Great place to stay in Prague. The location is excellent, the nearest tram stop is Karlovy lazne which is a minute or so from the hotel. Hopping on and off the tram gets you to anywhere in the city really easily from there. The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped, comfortable and a really good size. There are lots of good places to eat within easy walking distance too. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Prague.

The only wee thing would be for any make-up wearers. The lighting in the room and the bathroom is low and there isn't anywhere that's easy to apply make-up. I used the small magnifying mirror from the bathroom, placed on the window ledge in daylight, but in the evening a bit of guesswork was required 😄.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Prague and is less then a 5 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and it is so simple to get into the old town square from this hotel. This hotel is very central to everything and a tram line is just outside the hotel making it easy to get around and everything is also within walking distance! The staff were so lovely during our stay and one of the ladies at reception that checked us in gave us great advice on what tourist attractions to visit and gave us lots of leaflets and information that was an added bonus :) The hotel and our room was spotless, very modern and spacious. Everything about our stay was fantastic and the breakfast was lovely and there was a lot of options to choose from. We also booked an airport taxi from reception and the driver was so lovely and pleasant and gave us a little tour on the way back to the airport and told us lots of stories of the history of Prague. I would recommend booking a taxi to the airport with this hotel as well!

The view was spectacular, and the location was wonderful...close to Charles Bridge and the square.

Breakfast bacon was soggy and eggs were sometimes cold. But, there was a great assortment, and the attendants were very diligent and thoughtful.

The location close to Charles Bridge was ideal for visiting the main sights of Prague, but the hotel is tucked away in a side street so not too noisy. The room was very quiet and a good size, the air conditioning was quiet and efficient, and the bed was really comfortable. Our bathroom had a great wetroom shower. There was a good choice of both cooked and continental breakfast, and decent coffee. Reception were friendly and very helpful ordering taxis etc and stowed our luggage after check-out until we were ready to set out for home.

The decor in the public areas was not to my taste, and although there was a bar it didn't seem to be used. Plenty of choice nearby so not really a problem. The room itself was decorated in dark colours and the lighting was insufficient.

Staff super friendly and helpful, they even left a written note and gift for my birthday in the room. This was extra impressive because they did not know it was my birthday, housekeeping must have noticed the birthday balloons we brought, this is old-school level of detail and service! Location is perfect, a few mins walking to the Charles bridge so you have easy access to both sides of the city. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The room was very spacious, modern and comfortable, the large closet and bathroom were a great bonus. MOODS definitely made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable, we will be back soon to further explore the gorgeous and fun city of Prague.

Fabulous location beside the bridge and 10 mins walk from the old town square. Staff were lovely, greeted us with a cold glass of orange on arrival, given the heat that day was much appreciated. The room was spacious & very clean. Good toiletries, shower gel, shampoo & body lotion. Also I good quality ‘proper’ hairdryer, which matters. The rooms were quiet & I never heard any noise from other rooms, eg anyone walking above us or to the side. Breakfast was very good. Always stocked up. Wide selection of fruit, seeds, yogurt. Various breads, cheese, ham and salad. Hot options included bacon, sausage & eggs (fried or scrambled) plus another item which varied, beans, rice or vegetables when I was there. Plus hot drinks & various juice options.

We just returned back from our stay to this beautiful hotel and I’m out of words to describe the experience we had. From the first moment we were welcomed by a very nice girl at the reception (katerina) she guide us through everything and told us all the things that we should do . A big thanks also to all the other members of the reception stuff who were eager to help us with every question that we had and also booking trips and everything (unfortunately we didn’t get all of their names) . The location is perfect you are just a breath away from Charles bridge and many others very famous land marks . Cleaning stuff kept our room and the entire building spotless so a big thanks also to them . And last but not least I cannot forget the chef and serving team that every day provided us with the best breakfast and best service . And the list goes on . It’s definitely a big YES from us if you are considering and a big THANK YOU to all the MOODs team for helping us make this trip unforgettable. Definitely coming back .

I originally booked this hotel due to the location. It is perfectly situated close enough to the charles bridge that you can easily walk to the castle as well as the old town square. I was very pleased however with the breakfast buffet options. The room was spacious and It was very quiet despite being so close to nearby attractions. It is one street over from the main tourist routes so you don’t get much noise. Staff was very helpful and I had no issues with communication as everyone spoke English. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel was great, very close to Old Town and Charles Bridge, hidden away from main road so it was very quiet. We have been given much bigger room than what we originally booked which was a bonus. Staff was very helpful and friendly, we have left our luggage at the hotel as we have arrived early, when we returned to hotel, our bags were already in our room, amazing service. Room was very spacious and breakfast had loads of options to choose from.

Cleanliness of the room, we found loads of dust around. Wallpaper peeling of the wall, which didn't bother us a lot but it's the little things that would make it a perfect stay otherwise.

A lovely boutique hotel which is superbly located and only a short walk to the Old Square and Charles Bridge. Staff were extremely helpful and managed to get us into our room earlier as our flight had been brought forward. Our room was a spacious, warm and very clean. The bed has to be one of the comfiest we've had at a hotel and guaranteed us a good nights sleep. The shower was amazing with plenty of hot water and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful with good choices of fruit, cereal, breads, meats and cheese etc. Would highly recommend staying here and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Very minor point - my wife is Celiac and although they provided her with some GF bread, but she was unable to toast it as they didn't have a separate toaster.
