The rooms are great, superb decor, furniture and materials. Whole property is really clean and modern, everything works exactly as it should. Breakfast is very good, way above average. Big thanks to Denisa who was there every morning at the breakfast making everyone is comfortable, including my family.

Really hard to mention as our stay was excellent, but…Front office staff has completely wrong attitude with a HUGE resistance to help. I interacted with at least 3 different FO representatives for different reasons (from asking additional bottles of water, book a transfer, check-in,out,etc) and no matter what you ask you never get a nice answer, and I wouldn’t say is cultural, they are just rude no matter what.

Staff at reception were like so casual on reaching the hotel and reception for check in, I mean they could have had a more welcoming attitude. If there is no welcome drink it is fine but a good smile and warm welcome and a good body language can also give a positive feeling. To reach the lift to go upstairs each time, you have to go through the restaurant which I don't think is a good idea. You cannot contact the concierge or reception thru telephone and you have to WhatsApp them for any needs. A bit of inconvenience I felt considering I booked a five star hotel . Rest everything was good!

Managers must pay attention to cleaners as they don't replace sometimes used material in the room. Grooming options are little, no soap, no conditionner, no replacement of ear buds... it is a 5 star hotel

The room was lovely & clean, we had all the amenities one could need especially the bathroom scales were great! The windows opened in our room which was wonderful and we had two tv’s which was a luxury. The breakfast was great, a large fresh variety to choose from. The availability of the lifts, laundry room and crib for the baby made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were truly wonderful-helpful and pleasant. Our flight was early in the morning and we were given breakfast bags with lots of things to eat and drink which we appreciated.

Sleek, swanky, lots of unexpected perks--this is a fabulous upscale hotel that will not disappoint! It is in a great location in the heart of Prague, near shopping and a nice walk to the old town. Inside, the hotel is just beautiful--gorgeously designed lobby, restaurant and rooms. Small touches were really impressive, like a real rug on the wood floor, a rain-type showerhead, lots of flexible lighting in the room, and a wonderful coffeemaker. The super accommodating front desk staff stand out. When there was a line, they quickly added an employee with a table to come out from behind the desk and process my checkout. Never have had that happen before!

The food wait staff need a bit more training. I understand that Czech culture is not as smiley as US culture. But a waiter tried to take my plate away before I was done, while I was on the phone, even though I indicated I was still eating. I had to hang up to keep my dinner! And the bartender took my order for one draft beer, charged me, then took another customer's order for an espresso, slowly made the espresso, walked from behind the bar to hand deliver the espresso, then finally went to give me my beer. Really strange for an upscale hotel that emphasizes service.
