Clean and nice

The shower 🚿 is only for men :) it’s fixed in the wall at a very high level. It’s good if you have a shower dnd wash your hair. But it’s very difficult for ladies usage.

The hotel was a perfect stay, we stayed for only two days but it really met all our expectations. We loved the breakfast, it was absolutely delicious and the staff was always helpful and kind. Our room wasn't missing out on anything, it was clean and comfy. For some people the room might be a bit small, but for a two day stay it was completely fine. You can see that the hotel is a bit older in the corridors, but the rooms and breakfast hall are really pretty! To the tram it's a 5 minute walk and all in all it takes around 10 to 15 minutes to the centre. You can keep your luggage at the reception in case you're leaving later.

The only complain I have is that the cleaning staff were quite loud at 8am and so if you did want to sleep longer that was upsetting, otherwise it was perfect and we loved our stay. The cleaning staff were very kind too.

The room was incredible, we booked a junior suite and the size and cleanliness was exceptional. Loved having access to dressing gowns and slippers and appreciated housekeeping refreshing the room every day. Breakfast was varied but quite limited if you are a vegan. The only thing on offer for vegans was granola with soya milk, toast or fruit, which is enough to tie me over until I find something else outside the hotel but not worth getting breakfast included if you are looking for something substantial to start your day. Location is brilliant with a tram stop right outside the hotel and more transport links to different areas of the city just a short 10 minute walk away. Couldn't have been happier with the location. The area is busy with different types of shops, restaurants and cafes but very quiet through the night so no disturbance.

More options for vegan breakfast would be great. They provide hair shampoo but no hair conditioner, so you will need to bring your own if you need it. One member of reception got quite grumpy when we asked for a third key card between the two us as we'd misplaced one, (even though we said it was in the room somewhere, we just needed to find where exactly).

We really enjoyed out stay. The location was very convenient, public transport access near by, all tough we mainly walked when the weather was lovely and we love to walk. The hotel served a lovely breakfast and the staff was very welcoming. There was a very relaxing Thai massage available on site.

Since on our last day of our stay (Saturday) it was heavily raining the whole day then we called it a day around 8 PM and decided to go rest after an early dinner. There was a party for what I presume by the kids age, high school students held in the ball room. Which in general is absolutely fine but due to the proximity of our room to the ball room we had a very unpleasant 2h as the party was extremely loud. The receptionist assured us that the party will end 10P, which luckily it did. But this 2 hours left us both struggling with a headache the whole night. In general we were very happy with out stay, just want to leave this note here for informative purpose for travellers who might want to have a relaxing stay in the hotel.

Room was nice, breakfast was great lots of choice Inc eggs, breads, fruits, cereals, yogurts, meats and cheeses. Reception check in and out friendly, was given a map and advice on where to draw cash out as some ATMs are horrendous for conversion fees. Room was clean, easy to operate the shower as well. There was a minibar which seemed reasonably priced but I didn't use it. Two lifts which were quick too, which was good as I was on the 5th floor.

I struggled to find a plug socket as there were no free ones and resorted to unplugging a lamp instead. The walls seem quite thin I could hear the next door room but thankfully they were quiet. I found the bed a tad too soft.

Overall the stay here was very good. Simple clean room with some coffee, tea and minibar options. For breakfast there were a lot of options, the breakfast lounge felt spacious and comfortable and the coffee was good. The bed was comfortable. Location quite near the airport by a public transport.

My first impression was not good. I had a reservation here, I came here in the evening after a long flight. When I came to the reception, this person behind the desk did not acknowledge my presence at all (there was no one else). When I then asked "Is this the reception?" (because I was confused with this behaviour and wanted to make sure I am at the right place), his tone made me feel like I was bothering him. (And yes, it was the reception where you were supposed to check in), This should never happen in a 3star hotel, a simple "Good evening, how may I help you?" would suffice. Also, there were some hair in my bathroom, which I did not like.

Great value for the price we paid with superb buffet breakfast included. The room is very clean, the house keeping were excellent, changed clean towels every day. The location is close to the trams, less than 5 minutes by tram to the Old Town. There are nice restaurants and shops around, but we always ate in town. The staff are helpful and polite.

The little things are: the curtain in our room does not block sunlight, not a problem for us, but may be for people who are light sensitive; the toilet light is motion sensitive controlled and we were always end up in dark during shower or on the toilet seat.

The hotel is well-located, with easy access to the city center via a 20-minute tram ride or a 30-minute walk across the river. The tram/bus stop was very close to the hotel. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, featuring stylish furniture. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options made from high-quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and very helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay.

There was no air conditioning in the room, and although an upgrade was offered during online check-in, this option was not mentioned during the booking process, leaving no way to adjust the room temperature. Additionally, the showerhead was fixed, making it difficult to shower without getting hair wet. Providing shower caps might be a helpful addition.

I like the hotel very much. The location was good, close to the old town, there’s a possibility to use a tram as well. The hotel room was spotless, comfy, noiseless and spacious. The bathroom was also nice and spacious. The hotel staff was very polite, nice and helpful. The check in and check out went smoothly. I would highly recommend this hotel, I had also breakfast included in the price which was great, tasty and everyone can find food suitable for themselves. So overall I’m very happy with the hotel and I would stay there again 🥰 P.S. I fell in love with Prague and the local people, food, nature, everything 😃 hope to visit Prague again in the future

There’s nothing to complain about 😁

This was an excellent stay and value for Prague. It is rated as a 4 star hotel and for the price I feel it was definitely worth it. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had at a hotel and the accommodation and cleaning was great. The location is good too as there is convenient public transportation to get to most places all over Prague.

Parking was quite annoying. The hotel doesn't actually have parking available for guests even if you ask 3 or more months ahead of time. All the public parking is permitted or limited to short hours. However, weekend parking is free. The parking garage they recommend was 18 Euros per day and was more than a 15minute walk from the hotel.
