Beautiful apartment, feels very modern, super clean, very quiet. Loved having a bathtub. GREAT location- around the corner from a metro and trams so it's very easy to go to the center but I prefer being away from the throngs of tourists. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery options in the neighborhood too. But perhaps the best was the staff. They were always kind, professional and very responsive. I was also impressed with their proactive communication about a temporary issue in the neighborhood. I travel a lot and stay in nice places, I'm not easily impressed but I would enthusiastically recommend this building and would definitely stay again!

I had the pleasure of renting an apartment at Karlin Residence by TKC in Prague and overall I was pleased with my stay. The location in the heart of the city is really advantageous and the proximity to public transport makes it easy to explore. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, but I noticed that the kitchen equipment could be more complete. Having only two spoons, two knives, two forks, two glasses and two plates, I did not feel comfortable preparing meals. For people planning to cook, such a set of dishes may be insufficient. On the other hand, the service was very helpful and friendly, which significantly increased the comfort of the stay. To sum up, Karlin Residence by TKC is an attractive place to stay in Prague, but additional kitchen equipment would certainly make it even more comfortable for guests planning to cook on their own.

Beautifully designed and very large apartment. I felt safe and taken care of and most of the apartment was very clean. Message responses were very quick. There is a little store just nearby to buy water etc. that is open late.

The windows were very dirty. The fridge was very stinky and there was water in it. A Big bottle of welcome water would be great. Inside the shower it smelled of smoke - probably someone hid in there to smoke, as all the apartments are non smoking. The apartment had quite a bit of wear and tear on some furniture and especially inside some of the drawers. Some plants or so to make it a little more cozy and warm would have been great. I did ask for a quiet room facing the backyard but got one facing the street. it wasn't that loud but on saturday night I was awoken by a woman throwing up loudly on the street opposite at 3am.

Brilliant experience from start to the end. Very friendly man at front desk-absolutely sweetheart. Easy check in and out by electric card. Luxury apartment with excellent taste of decorations. Coffee, tea, plenty of towels, air condition. Lovely view from window on city, very quiet, private. Cleaning service every second day without I even asked, This will be my definitely to go if available again in Prague. Plus around lots of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets. I really enjoy my stay.

The attic room I had, 461, was just stunning. Sloping high ceiling with huge windows, perfectly equipped kitchen, AC, everything was working. The location right on the subway and close to restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Just absolutely superb.

During a heavy rain, the outdoor patio leaked into the unit below, so people came in to have a look, but things happen, major floods, crazy weather.

Overall great stay and would highly recommend it for small families staying for up to 1-2 weeks. Location: Excellent. Roughly 10min away from old town using the bus or subway (station was 2min walk). Close to supermarkets (Albert, Billa) and several restaurants and cafes (within 5min walk). Reasonable distance from Prague main train station (10min subway) and airport (30min car). Apartment: Some units are 2-stories, mine was a 1-floor unit that was spacious and clean. Appliances are new (washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, iron/board). Fast Wifi! A/C was good for 27-29 degrees Celsius days. Quiet inside the apartment. Comfortable beds (not too soft) and nice bathrooms.

Nothing really. Just be sure to have Google Translate or some other app (or book?) to help translate the German labels on the washer/dryer and stove/oven so you can operate them.

Located conveniently close to the metro/supermarket/espresso bar, nice lively area but not too busy, neighbourhood looks good and I felt safe in the evening as a woman alone trying to locate the apartment in the dark. I compensated the lack of a terrace by sitting in the windowsill- that just fit. Oh, and I loved that funny tunnel underneath the mountain nearby - pedestrians and bikes only.

I missed the coffee in the little box for tea, sugar, and coffee. What felt a bit awkward, is that the hallways are dark and I had some trouble locating the light switches at first. Just minor details, overall the apartment was great.

The apartment was lovely and super comfortable. It had everything we needed, and we were pleasantly surprised to have a terrace just outside of our front door to be able to sit out in the glorious sunshine. also the subway station is a 2 min walk away

this is absolutely not a complaint.. but more cutlery and utensils for the kitchen would be useful, such as cutting knives and utensils for the pots and pans

The price for this apartment in this area of Prague is nothing but amazing! There are plenty of good cafés in the area alongside the metro station from which You can go straight to the city centre. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The Radio in the Hall and Bathroom was a cherry on top. I would also like to thank the people behind the Booking, great service!

There is not much really to point out that we did not like - everything was up to the standards and we loved it.
