We arrived at the location late with our bags and went to the address we had. There was no key etc and some kids living there said we must go to another office to pick up the keys. It took over an hour to finally get the keys and settle down, we were exhausted and agitated. We were not given enough towels or hand towels for four people and when we asked, they said they do not offer any more towels. Nothing in the kitchen, no hand towels and one bath towel ach. That seemed very strange.

The apartment is in a perfect location, right in the centre of the old town with a view of the old square. It is a lovely clean spacious apartment. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space in each bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with all you would expect including a Krups pod coffee machine, altho there were no pods, there is also a dishwasher and two complimentary tablets. The bathroom was large and again well equipped with the added bonus of a washing machine.

One small criticism is there is no tea towel or kitchen paper. I would have expected this and a welcome pack would have made the stay perfect. Luckily we brought our own coffee and tea with us.

Great location. Great view! Central to everything.

They do have an elevator as advertised but I missed the fine print that it only went to the third floor and you have to walk up the curved staircase to the attic. The unit is unique with a bit of an awkward layout. Open loft bedroom up top, open alcove to kitchen with queen bed and two twin beds behind couch in living room. No privacy. Two things that would have made a difference would be a place to hang up your clothes. There was only a coat rack which was used for our winter coats. Should put a closet bar above washer with hangers to at least hang some clothes. Beds are very firm so I ended up sleeping on the coach. Ice cube trays would also have been convenient.

Amazing location right at the main square, you can literally walk everywhere. Beautiful view from the windows overlooking the cathedral. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. Staff was very helpful and responsive every time we needed help.

The check in - check out is made in a different location than the apartment and that can be annoying if you are carrying heavy luggage! They offer luggage storage on payment at a nearby hotel but it was actually just the restaurant area of their lobby where they left all the luggage, honestly it felt like a rip off having to pay for that. The day we arrived we were given the wrong keys of the apartment which made us pretty angry considering how tired we were and the fact that we had to wait for their technician to bring us the new pair of keys. On top of that same day we had an issue with the shower as it didn't work properly!

The apartment is 2 minutes from the old town. It is spacious and can fit easily up to 8 people with comfortable beds. It was clean and well heated. The city view is ok, you can see the castle at a distance from the side. Highly recommended for families and for easy access to the old town and sites.

The only downside was the bathroom. The toilet room is split from the bathroom which is a good idea, but one toilet for such a big apartment is challenging if you have more than 4 people. The bathroom is a small shower and a sink with cabinet. Was surprised of its size for such a spacious apartment. Towels were at a minimum. Coffee machines were available but no complimentary pods or sugar was available. Elevator is available after one flight of stairs, not at ground level.

The property looks out over the old town square - which is absolutely beautiful when the christmas markets are going on. Location is magical and very easy to get anywhere from here. Very comfortable apartment, easy check-in at the reception a few blocks away.

It can be a bit noisy when the square is active (i.e. loud music etc), but this is to be expected in a crowded part of town. Did not bother us, but may be something to be aware of if travelling with younger kids who will need their sleep. Even though the property is located in the pedestrian zone, there is a road within 50m where you can easily catch a taxi/rideshare if needed.

The location was excellent being directly on the Prague main square. The apartment was a good size with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very clean and tidy.

Bed linen was not sufficient for winter. It snowed while we were there and we had to wear clothes to bed. This company operates multiple apartments in Prague and you may not get what you booked but our apartment was excellent in any case. You must check in and pay 200 euro deposit before you arrive. The is an exponential onslaught of emails in the days before you arrive regardless of whether you have completed these tasks which is confusing and annoying.

Our main purpose for the visit that this time of year was to visit the Christmas markets... and we were very spoilt by the location of this apartment, and the view of the markets from our windows was AMAZING!.

A simple coffee machine, such as a Nespresso pod system would have made the experience with out fault. Unfortunately the drip machine on offer is simply not practical for short stays where exploring is the priority and an early morning coffee is part of the normal routine.

Amazing location right on the Old Square! Good facilities, though the stairs to the loft were a bit steep and the angled ceilings had you watching your head (just a warning). Solid place to stay for a great price for the location.

A little loud at night at times from those enjoying the nightlife and vocalizing it in the square, but I believe that is the price you pay to be right in the center of town. There were a few ants we killed each day that might have been coming from the balcony.

This was the most amazing apartment. The size was huge with the most amazing view of the Christmas market from the large windows. Large beds with separate bedroom for the parents. Was a perfect size for a family of 4. The bathroom was very large and the washing machine was very handy. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was right outside the door.

Whilst we were fully aware we had to pick up the keys from a reception desk away from the property, it did make it difficult to have to wheel luggage to and from the reception desk to pick up and drop of the keys in the snow. However this apartment was so amazing I could overlook this.
