The room was good, the bed was really great. Cleaning service was good too. The location was good as well, easily could walk everywhere.

The breakfast was a little basic, for me a decent spread of fruit was clearly missing, as well as proper juices. The bread was also quite stale, if there was any left by the time i went down for breakfast. One morning I wanted go get another coffee from the machine (self service) at 10:31, 1 minute after the end of breakfast and they saw me coming and still started dismantling the machine. I thought this was a little exaggerated. Its not like I was the last person there, there were plently people still sitting with full plates so it wasn't like I would be the reason they'd finish the breakfast service late.

This hotel is very close to Florence train station (metro) so very convenient when you arrive by train. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning from a long flight and we request a room as soon as possible. Although check in was as 3 o'clock, the girl in the reception did her best and gave us a room earlier to get rest. Highly appreciate. Breakfast was great with different options every day. Staff very police. Cleaning 10/10. Our check out was very early in the morning and they prepare for us generous breakfast box to take with us. The area is very safe and full of restaurants, fast food and markets. Bus station (FlixBus) also very close if you are planning to visit Karlovy Vary or Cesky Krumlov by bus.

The check-in process was straightforward and the staff was very helpful for any questions we had. We didn't pay for the breakfast when we booked our rooms but it was possible to pay for it during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and our room was clean. The location was also perfect since it was only 10 minutes away from the center. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The so called "gym" was just a small room that had a few devices to exercise. It was sufficient for me and my friends but I would not advertise it as a gym and be more precise in the description.

Great location on the edge of the old and new towns, within easy walking distance of everything. Spotlessly clean, comfortable twin room, with separate toilet and wet room shower, towels, hairdryer, and complimentary additions included , toiletries, comb, shoehorn, and tea and coffee. Mini bar fridge chargeable locally (we didn't use this facility but we did use the fridge). We would highly recommend this accommodation as its excellent value for money. We had a late flight and they stored our luggage after we'd checked out.

There was a parking at hotel which is a plus due tue many hotels in this area don’t have. Nice hotel, modern design. Comfy bed. Everyday cleaning. Nice location. Supermarkets/restaurants/public transport at hand.

Short options for breakfast. Two kinds of eggs, beans, ham&cheese same every day. (Don’t have enough supply?) Sometimes we had to wait for the coffee/tea cups to get washed or plates were wet. Not a big deal but haven’t experienced that before in hotels. Room sound proof wasn’t the best,at least in our case ( maybe we were lucky) neighbors were slamming the doors because they wouldn’t close completely so you have to push it harder to make sure you closed it and cleaning ladies weren’t too gentle 😅 while cleaning making all sounds possible in the morning. It’s was a good stay overall. I’d rate the hotel 4 stars rather than 5 compared to other 5 star hotels.

Location of the hotel is really nice. Also it is a new hotel, condition of the room and cleaning were really satisfying. Air conditioning was really fast and good. Bed was relaxing.

Prague has park problems and I picked this hotel since it has parking. I called the hotel 6 times to reserve a park place, but no one picked up. One hour before my arrival I call once more, the reception picked up but said no parking lots left. Cleaning was really nice, but no one should enter the room if "do not disturb" tag is hanged on the door :)

The breakfast was perfect except for the VERY poor choice of fruits (the continental breakfast, esp. at this level of quality/price, also includes fruit, which means more than a few apples on a plate!). The bathroom was somewhat of a mystery: a tub whose shower section is protected by a glass door that has no room to open/close... Too dangerous for showering (bc the slippery tub), uncomfortable for bathing (the glass door is in the way and it's hard to reach the controls under/around the shower from outside the tub; getting in and out is dangerous/tricky bc you're trying not to slip and crash into the glass door).

The parking was a bit expensive, but the security was excellent, so I was satisfied overall. The room was clean, and the location was very convenient, with both a tram stop and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It was also nice that we could walk to Charles Bridge in 20 to 30 minutes.

It was slightly unfortunate that breakfast was only served until 10 a.m., which we missed. However, we were glad to find a Starbucks and some reasonably priced cafés nearby.

The parking price is too high. The breakfast is terrible and is not worse to pay. Better to go out and have some great breakfast in the city. The personal is somehow not qualified but it was explained to us that they do not stay there for longer than 3 months🤫
