We only had breakfast one day but it was very good, wide variety of foods and drinks. Restaurant was clean and well stocked, however croissants did not get replenished and it was only 9.15. Plates could of been bigger, especially for cooked food. Cleaners did an excellent job everyday and tea/coffee in the room replenished. Little fridge in the room was a bonus. TV, hairdryer and shower worked well, which in my experience has not always been the case. Bathroom was well stocked with towels and replaced when needed. Overall it was an excellent hotel, near to all transport links, near to the centre of Prague and opposite a pretty little theatre. Would stay again and would recommend.

The location is perfect, very close to the metro and the central bus station. There are lots of restaurants and minimarket around. The room is quite spacious with comfy beds and huge windows. Although the street in front of the hotel is quite busy, it’s not too loud in the room. The breakfast is nice as well although there isn’t too much variety.

Only minor remarks: the carpet floor feels a bit old and has some spots, giving it a bit of an outdated look. The pedestrian zone in front of the hotel is made out of cobblestones so if you travel with a huge luggage it might be soightly uncomfortable to drag.

The hotel was great. It was around a 20minute walk into the main square. It was right next to a station as well, but we didn't have to use public transport. We had a family room which was spacious, clean and has enough storage. It also had a fridge which was great for milk and a few sandwich bits. It was cleaned every day. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The bar at the hotel was very limited, but this didn't cause us any issues as there was a supermarket a few mins walk away which we used instead.

The room itself is big and spacious. It exceeded my expectations from paying a very affordable price!! It has complete amenities like toiletries, fridge, a vault/locker, cabinet and a tv. Also, it’s pretty close to a metro station which is around 5mins walk as well as the bus station is just across the street around 2-3mins walk where there is a bus that goes to and from the airport! Location is convenient!

The room heater is way too hot and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. No aircon in the room. And wifi can get very slow and does not work at times

Cosy hotel, good location, nice staff, lovely interior, everything very clean, really great and varied breakfast! It was possible to open the windows, which isn't a matter of course nowadays. The bed was very comfortable!

The hotel is directly at a huge street, sometimes it became quite loud with open windows, but when you close them you can't hear anything! What I didn't like that much was the smell of the cleansing material in the bathroom, but I am a bit sensitive toward that... Also the water regulation did not work well, I wasn't able to have lukewarm water - either it was cold or very hot. But this was only in the sink, the shower was ok!

Hotel is 2 minutes walk from the bus station (FlixBus). Check in process quick. Staff/Customer service were great. The elevator was roomy and good. We had a double room facing the road, and it was rather deceiving in size , maybe the high ceilings. but it felt big. A couple of chairs and 2 small tables table. Bar Refrigerator with no mini bar. Big enough for @ 10 bottles of drink. A Kettle provided. No Microwave. Television has a few English Channels. Rest were local language. Air conditioning/heating was good. Double glazing made the room quiet Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were really soft. Wardrobe space was good. The Shower water pressure was very good and didn’t run out of hot water. Water Temperature was constant. Towels were soft and fresh WiFi was strong. The breakfast was very good. Pub next door was ok for a meal.

A couple of pillows of different firmness would be good.

This hotel lends you a super lucky relationship between quality and price. Located 5 minutes walking distance from the central bus station, 10 minute walking distance to the Old Town Square, super full Swedish type breakfast , very helpful and forthcoming staff at the reception all speaking Russian and English. Super clean all over the building and inside your room. Sound proof windows, so even if your room faces the street, your sleep will not be disturbed. A good safe box and a mini-fridge in the room. Strong wifi signal. Flawless!

the location is very convenient for visitors who travel with buses to and from prague. The staff were super friendly and supportive during my staff and the room was clean.

I visited in May and since it was still cold at night the room would be cold and the heaters didn’t work. additionally the mini fridge was not working it just had a light bulb working in it.

The room was really clean and tidy. The staff were nice and helpful. And the location was awsome, just 5 minutes from the metro Florenc station.

While in general I like the hotel but there are two things that can be improved: 1.There was no bottle of water in the room! There is a kettle and teabag, but there is no complementary water. Where is the sense when you put kettle and tea and offer no water!? I dont say there should be toileteries or shower cap or a chocolate on the pillow, just a bottle of water is a rule one in hospitality. 2.The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really bad! So soft than I could sink in and lied flat on the mattress. I got neckpain and couldn't sleep well.

The hotel offers early check-in, and its location is conveniently in front of the station. The receptionist is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities provided are quite complete, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I got a room between floors 0 and 1, which made it slightly inconvenient as I had to take the elevator to floor 1 and then go down the stairs. This was challenging when carrying a heavy suitcase. However, everything else was satisfactory.
