This is the second time I've stayed here. I absolutely love the location and the breakfast is good. Room was spacious and we had a bottle of wine and some fruit and treats in our room when we checked in which was a great touch and much appreciated!

The front desk staff was not the friendliest. Last time I stayed here the staff was so much nicer and more accommodating. I know early check in is not always possible but there was no need to be rude when we asked if we could check in early. I also asked why coffee was not refilled in our room and I was told that they do not come in unless it is specifically requested, yet someone from housekeeping did in fact come in our room because the bath mat towel had been replaced with a fresh one.

Everything was excellent. Clean, excellent location, few minutes away from the square, the rooms are well furnished, excellent and delicious breakfast with variety of options and beverages. The most important of all, is the VERY HELPFUL STAFF, especially ALITSA, the lady on the reception, she was wonderful and very cooperative, I had some stuff that needed to be freezed, and she kept them in the fridge of the restaurant on her personal responsibility. Also, I arrived with my luggage shell broken from the airport, and she tried her very best to fix it for me. THANK YOU from my deep heart Alitsa!

It was a great stay... I will definitely take this hotel as my first option each time I visit Prague, and I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Clorion Hotel Old Town. Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel’s location was excellent—within walking distance of many key attractions. We had a brief misunderstanding that led to a minor disagreement, but the department manager handled the situation warmly and professionally. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and friendly attitude. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Absence of free parking place near the hotel. You need to spend time to find any nearby. Also there is parking nearby which can be mixed with usual parking spot (with blue line) if you don't know the city and first time by car here. Just for 7 minutes that car was left there (time that I was figuring out with hotel staff if I parked correct) I was charged. But worst part was that you need to pay 60 crown by cash, but I have just arrived, hadn't had any chance to exchange currency. So I gave parking guy 20 USD, and received change equals to 240 crowns, which means that I was charged as 160 crowns for parking just for 7 minutes of staying in wrong place.

The hotel is very well located in the center of Prague, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was clean, and it’s a big plus that pets are allowed. Breakfast was excellent, and the welcome bottle of champagne and fruits were a lovely touch. However, there are a few drawbacks. The bathtub in the room is quite high and slippery, which might be inconvenient for elderly guests. Additionally, the refrigerator wasn’t working, and the rooms feel a bit outdated. Overall, a nice place.

The location was good. There are plenty restaurants, shops around. The Palladium, Old Town Square, Powder Room, Vlaleta River and a host of other activities are within walking distance to the hotel. The rooms are quite ok.

I understand the fact that the room(s) gets cleaned once every three days unless you require, then it gets cleaned- however, on the 3rd day of our stay, only the beds got laid, bin emptied, towels changed and TOILET NOT WASHED. Communication with the kitchen staff wasn’t easy.

The hotel is, first of all, extremely well located. The walking distance from the central square is ca 5 min. I had a nice deluxe room on the "lux" top floor with the huge balcony with the view to Vltava river. The room itself is also quite nice, has 2 rooms and is good for a family stay. The hotel is pet friendly. I haven't used the car, but as I understand, the parking in front of the hotel is for the guests, although it is quite small. Breakfast is more or less ok, however, "not so reach", to say it like that. Still the hotel is worth considering for coming back.

First of all the bed and pillows. The pillows actually make maybe an 80% overall impression of the comfort. Here they are shamefully flat and old. This spoils a lot the impression of the night sleep after a long day. Then, the room, despite of the fact that it's deluxe and has 2 rooms, is really small, even if the sofa is not laid out. And one more thing: dear Clarion hotel, please stop offering coloured "red" herring at breakfast - this is miserable. If you don't consider to offer salmon or trout - better do not offer anything, rather then this...

Breakfast was perfect. The options were adequate. Rooms are slightly old fashioned but have all necessary items. Staff is supportive. The biggest plus point about this hotel is the location. It is situated very close to the old town, so you can take a casual walk of 10 min and reach anywhere on foot. Also, the tram station is just a stone's throw away. The biggest mall of Prague - Palladium Mall is also at the walk-able distance.

The given keys were not working at first and we have to go to the reception again to point out this error. The keys were configured for some other room apparently. This happened with one other customer as well in front of us. Though this is a minor incident but its frustrating for sure. Apart from that, the stay was absolutely comfortable.

Location very nice, 5 min walk to old town square and 5 min from the port from where we can take the boat ride. Breakfast good with various options even for vegans. Room good just that they do not clean it everyday, they just replace the towels and room cleaning is done once in 3 days. My flight got cancelled so I reached on the next day from my booking. However, the staff was very nice and they refunded me the money for the night on which I could not arrive, as the flight cancellation was not in my hands. We could also use the microwave at the reception for my small kid at any time

Room cleaning should be done more frequently

The staff is amazing, especially Oksana in the dining area. The breakfast is also maybe the highlight of the hotel.

Its giving 20th century with hints of remodeling. For just a small price (20%~) bump you can afford being in one of the most luxurious hotels in Prague. This is exactly what foreigners imagine hotels in Prague look like. Overall the windows were dirty from the outside, there was a lot of dust and alltogether it just gives a completely different vibe than it does on pictures. Its giving grandmas house.
