Excellent hotel in a great location, minutes walk from every site. Excellent breakfast and large and spacious rooms, comfortable bed and large bathroom with bathtub. The hotel staff is nice and friendly.

The air conditioning was not working and it was a hot day.

We had a lovely stay at the Clarion Hotel in Old Town Prague. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main square, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a day of sightseeing. It really made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Nothing overly fancy, but it had everything we needed and the bed was surprisingly comfy after long walks through the cobbled streets. Breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety of options including eggs, pastries, fruits, and coffee. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up before heading out. Overall, the hotel is a great value for its location and comfort. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Nothing everything was perfect.

This is the second time I've stayed here. I absolutely love the location and the breakfast is good. Room was spacious and we had a bottle of wine and some fruit and treats in our room when we checked in which was a great touch and much appreciated!

The front desk staff was not the friendliest. Last time I stayed here the staff was so much nicer and more accommodating. I know early check in is not always possible but there was no need to be rude when we asked if we could check in early. I also asked why coffee was not refilled in our room and I was told that they do not come in unless it is specifically requested, yet someone from housekeeping did in fact come in our room because the bath mat towel had been replaced with a fresh one.

Everything was excellent. Clean, excellent location, few minutes away from the square, the rooms are well furnished, excellent and delicious breakfast with variety of options and beverages. The most important of all, is the VERY HELPFUL STAFF, especially ALITSA, the lady on the reception, she was wonderful and very cooperative, I had some stuff that needed to be freezed, and she kept them in the fridge of the restaurant on her personal responsibility. Also, I arrived with my luggage shell broken from the airport, and she tried her very best to fix it for me. THANK YOU from my deep heart Alitsa!

It was a great stay... I will definitely take this hotel as my first option each time I visit Prague, and I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Clorion Hotel Old Town. Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel’s location was excellent—within walking distance of many key attractions. We had a brief misunderstanding that led to a minor disagreement, but the department manager handled the situation warmly and professionally. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and friendly attitude. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Absence of free parking place near the hotel. You need to spend time to find any nearby. Also there is parking nearby which can be mixed with usual parking spot (with blue line) if you don't know the city and first time by car here. Just for 7 minutes that car was left there (time that I was figuring out with hotel staff if I parked correct) I was charged. But worst part was that you need to pay 60 crown by cash, but I have just arrived, hadn't had any chance to exchange currency. So I gave parking guy 20 USD, and received change equals to 240 crowns, which means that I was charged as 160 crowns for parking just for 7 minutes of staying in wrong place.

The hotel is very well located in the center of Prague, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was clean, and it’s a big plus that pets are allowed. Breakfast was excellent, and the welcome bottle of champagne and fruits were a lovely touch. However, there are a few drawbacks. The bathtub in the room is quite high and slippery, which might be inconvenient for elderly guests. Additionally, the refrigerator wasn’t working, and the rooms feel a bit outdated. Overall, a nice place.

A perfect base for visiting Old Town Prague close to the main square (20 min walk) and close to the River (10 Min walk ) facing a beautiful historic building . Breakfast was really good a big range of choice and the little bar a nice place to relax . Vending machines just off the lobby are handy for snacks and drinks.

My only criticism is that the Hotel seemed very hot the hallways and corridors to the room were very humid.

The location was good. There are plenty restaurants, shops around. The Palladium, Old Town Square, Powder Room, Vlaleta River and a host of other activities are within walking distance to the hotel. The rooms are quite ok.

I understand the fact that the room(s) gets cleaned once every three days unless you require, then it gets cleaned- however, on the 3rd day of our stay, only the beds got laid, bin emptied, towels changed and TOILET NOT WASHED. Communication with the kitchen staff wasn’t easy.
