We stayed in this hotel for 7 days. The personnel were super cute and helpful. Food was delicious and amazing, we ate so much and we could eat only in the evening. Room cleaning was so good, they even vacuum room floor everyday. The room is really spacious and has a table, so I could easily work with my laptop there. A fridge and a teapot in the room is a good option, cause it was possible to drink tea any time.

A shower is a little bit uncomfortable as it doesn't have upper holder and cabin is not hermetic so a little water spill on the floor. But despite it I would stay in this hotel next time.

I liked everything about this hotel, one of the best hotel I've ever stayed at, modern and clean rooms, daily housekeeping, quiet area even though there was infrastructure working on the street in front of the hotel you can barely hear them, excellent location, delicious breakfast,excellent price. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would like to thank the young ladies at the reception for being professional and kind and helpful i would like also to thank the housekeeping staff for doing a great job making up the room every time. If i ever visit Prague again I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nothing, it was very nice hotel.

This location was absolutely perfect for our family as we have family who live in Prague about 2 blocks away. The breakfast was really well done and as we spent Christmas at the hotel it was nice to be close to our other family in the room next door. Getting into old town was simple on the bus system that was just down the block from the hotel.

The water temperature in the shower was unpredictable going from hot to cold unexpectedly. It didn't take away from our great time in the hotel and Prague though-just an observation.

Breakfast was varied and delicious. The double bed was very large and comfortable. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is fully carpeted, except for the bathroom. We are both allergic to dust mites, and we suffered symptoms. Since the sheets and towels were freshly cleaned, we suspect it was the carpet, but that is something the staff cannot change.

Room size fantastic - we had the the family room 504. Small issue first night with shower sorted the next day. Great Thank you. Breakfast very good excellent choice of food. Very friendly staff. And great stay. Very easy access to Trams and Buses for a 20 minute journey into city centre and all the tourist sites. Beautiful City.

Slight smell of smoke possibly from neighbouring room but unknown. Did not smell in our room just outside in hall.

The staff were super friendly! The reception is available 24/7. We didn’t use public transportation at all (except Uber at night) since the city center was 20-30 minutes walking from the hotel so the location was great.

The bathroom could have been a bit more deep cleaned. I think the dirt is given that the hotel may be a bit older but acceptable for the price and not horrible.

The staff was very nice, the hotel was clean. Breakfast was nice. Included towels, soap, basic needs such as water kettle, fridge etc.

It definitely wasn't 4 star hotel - the facilities were the bare minimum (3 star hotel level). Also some things didn't work or were working problematically - lights in the room, shower door, shower water temperature etc.

Great interior, tasty breakfast, spacious and comfortable room.

Shower temperature could randomly jump to much colder or much hotter. Breakfast was great, but selection could be a little broader, but it's appropriate for the price. Immediate surroundings are a bit depressing. Room has good heat insulation, but heating would've been preferred as the weather was quite cold.

Bed is very comfy and pillow

I believe crew work in reception have to more polite and don't be rule with customers 10.02 manager on duty was very rule with friend of mine in reception what not see this in good eyes , for reason like it not recomend the hotel because of staff but yes for lovely comfy bed and pillow , well done for crew cleaning!

I liked that we had the option to park our car in a private parking lot. The staff was very friendly, very helpful. The room was good for what we paid.

I wouldve liked the option to also maybe have dinner at the hotel and more diversity with the breakfast.
