The overall impression in the end was good, thanks to very friendly and helpful staff. They are really nice! The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped. Location is really great, if you are ok with walking and using public transportation. Not far from city center and the neighborhood itself is quiet and cosy with all the shops, cafes and stuff people need.

In 2025 there is a problem of noisy construction works right next to the aparts. The online check in is super complex quest with no result. We got everything in whatsapp chat, but this really spoiled the initial impression. The room had a bad smell (thanks to good weather, we opened all windows) and the coach was awful (it was replaced in an hour). This would make sense to add consumables for washing machine and dishwasher, it’s not convenient to buy them during the stay.

Property allows 24H self check in as you get the code on your phone before arrival. Room is spacious and equipped with basic utensils, stove, microwave, TV, Fridge. You also get balcony. Property is 5 mins walk away from Metro / Tram / bus station and with grocery store Albert which is good. Staff is super helpful and english speaking at reception.

Wifi speeds were very bad. We were losing signals also in the bedroom. You cannot depend on Wifi in this building. Better buy your own SIM card from Relay store at discount and Wifi clearly discappoints. I could barely use it due to low speed and connection issues.

Room: very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen Area: quiet with good tram connections, many little cafes and bars, beautiful parks in full bloom, lovely buildings in pastel colours

Very comfortable and new apartment not far from metro station. Own garage is a big advantage.

Horrible staff. Extremely impolite way of talking and not wanting to accommodate early check in request to an empty room, on days in advance notice simply because they didn’t want to ask the cleaning lady to deviate from her schedule. Absurd behavior for a business that sells hospitality…

I like everything in our apartment. Clean, comfortable rooms. Close to supermarket, metro and tram station.

The residence met my expectations. Petr at the reception was very accomodating and answered my questions and requests.Location was perfect for my needs, close to public transport, supermarket nearby as well. I would gladly stay here again. It was very quite and calm.

If they can put a bedside table with lamp that would be great. If they could put cameras on the floors for security. Also if they could just put the basic things for cooking like salt and sugar so you dont have to buy and leave a big package behind.

The location is good, close to trams and the subway, there is also a supermarket nearby. The check-in was easy. The beds were comfortable. Overall, the flat had all the necessities.

There were small details that I didn't not like but they were not a deal breaker. For example, there were no chairs and table at the terrace (we used the ones from the inside but I believe there should be special chairs for outside), we were on top floor and there was no cover to protect in case it rains or if it's too sunny, there was green grass between the tiles which in my opinion should have been removed. In addition, no garbage bags were provided or a broom in case you want to clean the floor
