The place is really exceptional Staff are very friendly and always available The suit is very clean and toilet has bidet When they know that we are traveling with a baby the provided a baby bed which our baby loved so much The price is very good comparing to the service provided I can’t see myself staying somewhere else in my next visit Thanks Dear Alice and the beautiful lady we met last day both of them made our stay very comfy

The location was perfect. It was amazing stepping outside and being on the middle of Old Town. It felt like a fairy tale.

The slippers had no traction. I almost slipped and fell a couple times when there was a little water on the floor. It should come with a warning.

The location was amazing, right in the centre of Old Town and walking distance to many sights and the Charles Bridge! The room itself was lovely and had a cosy bedroom with lovely exposed old brick and a large area to get dressed and leave bags. Also the most comfortable very large bed! Warm even with the cold autumn weather. Felt very secure with multiple keycard access only doors before the room.

Everything was perfect from the second we checked in to when we checked out. The lady that checked us in (sorry I can’t recall the name) was amazing. She was super welcoming and, even though, we came much earlier than regular check-in time, she offered us breakfast and early check in. Plus upgraded us to a suite. We were so tired after taking the night train and we appreciated this accommodation very much. The location was superb, the room sparkly clean, comfortable bed, large apartment. We ate breakfast 2 out of 4 days, and it was delicious. Partial view on the street, great for people watching. I would LOVE to return to this place again.

Everything was perfect. There is no elevator which didn’t bother us at all.

Perfect location in the old town, reachable by car. But only unload and go to for example a parking garage of your choice afterwards, at the hotel there is no parking available. The interior is beautiful, everything is clean and designed with love and attention to detail.

It's not a huge issue but in the morning when someone from the same floor started to move in the staircase, the noise went unfiltered into the duplex accommodation. It really sounded like someone entered it.

The room was amazing! It had a separate loft bedroom

The place has a top location - five min on foot from Charles bridge or Astronomical Clock. The stuff was kind and supportive and made the experience (kudos for the lady at the reception). The hotel is withinside the antique town, an old building with clean which rooms makes an specific revel in when you have the proper expectations.

The girls at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great location and charming room.

LOCATION WAS ABSOLOUTLY AMAZING IN THE VERY CENTER OF OLD TOWN. TEAM WAS AMAZING, HELPFULL, WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION, ANY TIME, GIVING GOOD ADVICES AND RECOMENDATIONS.GREAT BREAKFEST.
