What a great price/value hotel in Praha! Location is so close to Downtown, worth time invested walking to the Letensky Sady park with a wonderful overview of Praha!. Room equiped with new furniture, clean and comfortable. Bathroom seems like new!! This was a plus!. Breakfast was exceptionally good considering the price! Elevator to all floors, including the basement where the restaurant is located. Parking place!

The parking place is quite small, good for small cars :-), you will find complicated to park if you arrive with Van or long vehicle… However is not a real problem of the property, space is Praha is expensive… :-))

The size of the room is more than what we need. We traveled with a 2-year-old son but no cot was required because queen size sofa bed in the living room and two single beds in the bedroom were there. High standards of hygiene. Convenient to go downtown. Decent variety and quality of breakfast (when considering the price). Above all, the price is pretty attractive, hence very good cost performance! I consider myself a pretty critical customer but this hotel is one of the very few hotels to recommend!

We were just unlucky that the assigned room does not equip a bathtub. It was a shower. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.

Good communication, staff was available and accessible. Room was clean and had everything you would wish for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood has some very nice restaurants and bars that are more than reasonably priced, being at some distance from the most touristic locations. Breakfast was ok, more than enough to start the day. Touristic center reachable within 3-4 tram stations.

nice apartment: two rooms, one bathroom, small kitchen. front desk works from 8am to 8pm, but key was left in safety deposit box 20 min walk to center of town or 6 min tram ride staff was friendly!

breakfast could improve, but was OK not much parking space available, was only able to park the car for a fee of 14€ inside the premises on the 3rd day of our stay. I had sent an email requesting parking space prior to arrival, but had not received answer

It was like a apartament, two big rooms and big bathroom, kitchen just for us, location is very good if you don't have problem with walking 30-40 min to centrum, also there is good connection but we just walk all time. Price/what you get ratio is good. Breakfast is good.

I book a 2 rooms, one with large bed and one with two separate beds, in rooms it was 2 large beds without option to separate. View from window was direct on parking so most of time we had covered windows, but it's not really problem.

Nice location, polite and helpful young man at reception. Anatoly, if I can trust my memory. Clean, big room. With a corridor. Was a little bit noisy first night because of the neighbours. In general very quite neighbourhood. A lot of places to eat and drink around. Perfect temperature in the room. Satisfactory breakfast.

Matras was a little bit too… OK, I was not at 5* hotel. The linings too washed up, with bubbles. Breakfast - rather regular choice. If you come later you get cold, gummy sausages, small piece of cold omelet and too long cooked eggs. But you can save your morning mood with tasty fruits, cheese and charcuterie.

Everything was super clean. Came with a whole kitchen: fridge, oven, kettle, dishes, cups, utensils, and even laid out some tea for us. The shower was separate from the toilet. Accommodated our request for extra beds very generously. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the bus station that can take you right into the center.

The garage was a little hard to get into but the staff were very kind and helped park into it.

Very very clean. Really good value. Good size room good size beds. Lovely big shower. Lots of storage. Nice location quiet out of the centre but still very accessible via large tram square down the road, or a lovely 40 min walk through the park to old town. Decent coffee at the free breakfast.

Room was pretty hot, you could open the window nice and wide but then you had the noise. Bad smell in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t great. Luggage store room was not kept locked even when reception was unmanned which concerned me.

- Relatively central location, - Easy access by car, - The room is quite clean (contrary to my expectations after reading some reviews here), - Elevator access to the upper floors' - Pleasant mattress (firm enough for a restful sleep), - Comfortable pillow, - The temperature in the room was suitable, - Clean bathroom, - The water pressure in the shower (a particularly important aspect for me) was very good, - The furniture in the room was OK.

- Parking on the street "exists but is completely lacking", you are recommended to go and park at another location a few hundred meters away at another hotel (approx. 5-7 minutes on foot) - Breakfast quite poor and the coffee very bad, - The electronic lock on the room door was destroyed and left like that (ugly appearance when you get to the room), - The staff, although kind, still do not excel in hospitality.

Hi, this was our 2nd stay in same hotel, so this can tell all imortant. All was fine, only broken, their typical blue flag with lion, was not nice...About one complication will be good to inform - Vystavna ulice is under construction and only trams could be used, so when you travel with your car its nice complication to comes close to hotel, but nothing too problematic.
