The studio was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was equipped with basic, but most important things. The AC was working well and helped get through a hot summer's night. There is a lift which comes in very handy.

Some of the reception staff seemed very indifferent about guests and their questions. This was a little disappointing and off-putting. The cleaning ladies on the other habd were really friendly. The shower doors were leeking a little, which made the floor wet very quickly. Also, the power of the water is a little weak, but temperature wise it worked just fine.

The hotel is charming, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the lovely receptionist, Anastasia. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and that I had everything I needed. Initially, I was assigned a room without a full-length mirror, which was quite inconvenient for me, especially since I needed one to get ready for the conferences I was attending. Anastasia quickly resolved the issue by arranging a room change, and I’m so grateful she did — it saved me a lot of stress.

The staff was very helpful and nice. We came 1.5 hours earlier than the check-in but our room was already ready so we could go in directly. They let us enjoy breakfast even though we came down just a little before the end of official breakfast time. After check out, they let us leave the laugage and the car in the parking until the afternoon without extra charge. Helped with questions about the public transport App. Location-wise it is not in the center, but it's easy to reach the city with trams, there is a station just outside the hotel or other lines 7 minutes walking distance. It's actually not far from some nicer parts of the neighbourhood, which unfortunately we didn't have the time to explore. The advantage is of course the attractive price and it's very easy to reach by car and has available parking. The room was spacious and clean (Family room) with equipped kitchenette. There's an elevator. Breakfast had a nice variety at a very low price.

We were there on extremely hot days (32c), top floor with ceiling windows, so the AC didn't help so much. but it didn't bother us because we only slept in the room and spent most of the time outside. Not a negative but just so you know- The area of the hotel it's a bit raw, mostly residential with some construction around it.

The bed was comfortable, cleaning was daily, staff were friendly and there was free coffee until 8 pm. The tram station was nearby so getting into the city center was easy and fast.

There was no trash can in the room, every single day the breakfast was the same (hard boiled eggs, sausages, some fruits and vegs, bread and cereal), the shower's tap was loose and water pressure was less than ideal.

It was well appointed with a kitchen facility and breakfast was provided for a small charge if you wanted, with free tea and coffee available from the dining room any time you wanted.

As I was in the top floor part of the room was effectively not usable as the attic windows meant you either had to bend over double or else bang your head trying to move around. It was also a little way away from town but you can still get there by tram.

Anastasia on Reception was so lovely and welcoming and always available throughout the day. She was helpful and informative about the location and teaveling into and out of the city centre.

Apartment rooms were very badic. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms and athough you can get drinks from dining room in day time the dining room was shut at 8pm so no access to a hot drink in the evening. Would have been good to have drinks facilities in room. For the price I paid €492 for 4 nights unfortunately I did nor think I got value for money.

Very friendly staff, cleaning staff included! Air conditioning! They even did the dishes which was nice.

Some dust conwebs in the corners, no hooks in the bathroom, no real closet, toilet seat loose and shower drain cover loose. No microwave. No real grocery store nearby just minimarket (overpriced).

Very well maintained property. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Anastasia is ever smiling. The accommodation was neat and clean. It is well connected to a bus stop and also mini supermarket. Breakfast was good too. Eggs, bread, jam, butter, salad, juice, coffee. Thank you.

Maybe there can be a kettle in the accommodation if possible.

I enjoyed a continental type breakfast. The room was spacious with its double bed. I tried to keep it as clean as I got it.

Can’t think of a thing except the stop in the sink got stuck so water couldn’t get down, but they fixed it and I just used running water after that in case it got stuck again.

The AC was a godsend! The breakfast was satisfactory. The TV is a smart TV, which is nice for accessing more things to watch beyond local channels. It was easy to reach from the airport and is central to many tram stops for easy reach to tourist sites.

Windows face out to the street where a tram line runs through so you will hear the tram throughout the day and night. Although the hotel now is non-smoking, the remaining smell of smokers from the past was still very evident to me. The red curtains don't block the daylight and will turn your room into the red light district if you have them drawn.
