Great location, lovely staff

The breakfast was not great, not much choice from the warm section, not replenished fast enough. Only digital menus in the restaurant, no paper version. No vanity sets in the bathroom in the room.

The room was nice and spacious. The couch we had in our room set up as an additional bed was also comfy. The room was well isolated and we could not hear much noise from the street or the reception. The breakfast had a great selection and was worth the money. There is a free to access gym with sufficient equipment.

The check-in could be tweaked. While it is useful to have the option to check yourself in online or on a tablet at the reception, the system needs some tweaking. Our stay was prepaid, but the tablet displayed a price for the full stay to be paid and we needed help from staff regardless. The bathroom has a little bit of an unfortunate design, making water go everywhere. The shower could use an additional shower curtain.

Perfect location (1 min to tram, 3-5 minutes to metro). 2-3 stops by tram and you are in Center. Many places for dinner near the hotel. We found also few places for breakfast in 5-10 min walk. If you go 3 min away from tram way, there is very quiet and beautiful streets to walk, nice Church an parks. Very nice air-conditioning system, it was fresh and well conditioned air all the time. Very big and perfectly designed rooms. NB Hotel 0 floor is very nice bar-restaurant, reception you find also there. 1st time we thought it is little bit strange and maybe it is some night club, but it was very quiet and friendly in the evening.

It was little bit noisy in our room, window was to main street, but as AC worked well, it was not so big issue with closed window. Our friend room was to other side and he said it was very good and no noise.

The breakfast was superb! Lots of selection. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall I liked the stay at Pentahotel.

The check-in process was very hassle. Even when we paid in advance, it still took a while to process our check-in. The staff were a bit distracted. The hotel entrance could have been separate from the bar entrance as it is quite awkward to pass by people drinking or getting in the way of those who play pool. 10-15 minutes ride to the main square. 2 nearby stations, a grocery store, and restaurants. A bit expensive given the factors combined but forgiveable.

There iwas truly nothing I didn't like.

It was absolutely amazing to stay here. The staff was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. The bed was amazing and spacious is an understatement. Had a wonderful sleep in a great room. The only thing that would have added to my experience would have been to have a bath instead of a shower. But I didn't pay for the bath so of course that is my own doing. Breakfast was perfect great choices and perfect taste. Never been happier. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing.

This was good! Not a hotel in the classic sense, but this is exactly what makes it so interesting! It was my fourth hotel in Czechia so it was refreshing for me to choose a more... alternative accommodation in terms of design. I especially liked the big desk chair with the four wheels, the Prague map wallpaper, the cool hanger, the tiny balcony with a nice view day & night (not too noisy, even though the light rail goes very often - I enjoyed that). The bathroom was alternative in a cool way. Very good & helpful staff overall. They probably enjoy their job, too (important). 👍 Even though the hotel is not located exactly in the city center, the subway and light rail are really close and someone can be in the center in no time. Great breakfast! ❤️ Probably the best I've had. Nice venues. Special thanks to the chambermaid who provided me an iron for my shirts right away! 🙌

Reception could be a bit more focused on the queue & that would make my stay 10/10 :-) There was a second door in my room that I never figured out where it leads. Not a bad thing - just saying. 👻

Great location! Modern and fun vibe inside

I was told there was a “secure luggage room” prior to my arrival to leave my bags while I ran in the half marathon. My bag had my passport and wallet in. When I got back it turns out my bag was just left behind the bar where it could have easily been taken! There was an open walk way right next to where mine and other bags were being kept so anyone could have walked into the hotel and taken it!

The hotel had a fantastic bar and lounge, the rooms were modern and clean. The shower was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect, just outside the centre but with lots of nice bars and restaurants at reasonable prices close by.. Easy to get a tram outside and get into the centre.

My room on the 1st floor suffered from noise from the bar area downstairs.

Lobby with variety of amusements, location.

Small thing that can be done without costs: no mug for tothbrushes - for 4 people family shelf is to small for everything😁, no green tea to pick up in room only black and fruit😁 And for me breakfast on Sunday was a hectic expierience - to many people no room to eat properly
