Great facilities, a well-connected location with reliable public transport, comfy beds, luggage storage available before check-in and after check-out, smart tv

Difficult to get in touch with the property staff. The reception was closed, it was hard to reach them by phone and responses to messages were slow. We didn’t receive the access code or the apartment number in advance. The staff claimed we hadn’t checked in online (even though we had) but it would’ve been nice if they’d sorted it out beforehand instead of waiting for us to call after check-in time:( The shower was leaking badly, the entire bathroom flooded and we had to use our towels to stop the water.

Great location, right in the center of everything! Many restaurants nearby, walking distance to the city center… As a family of four a little tight, but still a perfect place to stay at. The apartment provided a double bed, a single bed and a convertible couch. All other conveniences, like coffee maker, kitchen, etc. were perfect. The staff was great – all requests were handled directly, even without a personal contact. In addition, the recommendation for the parking garage with a discount was also a perfect match. if we were to come back to Prague, we would definitely stay at this location again.

The form asked for things to improve – there’s nothing to improve, we really enjoyed our stay!

Very spacious, enough bed space for 5 people (family of 4). The apartment had all amenities you could need - full kitchen, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, tv, free WiFi, plenty cupboard space etc. The location was great, with plenty tram and bus lines close by with easy access to the centre.

Would have been nice if we had spare towels, we had to use the same ones for the entire stay. There was a luggage storage area, but when we went inside it was just a storage area and it didn’t look very secure at all - we ended up taking our bags with us.

We stayed in the apartment with a dedicated bedroom, so this feedback pertains to that option. We were completely satisfied; the place was clean and warm, with all the desired kitchenette amenities provided. The large dining table was comfortable for both meals and working on a laptop. The smart TV supports wireless screen sharing, perfect for reviewing photos or videos. We didn't feel a lack of anything; it was a perfect option for a week-long stay. Upon arrival, you receive a door code to enter both the building and the apartment, which is handy in case you forget your room keys. Thanks to the host team!

Close 10 min walk to the bus station which made it easy for day trips, but would need to either walk 30 mins to get into the heart of downtown with the main destinations are or hop on a tram (close to one and could buy tickets in the tram car; Ubers/bolt take a long time). Great bakery open early @7am located around the corner was convenient for grabbing a takeaway sandwich/coffee for trips out. More residential area it seems. Don’t forget shampoo / conditioner! Theres only body/hair? wash🙈 and didn’t love that there’s no lock from the inside, it’s all electronic and only one sided.

We would like to extend our gratitude for the hospitality provided during our recent stay at your hotel. Our group consisted of five employees, and overall, we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, location, and room facilities. As a company, we operate in both Czech Republic (Karlin) and Belgium, and we frequently have employees traveling between these locations. Therefore, we are actively looking for a hotel in the Karlin area that offers a good price-to-quality ratio for regular stays.

While our experience was positive in many aspects, we did encounter several issues during the check-in process and with the room codes: All five rooms were assigned the same access code, which caused confusion. Although we provided the individual guest names and email addresses at the time of booking, these were not properly recorded for check-in and room assignments. To ensure a smoother process for future stays, we would appreciate your guidance on how to make reservations correctly to prevent these issues from happening again. Could you advise us on the best way to book in the future so that each guest receives their own room code and proper check-in details?

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room and everything in it was very clean. Also clean fresh towels and bed sheets. Kind staff who provided us with additional couple of items that we needed. Easy check in and check out. Location is just fine: not central, but really close to anything by transport (not by walking). Totally recommend.

The size of the room is not that big, it was okay for just me and my child, but probably not for more people. I would maybe add paper towels in the kitchen.

Modern spacious apartment in a great location with lots of eateries around. The managers were very responsive, and all check-in details were sent in a timely manner and very detailed.

Our apartment didn't have air-conditioning, which was a struggle in the current European heatwave. The managers supplied a portable air-conditioner, but it worked very little and was throwing error codes. I must mention I didn't book an apartment specifically with air-conditioning, so be alert when you book your apartment.

Over the past month, I visited several hotels in different EU countries, but this one was the best. Despite all of them being in the same price range. The room was exceptionally clean, warm, and cozy. The apartments are located not far from the city center, with plenty of bars, pubs, and grocery stores nearby. I believe this hotel is definitely worth the money.

On the downside, I didn’t like that the hotel requested the city tax to be left in cash in an envelope. I believe all taxes should be handled directly through the booking platform.

The location, the appliances, the simplicity of checkin and checkout procedures. Everything is brand new and perfectly clean.

Would be useful to have some bench or small table in the bathroom, just to put clothes when having a shower. The shower cabin door doesn’t close very well (bad design). No bedside tables for the additional (couch) bed. To use the air conditioner (portable) you need to keep the window open. Beside not beeing very energy efficient, you hear all the noise from the street.
