and female staff were dressed as bunny girls (for Easter?) which all felt a bit regressive. Not a problem, though, and, as mentioned above, we didn't hear a thing from our wonderful hotel room.

The junior suite was absolutely wonderful. Front of house staff were very friendly especially on arrival. Spa was lovely, busier at the weekend. Everyone was sweet and couldn’t be more helpful. Great stay.

I went to breakfast, to get a cappuchino coffee into the room early, before we came down fully at breakfast time and was told that wasn’t allowed. I need a coffee as I get up, then breakfast a bit later. It was a bit jobsworth and I would have preferred a bit of flexibilty there, it costs nothing more. But that was only the breakfast guy ! And the breakfast was incredible, until 11 am so we didn’t need lunch really.
