The hotel is located in the middle of everyting. You can reach the attraction points in 10-15 min. by walking. It is also accross the police station, so in a very secure area. Rooms are spacious and clean. The building has a unique atmosphere. Workers are very very very kind and helpful! The biggest surprise was the breakfast. I was expecting just coffee and corn flakes but you can find everything at the best quality: omelette, bacon, czech sausages, cheese, vegetables, greens, fruits, breads, cakes, etc.The lady working in the restaurant was very kind and smiling. We strongly recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent – very close to the city center and just a 5-minute walk to both tram and metro stations. The reception staff are very attentive and helpful. Housekeeping service was very good. The room was spacious, with high ceilings that added an extra sense of openness. There was plenty of space to store our luggage. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is also a supermarkets and restaurants nearby that stays open late. Wi-Fi worked very well throughout our stay

Accessing the rooms can be a bit challenging – the combination of stairs and elevators made it difficult to reach our room with large suitcases. For guests with disabilities, if similar rooms are assigned, this could pose a significant issue and should be carefully considered. Also, the check-out time at 10:00 a.m. feels too early. It would be more reasonable if it were extended at least until 11:00, in line with the end of breakfast service. There is no music channel on the TV:((. Very limited TV channels.

Located in an ideal position, 5-15 minutes from the most visited areas of Prague, but at the same time in a very quiet area, the 3* wing of the Unitas hotel was the perfect choice for us. The staff was very kind, they pleasantly surprised me with small attentions on my birthday, the breakfast definitely deserves 5* being very rich and varied, with multiple types of cheese and meats, salads, yogurts and cereals, hot pancakes and products pastries, very good coffee and various natural juices, but also Proseco for those who want it. The room is very spacious, clean and warm, with enough consumables in the bathroom and 2 bottles of welcome water. The WiFi signal was very good, the mattress and pillows comfortable, I didn't even feel like we slept in a foreign bed. We would definitely choose the same hotel when we return to Prague!

Very good. Central location, 10 minutes walk from the Astronomical Tower square. It’s is located not in the very center, but close to it and there is nothing in the street but a small cafe and bar, that were far away, and a police station, so the street was dead silent all day and night, no noise whatsoever, and safe because of police presence. Close to public transport. Staff is friendly and it is nice to have 24/7 desk where you can keep the keys. Staff also gave us toothbrushes because we forgot ours, and helped with finding good cafe around. Room is spacious, decor a bit of dated but I use my room to sleep, not to stare at it. There is a lift, room is soundproof. Always hot water and AC works great. Would recommend, would stay here again.

Everything! The location was amazing, we walked most of our stay, most tourist attractions were not too far. The room was clean and spacious, those high ceilings help with the impression that the room is huge. They clean the room every day unless you don't want them to. The reception works 24/7 so you can always leave your key when going out so that you don't think about losing it. We were very satisfied.

The staff was super friendly and ready to help us find new places to visit and eat. The location is amazing, it took us 5 minutes to get to Old Town, super central and on a nice street. The room was really big and spacious, with a closet to fit our clothes, dresses and night stands, and a coat rack which was useful when we were covered in snow. The bathroom was nice and clean, with room to set your belongings, and it included a hairdryer and towel warmer. I think the hotel has everything at an excellent price

The only things we could point out as room for improvement were the shower pressure, when it’s so cold it’s nice to have water pressure that can help you get a bit warmer. And the room temperature. The AC is of from October to April, so the room relies on the two heaters (And we're from a hot country, so we're not used to such cold weather). The bed needs more blankets, we asked for extras at the reception but they are more of a thin duvet than a proper blanket.It's not the most comfortable. Or at least it's not what we're used to.

Great proximity to everything! Easy walk to old town, and close to train and bus. Easy to get from hotel to airport on public transport for about 2 euro

Everything was great!

First of all, the staff! Every staff member at any given time of the day was exceptionally kind patient and helpful. I was astounded of the maybe 8-10 staff I encountered, every one was too notch! The location was very good, short walk to a tram or subway. The room was quiet! We had their breakfast twice which was really a great spread and all inclusive ( gluten free, vegetarian options etc). The high ceilings were great and kept it cool without even using the very powerful AC in the room.

I liked everything

Our room was simple but comfortable, quiet and quite large. The hotel is part of another hotel of a higher standard, so you get all the services of the best hotel and a room at a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly, they have a secure luggage storage and we were able to check in our room right away when we arrived early by night bus. I think it's the best value for money in the city center.

Very nice hotel in a central location in Prague. Allowed us to drop off the bags in the morning, well before check in time. Surprisingly spacy and comfortable room with everything necessary.

Navigating to the room wasn't simple 😅 seriously, nothing to mention here.
