Wonderful location on a park where neighbors walk and sit. Lovely trees and a great spot to walk after dinner. Big windows with light and handsome, airy rooms. Their is a small store nearby for necessities and a supermarket not much farther. Convenient to several trams and the subway. The old town is very crowded with tourists, and Karlin, the area where this apartment is, is more family oriented but also has very cool restaurants, wine bars and beautiful architecture.

It was a bit challenging to figure out the stove, but my husband looked up the manual online. I imagine Europeans would be more familiar with how to operate it. It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner provided, but they offered everything else you could wish for, including a washing machine.

above all, we appreciated the availability of the staff to help and find solutions. At our initial apartment work on the facade was being done and window was covered with a foil so no view no fresh air. We asked for a solution and within an hour were given another apartment, cleaning lady was also very helpful in that. perfect customer care! the 2nd apartment had everything in it that we needed, view on the park outside, nice wooden floor, a lovely old apartment refurbished ... all good. Tramway to the city center is just few minutes walk from the flat, metro line B is a few steps further (5min walk). BILLA supermarket is in walking distance. Good restaurants and bars are in walking distance - a quick google maps search is enough to identify them.

very minor things really, like missing light bulbs in some fittings or very cheap solutions for clothes hanger or shelves for storing clothes - a bit more attention to these would make the facility 100% perfect.

The only thing that was a little on a downside was that i didnt get the flat that was shown on the website, even though i had already selected the flat that i wanted. The flat i got was a bit darker than the one in the photo but nothing really to complain about. It was clean, cheap and located pefectly. Ah, there was also a problem with remote for tv, which i didnt figure out evan with manual provided by the owner. I had to lift myself up from the sofa to switch the channel and was left with only basic stuff on telly🙂. Nothing major though. Thanks, i would definitely recommend the flat

Good value for money. Quiet, residential neighborhood only 5 tram stops from the city centre/old town/Charles bridge. Check-in was easy and convenient.

Would be convenient to have some shelves in the shower stall so we don't have to place all our toiletries on the floor. I always book accommodations with a washer and this was the first time that there wasn't powder or a detergent pod for a complinentary load. I asked the owners but they said none is provided - carrying a pack of detergent through 8 countries isn't ideal 😬

The place is well communicated with the rest of the city. There's supermarket, restaurants, and bars around. The apartment is easily accessible with a code and a key, and the instructions to get there were easy to follow.

The apartment claimed to have a sofa bed, a normal bed, and a big bed. We've booked this place as we were a group of 4 adults, two singles and a couple, and warned the owner of it. Instead of a separate twin bed the apartment advertised to have, there was a foldable camp bed. I don't find it to be fair, how can an adult person of a certain weight and height be expected to sleep on a cot, especially when not informed of it previously? The bathroom was very small. The amount of soap and toilet provided was entirely too small for a group of 4 people. Moreover, there were ants in the living room by the window.

Booking Review for Kaizl Park Residence - 4 Nights in Prague We had an incredible stay at Kaizl Park Residence during our 4-night trip to Prague. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Metro and tram, which made exploring the city a breeze. The staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always available to assist. They even arranged our taxis to and from the airport, which was a great convenience. Being opposite a dog park was a lovely touch, and the area felt very safe and welcoming. The locals were friendly, and we had no issues or concerns during our stay. The apartment was spacious and perfect for four people, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I rented the one bedroom and balcony apartment. The bedroom and living room were very spacious. There was clothes rack in the bedroom but no closet, so if you plan to stay for a longer period of time keep that in mind. The bed was very comfortable: firm matress, comfy pillows, warm blanket and clean white linen. The kitchen was fully equipped (from tableware to olive oil) which was great and overall everything was very clean. The best thing about the apartment is that it was really quiet! It has double windows, located near a lovely park and the near street is very quiet. Karlin neighborhood is super nice, plenty of coffee places and restaurants. The tram is just a few mintues away and takes you straight to city center.

I didn't notice it at the beginning when we first arrived because the place was really nice - there are absolutely no photos of this particular apartment in the 40+ photo gallery (only the two bedroom apartment, apparently) so it's fair to say we got it by surprise! The balcony is tiny (which i don't mind) but the view from it is the building's inner yard with the garbage bins right underneath the bedroom window. So when the workers came to empty the bins first thing in the morning we heard that too well. The water pressure in the shower could be better & the towels could be renewed.

Great communication with the host. Awesome location out of the main old town but easy to travel to all parts of inner city Prague using their PID transport app. Plenty of food options nearby. The apartment was sizeable with room for a family of five (2adult kids/1teenager). Area felt secure and safe. All facilities were working well within the apartment. Nice touches left from the host as it was Xmas with a little tree, card and some chocolates.

The singles bed were a little hard. No complaint just not we are used too.

The apartment was clean and tidy with lots of space. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the bathroom was neat and easy to use. The whole process of booking was easy and very convenient and there were no problems at all. The location was excellent too - just a short walk from trains/trams and supermarkets. The area was quiet and very family friendly. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

I will choose this apartment for the next stay for sure! Great apartment located in the very pleasant and quiet part of Prague- you will definitely be satisfied with the view of the park where you can also go for a walk in the evening to chill out. The whole apartment is very well equipped - I had the feeling that there is everything you need even if it's only your holiday house for two days. Beautiful and cosy. Thank you!
