The suites are really nice and comfy. Nice beds, bath tub. Great breakfast. Michal P. in reception does everything to make you comfortable. He even carried my bags to my room.

Some staff reception are not that polite, they don't greet or notice you. Pity, there is no concierge at the hotel.

Clean and nice

The shower 🚿 is only for men :) it’s fixed in the wall at a very high level. It’s good if you have a shower dnd wash your hair. But it’s very difficult for ladies usage.

Our family had a very positive experience at Hotel Belvedere. During the first few days, we stayed in a room that did not meet our expectations, but thanks to a very helpful receptionist, we were able to upgrade. The new room looked exactly like the photos – bright, cozy, and spacious enough. My spouse especially appreciated the bathtub in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is excellent – just a few minutes' walk from a viewpoint offering beautiful views over the city of Prague. There are several tram stops nearby, which makes getting around the city easy and convenient. The hotel breakfast wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it also didn’t feel monotonous. It would have been nice to see some kind of morning porridge on the menu to add a bit more variety. We definitely recommend Hotel Belvedere as a great place to stay for families.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and safe area of Prague. There are so many nice restaurants and shops. With the tram number 12, you can go to the city centre within 10 minutes. The tram station is in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was also great and various. This was not my first time in Prague, but my first time in this hotel. Any other hotel was terrible. Summarising this hotel is the best choice in Prague if you go for some days to explore the city.

There is no parking option in the hotel, only for six cars. So you can park only in the streets, which is expensive, or at the sport stadium’s parking centre, which is by 2 tram stations far away. In the bathroom there is fixed shower on the wall.

breakfasts were quite fine. nice location - not super close to the city center, but within walking distance & with many trams nearby. also very close to nice parks. the room and the hotel in general feels a bit old, but the beds were quite comfy & the bathroom was really nice and clean - I didn't need anything more for a single person stay. checkin/checkout very quick and easy.

nothing too major on the cons side: there was no main light in the room. an option of early breakfasts would be useful. a bit noisy at night.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options. Good coffee, pastries, bread, dairy, fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, delicious jams... The location is excellent, with tram lines conveniently nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Make sure you go to Letna Park for sunset, within walking distance from the hotel!

The toilet room was separated from the shower/sink room; the hairdryer was useless and would stop after 30 seconds in maximum power (but they kindly lent me a proper hairdryer); The shower wasn’t a proper overhead one—it was a handheld type installed low on the wall, so you had to hold it while showering (water pressure and temperature were excellent though). The duvets are very thick, and there was no top sheet (as usual in every hotel in Europe), so we had to take the duvet out of the cover and use only the cover, otherwise it would be too warm or too cold. Lots of teenagers in the hotel, so the room next door was very noisy some nights until 1 pm.

The hotel facilities were kept in good condition, the room was super clean and so was the bathroom. The staff member who checked me in was very nice and made the check in process super easy. I loved that the breakfast was included, they had a wide range of food/drink options. The location was ideal, it was very close to the nearest bus stop so it was easy to explore the whole city in about 4 days. They only have a thai massage floor which is quite handy if you want time to relax.

The wifi was a bit slow at times, showing poor connectivity, bathroom is a wee bit small but for a solo traveller like myself, it was bearable.

The receptionist were very helpful, providing us with maps, directions, transport tips i.e. PID app making getting around very cheaply and easily and not worrying about tickets. 1/2 price if you are aged 65-70 and over 70's all transport is free 😃. Rooms were cleaned daily. Great choice at breakfast.

Our bedroom was on the main road with trams below, they stop at midnight to 5am. Noisy if you prefer windows open at night to Aircon, but opted for Aircon on 3rd night to enable us to sleep, but room very comfortable and functional otherwise.

Great location, great breakfast, great staff, very clean room and view of the street. Spacious room and my parents room was next door with a connecting door which was handy (but also worth mentioning if you want more privacy). I liked that they tell you that they don't change towels until the third day unless you request it, which is very sustainable.

Walls are THIN, you can hear the street noise and people talk next door. The sink drainage didnt work and couldn't open the "balcony" door/window. Also couldn't find the Do not disturb sign until the last day, it was in the closet.

Good sized, well-lit room with air-conditioning and spacious bathroom. The rooms, lobby were clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is accessible via trams from train station and city center. There are good restaurants (different cuisines) at walkable distance as well as convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was good.

The WiFi connection was inconsistent at times. Our room had a single sofa but no chair to the study/work desk so I found it a little uncomfortable to do quick tasks on my laptop.
