The hotel is like a description and a photos. Clean, new, quite, excellent staff. Spa is above any expectations. The temperature in the room is regulated by AC. the room with river view has a really great view, relaxing place near the window. The provided toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and body lotion. We arrived early morning, so we added 50 euro for early checking and it worth. Located 8 min walking from the clock. I think this hotel is perfect for couples and business. P.s. if you want to use the spa - it's not comfortable to use there the hotel provided slippers as they are cloth slippers, we bring our rubber flip flops.

the mattress on the bed is softer than we are used to at home, but that's the issue in all hotels we visited.

Situated at the river and in the old city area, this beautiful hotel is the absolute best deal for travellers that want to enjoy energy-consuming Prague (with all its cultural activities, vivid night-nightlife,..) and return at night in a relaxing, comfortable and hospitable environment. Thanks to the very helpful staff (especially Bara and Kate and Marketa) I felt quite at ease. Tip: even with a busy agenda, try to relax and visit the gorgeous wellness center in the hotel.

I honestly couldn’t find anything wrong, and as I set my standards pretty high, that say’s enough!

The staff is super friendly and accommodating, especially people in the reception. Big rooms, great view through the windows. Good quality coffee in the room. Nice bath robe and comfortable slippers. The location is extremely convenient, directly in the city center.

The were slight imperfections in the room, like a lamp cover by the ceiling being crooked or a moisture stain on the bathroom ceiling. Nothing major but at this price level you do expect everything being on point.

The breakfast is a standard buffet, including bread, cereals, vegetables, fruits, juice. Freshly made pancakes are available. The pool and sauna in the basement are small but nice, and they don't seem to be used much, so you can basically have them for yourself during much of the day: There is a pool with two massage jets and about 10m in length for swimming, and two types of sauna (standard and steam). The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at walking distance to much of the old town, and esp. the Rudolfinum concert hall (which is the reason we stayed at The President).

The breakfast, while ok, includes nothing truly special, and international options, such as Japanese breakfast, are very limited. The room cleaning service makes your bed and provides towels, but seems to miss removing dust from the corners of the room. The hotel offers limousine transport from the central station, but only at an extra fee. Getting to the hotel purely through public transport is quite complicated.

The location is wonderful walking distance to all attractions on the river and very safe, the room was exceptionally clean, spacious and the minibar stocked for free, very comfortable beds and showers and was cleaned every day , the staff was incredible! Every member of staff we encountered was courteous, welcoming and kind, eager to help and make our stay the best it was. The spa facilities were fantastic and relaxing just what we needed after a day exploring the city. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options for every pallet and the rooftop bar had beautiful cocktails. We will definitely stay there again when we are next in Prague !

Excellent hotel in a phenomenal location by the river! From here you can walk to almost all important places in the city. Also, if you want a Vltava river cruise, the "Prague Boats" dock is a 4-minute walk from the hotel. The friendly staff of the hotel made our stay pleasant! The breakfast food was delicious. Mini bar in the room is free (coffee, tea, bottled water, soft drinks...) Relaxing in the Spa center and at the pool was very pleasant after a whole day of walking around the city. The President really deserves all the recommendations

- Bathroom facilities outdated (small step in bath shower) - No streaming on tv available, only news channels available in english language - Cost of breakfast (didn't take as it was too high at 45 euros per person per day) - Restaurant food quality too low for the price - View only visible from one side of bed due to room layout. Shame as room is advertised and priced higher specifically due to the view. This could be easily fixed

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and we had the castle view which was wonderful. Location is fantastic - a short walk to the old town while being right on the river which we loved. Loved the welcome drink on arrival, lobby area and rooftop bar and generally a good, relaxed atmosphere

Everything was great. The only thing I would highly recommend to the hotel is to replace the towels. At this standard of hotel, I'd expect better quality towels - ours were small and very thin. Another small thing would be for staff to greet people on daily arrival and exit and just general friendliness to give a feeling of home away from home.

Good location in the Prague, close to the old town in the city center. Great breakfast, with quality food and massive food choice. Nice views on the river. Good customer service. Good, clean SPA area.

Room quality was very average, especially the bathroom - lots of small issues, that makes overall a bad experience, e.g. smell of dump, crooked toilet, water leaking on the floor from the shower, very tiny toilet room size... Rooms with river view have quite annoying feature - they are located directly above a very noisy (bricked) busy road - so it is quite loud, pretty unbearable for longer time or over night to have an open window.
