Staff! Peter provided us with directions how to get to the flat. Additionally, the shared space had the map so we could easily navigate. I also appreciated that our room had a list. Restaurants, bars, the cheapest ways to move around Prague and so on. It was helpful for foreigners :)

Missing essentials - While we have seen what we may expect from the room, we didn't have plates nor bowls. So eating breakfast was a nightmare. Also, anything allowing us to heat up food (beside the kettle that the room had) would be helpful. We didn't have much luck with the weather, so we were stuck either for instant soups for small cups or going to nearby restaurants. Even a small microwave in shared space would do the trick.

The place is about 1km from the station 400 meters to the nearest tram stop. This makes it very convenient to get around. The old city is about a 20 minute walk, and the surrounding area is safe to walk around even at night. Peter is extremely helpful and provided us with all the important details in terms of travel within the city and other tips and bits of info. The property is a 3star and lives up to that expectation. The room is clean and spacious, and comes with refrigerator, complimentary tea/coffee, linen, Netflix etc. Overall for the price, location and facilities, the property ticks all the boxes. We ended up staying an extra night as well.

The pillow was a little too hard for me, but my partner slept perfectly fine. So its personal preference really. Everything else was in order.

It was a very pleasant stay. We rested very well, it was mostly silent and the beds were really comfy and big. The blinds were good. They had the light switch on both sides + electrical outlets. The shower had warm water and comfortable shower-head. Both main room and toilet had trash bins. We received 3 towels which also were clean and comfy. The location of the TV was also comfy. Overall, very good price for the quality received.

No plates / forks / sponge / dish soap, but that's the only thing we found to be missing, every other small details were there! Also, the corridor before you enter the room had a chlorine scent, but that's a minor thing that they could've fixed somehow (just a small suggestion). The TV crashed twice after ~30 minutes of watching something on YT on both nights without the ability to restart it, maybe because of the wifi.

Fantastic location. Only 15 minutes ( max) walk from central station, close to parks, supermarket and great restaurants, but still nice and quiet. Excellent facilities, really all that you need for an independent, self contained base in the centre of the city. Peter was super friendly and helpful, with clear instructions and great recommendations for food and transport. If we come back to Prague, Central Station Studios would be first on my list of places to stay on a limited budget.

Great location close to the city centre and main train station. The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. Check-in was easy with clear instructions, and the host, Peter, was responsive.

Only downside was the duvet, which felt a bit small for me (I’m 6’1”). Peter explained it was standard size and couldn’t provide a larger one. Aside from that, everything was pleasant.

The room was really spacious and equipped with a water kettle and a minifridge. The host left us lots of tea bags and coffee. It’s super close to a tram station that has very good connections with the city center. For the price it was perfect! Perfect communication with the host

It was extremely cold the first night even though they said the warming system works on a thermostat, but upon request they changed the settings and the room got super warm!

The place was great, it was well kept, clean, big, there was a fridge and utensils to make a coffee and tea. Bathroom was super nice. The room was within 5min walk to big store (Lidl) and well-connected tram stop. It was quiet and safe.

The AC device in the room was making it warmer instead of cooler. There was some misunderstanding regarding the payment and the owner should be nicer about it, especially that the fault was on his side, it wouldve been a 10/10 if it wasnt for that.

Clean, reachable, cheap private room. Everything as expected, and as shown on the website, no unpleasant surprises. Special thanks to Mr. Daly for extra contact and instructions.

It seems the smell (damp, mold? ) on the entrance to premises is a recurring problem. It didn't specifically bother us as the air conditioner (dehumidifier) was working in the room. But a kind reminder to the management to work on this.

Very great place to stay. Close to everything and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything. What appreciated the most : - the map and brochures of Prague in the reception - I had so many questions since i was moving to prague and everytime my contact was very helpful and gave me insights and recommendations - I was very happy to find an umbrella in the stay since it was raining

Great location, very close to the tram line that goes to Old Town and other tourist spots. The room was clean and comfortable, very large and comfy pillows! My room also has a small fridge which is not common with lots of European hotels at this price point. Also very helpful staff!
