The overall impression in the end was good, thanks to very friendly and helpful staff. They are really nice! The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped. Location is really great, if you are ok with walking and using public transportation. Not far from city center and the neighborhood itself is quiet and cosy with all the shops, cafes and stuff people need.

In 2025 there is a problem of noisy construction works right next to the aparts. The online check in is super complex quest with no result. We got everything in whatsapp chat, but this really spoiled the initial impression. The room had a bad smell (thanks to good weather, we opened all windows) and the coach was awful (it was replaced in an hour). This would make sense to add consumables for washing machine and dishwasher, it’s not convenient to buy them during the stay.

Property allows 24H self check in as you get the code on your phone before arrival. Room is spacious and equipped with basic utensils, stove, microwave, TV, Fridge. You also get balcony. Property is 5 mins walk away from Metro / Tram / bus station and with grocery store Albert which is good. Staff is super helpful and english speaking at reception.

Wifi speeds were very bad. We were losing signals also in the bedroom. You cannot depend on Wifi in this building. Better buy your own SIM card from Relay store at discount and Wifi clearly discappoints. I could barely use it due to low speed and connection issues.

Room: very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen Area: quiet with good tram connections, many little cafes and bars, beautiful parks in full bloom, lovely buildings in pastel colours

Very comfortable and new apartment not far from metro station. Own garage is a big advantage.

Not enough cookware and cleaning tools for a long staying.

Horrible staff. Extremely impolite way of talking and not wanting to accommodate early check in request to an empty room, on days in advance notice simply because they didn’t want to ask the cleaning lady to deviate from her schedule. Absurd behavior for a business that sells hospitality…

The residence met my expectations. Petr at the reception was very accomodating and answered my questions and requests.Location was perfect for my needs, close to public transport, supermarket nearby as well. I would gladly stay here again. It was very quite and calm.

If they can put a bedside table with lamp that would be great. If they could put cameras on the floors for security. Also if they could just put the basic things for cooking like salt and sugar so you dont have to buy and leave a big package behind.

I'd prefer to have basic cooking ingredients, such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. since there is a fully equipped kitchen. Otherwise, you have to buy the whole pack and leave it. I'd advise that staff could use what's left for other guests.

The facilities were good. The kitchen has everything we needed. Nice bathroom, with washing machine. Place was clean. 8 min walk to the tram and metro which are easy to use. The area is very quiet, almost too quiet but it’s about 10 min from the city centre so you’re not too far from the hustle and bustle.

Bed was a bit hard and the pillows weren’t great. We didn’t mind the view but if you’re wanting one, the studio room probably isn’t the best option for you then. The check in process was easy enough but the man doing the night shift wasn’t much help when he could clearly see we had trouble opening the door. Also they don’t change sheets or give you new towels.

It was quite modern and clean, and it had a nice balcony, with a lot of cooking pants.

There was no oil, cleaning products (soap), or cooking essentials like salt and pepper…

From hotel to the bus ,train , subway , station invalidnova have 10 min. walking, subway and bus and train go every 5/7/10 min and trip with bus ,train ,subway, transport to the center is 15/20min . , or have optinion BOLD taxi aplication is very cheepest taxi 5e or ( 100/130 cz kruna) to the cente for 10 min driving or other location , hotel location 8/10 , its all ok see you next way . ps; WOLT delivery 24h in your aparmant kind regards , Ognjen . Its all ok , but the price for the all in the Praha its very bigest ? other city in eu have lower prices here are very expensive prices for all products and products (although there are many Chinese shops and mini markets)
