Thumb up for  smooth check in/heck out. Members of staff (reception, breakfast, housekeeping) very friendly and with smile on their faces.  Room comfortable and clean. Bathroom needed for some update. Parking on site. Pets also accepted.

weak points: very noisy bathroom and toilet extraction fans and cigarette smell getting through the fan system. Breakfast serving / presentation should be improved. Fruit plate made of unripe kiwi and taste-less melon. So just small details which easily can be "fixed"

The reception staff was very nice and helpful, the dinner was exceptional! :) The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast had a huge variety of the food, which was superb so everyone can pick up what they want. The location was really close to the Sparta stadium, the underground was very close - up to 9 minutes walk with kid.

The rooms are renovated from the old time and in some aspects the details are not completed which a bit disturbed me (I used to work as an architect .:-)) Some guests were very noise in the night time (after 10:00 p.m.) which is no good when you are traveling with kids who need to sleep at that time.

The location that I was searching for near the concert area was more than perfect! I definitely have to recommend the restaurant of this hotel. It is a gem! Everything was DELICIOUS! Thr staff feom the restaurant were super mega attentive. Always with the best attitude and service; so instead of eating outside I ate there and it was AMAZING!!! The hotel is very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

Sometimes, the people of reception were not so open to dialogue and did not really care to understand the needs of people. They did not develop any information when you would ask about things. Everything else was awesome.

I liked that there is parking, it turns out that parking in Prague is very expensive, about 3.5 euros per hour and the hotel is just wonderful, in the city center hotels do not have their own parking, there can be no space on the street. I was there at Christmas and it was an apocalypse in the city.

The room was quite cool. For the first time in my life there was a queue for breakfast. But it was Christmas and the holidays, there were a lot of people. Finding a table for breakfast was not easy. I think that on normal days everything is fine with this.

Very clean and neat rooms provided. The hotel reception room was very well styled and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant onsite was a bonus and we received good service. The food was good also, especially a wide selection for breakfast. It was a very easy walk next door to the concert we were attending and nearby there was a tram to catch into the sites. It was a good location.

There was a lot of noise from the site next to our rooms that kept us awake. The rooms also got quite hot in the night but to open the window made the noise worse.

The room and bed was OK. Good location when attending an event nearby. At this time, there was free parking directly in the hotel garage. The breakfast was perfect, including a good selection of hot meals.

The room might be quite noisy - we got a room near the elevators (the elevators are beeping even during the night, you hear all the people entering the floor) and additionally were woken up by other guests talking in the hallway for a good while.

Great location if you want to attend an event at the sports hall, right next door! We went to a concert and didn't even need to bring our coats because we were so close. Good access to the rest of the city center by public transportation (around 20 mins) or cab, including the airport (30 mins away by cab), comfortable room and great breakfast variety. The shower was also one of the best we've had at hotels because of the great water pressure. Helpful and polite staff, we were able to leave luggage at the hotel after checking out free of charge.

We had a double room with two single beds pushed together, which was fine. However, there was a large gap between our mattresses - we could have used a mattress topper to sleep more comfortably as a couple. We only realised that was an option when we saw my friend's room and she had a topper. However, we only spent two nights here so it wasn't that big of a deal. If we come back again we will make sure to ask at the reception, I'm sure the staff will try to accommodate us.

FREE PARKING!!! Out of craziness, easy to reach by car via tunnel, which saves you from insane traffic in the city. Surrounding is not nice but accessible by tram, metro and train to the city in 20 min. The breakfast is pretty rich as well.

The backside rooms dont have a good view, but when we wanted to change the room, they helped immediately even though the hotel was packed. Bathrooms are a bit smelly but not something unbearable.

Nice staff, free parking at the hotel garage, easy access to motorway on departure (without need to pass through tunnels and traffic further in the downtown). Breakfast was very good and well above average. Hotel is well connected to the downtown as well. Main museums are also relatively close.

Room was a bit small for three people and one bed was not so comfortable. But for short stay still ok.

The staff were very friendly and understanding of our situation with our dog! Theres a wide variety of breakfast choices and they’re always refilled very quickly. The garage with elevator access directly below was also very handy. Our room was very soundproof, barely were able to hear the nearby festival.

There’s a limited amount of tables at the restaurant, so you’ve got to be quick during rush hour!
