It was absolutely perfect and the host was wonderful - such a fantastic location and the place was lovely! They could not have been more accommodating or helpful. We would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Prague and it was literally walking distance to everything.

The outside communal area was a touch dirty - residents had left rubbish bags laying around, but this was not a reflection of our host nor their fault.

Location around the corner from metro. shops. Apartment was big enough to fit 5 people, staff was lovely. highly recommended beds very comfortable. lots of fresh clean white towels. it was secure safe and quant. I will return again to this apartment and I will bring my grandchildren and other family members next time, Thank you Betty and other staff in reception. Well Done.

The bad reviews I read here. seriously where else would you get an apartment for this price and if you expect 5 stars then be prepared to pay 5 star prices. beds where very comfortable.

The place itself is OK. The apartament has nice beds but the kitchen faccilities are enough to prepare sandwiches/hot dogs. The location is great - Karlin is beautyful part of Prague just 3 metro stops from Old Town.

The ahower with an old-fashioned curtain. No heating available. The whole building is old, now the exterior is under renovation and the inside needs some refreshing too.

The place is really close to the metro and we could reach the city centre within 10 min. The kitchen had all the utensils you need. It’s close to a few super markets (Billa and Lidl) and coffee shops. The place Was clean well decorated.

There was not enough toilet paper. Unfortunately you can’t check in after 6 pm and you even have to pay a fee when you’re arriving later. Maybe they can offer a self check.

the toilet seat was not stable and was pulling out and also there was sometimes a smell in the bathroom from the waste water pipes probably, but after all, we were the most of the time in the city, so we just slept here and took a shower :D

The apartment was next to the metro, tram and bus station so it was really well connected. The manager Wenceslav was really friendly and helped us with our questions about Prague what to visit, etc and worried about how our stay was being.

The bed is a little flat so it was a bit uncomfortable but for a couple days it is bearable

Friendly and helpful staff. The company runs 10 apartments in a house in the backyard, so there's no disturbing traffic noise. Located close to subway and tram stations. No elevator. Bed mattrasses maybe a little too hard - but that's just personal taste. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be back soon!

Close to krizikova tram & subway, nice little area. There is a mini market downstairs, other amenities such as coffee shops, electronics store, restaurants, etc. Just few minutes from old town square. Helpful staff who handed the keys during check-in and allowed us to store our luggages after check-out. Love everything about this place :)

Staff was very communicative and willing to help. Appartment was.really close to train station and to a supermarket. Also there was a McDonalds arouns the corner.

Nothing really, just some improvements in the furniture.

Very quiet and secure and in a good neighborhood with great access to public transport. The accommodation itself was perfectly adequate and as expected. Good value for money. I would stay here again.

The shower - insufficient water pressure to operate the rain shower hot.
