The apartment provided ample space and comfort, making for a delightful stay. Its prime location added to the overall appeal, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities. There is a supermarket less than 5 mins walk from the apartment. The presence of a well-equipped kitchen was particularly advantageous, allowing guests the freedom to prepare meals according to their preferences. Additionally, the bathroom maintained good standards of cleanliness and offered generous dimensions, enhancing the overall experience of comfort and convenience.

Upon our arrival at the apartment, we encountered some cleanliness issues with the sofabeds and bedsheets. Hair and stains were noticeable, detracting from the overall appeal and comfort of the accommodations.

I have stayed at Letna Garden Suites before and found the location ideal. Although it is not in the heart of Prague it has some lovely bars and restaurants close by. The centre of Prague is within walking distance but there are trams nearby for those with walking difficulties. The apartment is large and has most of the facilities needed for a short stay.

The apartment felt a little tired. The shower cubicle had not been cleaned properly for some time, the shower head was broken, the floors need to be properly cleaned, the waste bin in the bathroom had not been emptied since the last guests stayed, and the kitchen crockery was limited and uncoordinated.

We loved how spacious the apartment felt. The entire building is clean, well maintained and visually appealing both on the outside and inside. Everything you may need in the holiday accommodation was there, a thoughtfully equipped place. Although we didn't cook meals it was possible if you wanted to do that. The location is excellent, very close to tram stops and local shops, including a small supermarket and lots of dining options. You can walk to the old town of Prague through a lovely park in about 25 minutes. Taking this route means quite a few stairs but the views are well worth it! Thank you Letna Garden Suites!

Everything was great!!!

The soaps and shampoos in the shower smelled wonderful: thank you! Apartment is set up to be functional, with a clean sponge and cloth in the kitchen. It felt very spacious. Window opens completely which was great for fresh air. The area is quite nice and it's a pleasant walk to the center.

Check-in could be improved. I had a friend who was already staying at the property who sent me the door code and the information about the WiFi but I didn't get anything proactively from the property manager. A couple arrived at the same time as me, didn't have data on their phone and had no idea what to do. Everything could be resolved by proactively sending out information about check-in, including instructions on how to enter the building and room number. Someone had cleaned the room but without attention to detail, e.g. visible dust on the countertops, on the night table, inside the closet.

Very clean apartment, had everything you need for a short or long stay (full kitchen, washer etc). Comfortable bed. Location was not in the city but a tram stop was only a few minutes walk, very easy to use and for to get around the city from here.

It was very hot when we went and the fan in the room was not enough to cool off. Upgraded cooling fan is required to enable a great nights sleep. Resident pulling a wheelie bin down the stairs one early morning to put it outside was a bit of a let down, very noisy. Don’t let this put you off as it’s a lovely apartment even will this negative moment.

Easy to locate, good and quick communication not hard to find parking around. Straight forward instruction to move in that were easy to follow. The door into the building needs a stronger push but easily accessible.

It needs small touches. There is no hanger in the hall, so in winter not very practical. There is a knife but no cutting board. Nothing major, but it starts to be a recurring level of service that lack the basic home touch of the owner not money dump of investor across these new properties in Europe. And the heating was a mystery, got it working easily in the evening, but was unable to re-start in the morning. Why it went out during the night in the first place, is beyond me.

Lovely accommodation and a great location ❤️ It is easy to get from the airport by a public transport. (59 trolejbus and then 26 tram). Accommodation is like a mini apartment. It is very well equipped. It has a fully functional kitchen, hot shower and comfortable bed! All you really need for your stay in Prague-:) There is a lovely park close by if you want to go for a wall or run with beautiful view of the Prague. Although plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and supermarket close by. Great communication with the host.

The room was really spacious, the bed was really confortable, it had a washing machine and a small but pretty good balcony. It was well cleaned and overall a really nice place. It is close to a Billa and a tram station, making it easy to get to the city centre. You might get through your stay without seeing any staff- they place the forms they need in the room and you just have to leave it in the indoors mail box, as well as the room key when checking-out. They let us keep our luggage in the hotel after check-out, but only until 16h (thats when the cleaning lady was leaving).

The kitchen was well equiped, however the oven didnt have any grid, making it hard to use.

Great location, 20 mins walk through a lovely park into the old town or a one minute walk to the tram. Clean, modern, large apartment with excellent kitchen facilities, lovely shower and super comfy large bed. Great communication from hosts. We had a couple of minor issues (eg. no iron) and items were delivered within half an hour! Excellent service. We loved the beer bath in the basement too!

The cost isn't taken immediately and it's taken in euros. I wish I'd read that properly as my bank charges currency fees and I would have used a different card.
