The staff were very nice, helpful and polite. There was a very covenient tram stop right oustside for travelling to different parts of the city. This was free for over 65s. The shower and bed were very good.

The overall aspect of the place was a bit jaded, but nothing a bit of titivating wouldn´t fix.

The bed in the single room was bigger than expected. Room was a bit smaller than expected. It was nice to be able to open the window to look down on the courtyard.

The cups hadn't been cleaned when I first came to use them, but were always washed after the first day. Fortunately I had bought my own supplies for hot drinks as none were supplied by the hotel. I had to ask for a bath towel as only a bath mat was left by the cleaner, who was obviously having a bad day! The lift was out of order more than it worked. Climbing 3 flights of stairs was a problem as I am in my 70's. However the maintenance person tried hard to keep it working.

Great hotel, great breakfast variety (also yummy) and a very nice staff!

My room was available only 1h30 after the time of check-in. They kindly offered me to give me a simple room instead if I wanted to check-in in time (which is a downgrade) but I obviously did not want this solution. Since I had a big luggage and needed to refresh after a very long trip before getting to the hotel, I needed the comfort of a shower before starting to visit the town. I therefore had to wait and had to postpone my plans a little bit, but this still consist in a little period of time I could have better used. The front desk staff was very polite though.

Public Transport is super accessible. The staff were friendly and approachable. The room was clean. They clean the room everyday and change towels. We booked the hotel with breakfast and you can eat whatever that is served of your own choosing . Appliances work well (Flat screen TV, Refrigerator + Microwave). Mini Stores and Restaurants are nearby.

The room was not yet ready as we arrived for check in. We need to wait for about 15-20 mins, but overall Residence Tabor + Golden City is for me highly recommended. Maybe they need to add cleaning staff personnel (btw the cleaning personnel was friendly)😊👍.

Tbhe location is right on. several tram lines, a few stops form the rail station. I have trafveled a lot, but the care shown by the front desk is something i've never seen before. I was nervous about the shower (which is a standard size in the places I use) and a tool was brought to my room. They were excellent in making suggestions for appreciateing that beautifuyl city. The breakfastwas far more than adequate for a htel of this level, and there was always staff person to help oie

The location is perfect, there is the main railway and metro stations. In room i have found everything, including microwave, kettle and hairdryer. It was nice terrace also. The breakfast was also fine, some eggs, sausage, cheese, bread and etc. The girls at reception were super nice and kind.

The room was a bit dirty, was a small misunderstanding with parking, it was one of priority to choose the hotel, and unfortunately the price for parking was like half from price for night, we had to find by our own some parking.

Room is spacious. Location is good as its in front of tram stop. They attended to clean my room every day, which was not needed.

No tea/ coffee provided. Could not connect to wifi. Bed is hard, blankets were not sufficient to cover. Breakfast serves only after 7:30 am, and too late for me as I wanted to go to work. So I had to buy breakfast from out side though it is included in my booking. Wish they provided breakfast serve time before I booked. Reception and breakfast were off location, had to cross street.

Stayed for one night and it was good value for money. Tram line is just out of the door, so it was very easy for me to travel around the city (and I felt safe also during the night). Room is very basic, but had all I needed. Breakfast is very simple, but I could find some vegetarian options. Since I arrived early, I could store my luggage at the Reception (it is different building across the street) and my room was ready several hours before the official check-in, so thanks to helpful staff! : )

Room had cups and tea pot, but there were no tee or coffee provided which would have been nicer. But not a big issue. My windows were facing the street (on 1st floor), so those who are poor sleepers or not used to traffic sound, will not be too happy. To me it was fine : )

The staff is friendly and responsive. I am glad that they offered a quieter room that I asked for in the remark. This really shows that they care about guest’s comfort and need. The breakfast is great, with variations for my 8-day stay. The hotel is convenient with a tram stop right outside. Supermarkets are minutes away by walking. At the price I paid in early July of Prague, it is definitely value-for-money.

The staff went above and beyond so you feel comfortable. I am a light sleeper and my room was facing the street, I couldn’t sleep cos of the outside noise despite close window. I put a request to chance and they did the next day! Thanks again 🙏🏻

The only thing is that because the residence has reception across the road, we had to leave our hotel to go across the road for breakfast. Sometimes you just want to be comfy and go have breakfast in your room pyjamas 😄
