Rooms looked clean and comfy, beds were great. Stayed in family room,2 sepparate rooms connected with small hallway to bathroom.-really good arrangement. Nice breakfast. Free parking on street during weekend.

We stayed 3 nights, after first night asked room service to clean the trash and some new towels. As there was no signs to hang we informed reception-came back in evening, was still not done. Asked reception again,lovely girl came from desk to help out herself(not her job actually)-but hotel really needs better notification system to get room cleaning when stay is for several nights.

Everything was really nice. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and quite diverse. We could park right in front of the hotel. Even though the hotel is further away from the city centre, it was really easy to get to the city centre both by metro and tram. The hotel itself is located in a more quiet and peacul area which was also nice.

The rooms are not particularly soundproof, but it wasn’t that bothering for us.

in our room think there was an issue with the air con unit not communicating to thermostat as was blowing only warm air and couldn’t turn off had to sleep with window open, should’ve gone to reception and tell them, but realised quite late in the evening and didn’t fancy to potentially change room so stayed there

Beds are comfortable, and the apartment is spacious, very clean and well kept. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Clean and cozy hotel overall. Great view to the city of Prague from the 4th floor at least.

Air conditioner was missing. It was really hot the first night. Fans didn't help much. It is pretty far away from the city center, if you only use public transport. However we traveled by car and it takes only 15 min from the hotel to the city center. So not so bad, if you have a car. Parking on the area is available, but not free. Costs around 10e per day.

The hotel is close to public transport (metro/tram) with good connections to the center. The bed was comfy and can be either clipped together as a king size, or it can be used as separate twin beds. The room had a nice view of the city. The breakfast was good with many options. The staff was friendly, everything was clean. The parking is sometimes taken by other guests, but there is enough street parking closeby that is free of charge on weekends, on weekdays I payed through the app citymove. The blackout curtains are of good quality (I like sleeping in complete dark). I definitely recommend this place!

Nice location and kind staff, especially a reception called Vladimir, who welcomed me so kindly. The room was designed modern with a good view to the city. Good location and access to the city centre with just one tram near the hotel.

The only week point is that the room was not sound prouf and I heard any body speek in the corridor in the early morning.

Reception was helpful and most spoke English. Breakfast we could no fault - excellent. Staff, aircon rooms, modern, shower.

parking - they only have 4 cars parks and they were not big enough for our van But next year we will sign up to park on the road monday to Friday

Aida is a comfortable hotel situated on a quiet street in Kobylisy. This makes it handy for getting into the centre as it is near the C Metro, and it is also near 3 tram stops, meaning that you can reach places like Zizkov, Vrsovice, and Holesovice quite easily too. The breakfast had good options, the staff were nice, and I don't really remember anything bad at all.

There was some drilling outside on one of the days I stayed there, but that isn't the hotel's fault. Really, the hotel is good and the street is very quiet.

Staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The room was well equipped, it came with an electric kettle, cups and tea filters/coffee+sugar+cream for two. The receptionists were very helpful providing extra toiletries on request. The room had a safe deposit box available for no extra charge if needed (key can be requested at the reception for a refundable deposit). We didn't use it in the end and experienced no issues, nothing went missing from our room. Our room had no air conditioning, only an adjustable ceiling fan. The weather was fairly warm during our stay (28-30°C early evening), we found the ceiling fan to be enough to keep the room manageable, the lack of AC wasn't a problem.

The wifi was struggling during the morning and evening hours when people woke up/returned to the hotel, which isn't really an issue, but if you need a stable connection for work or planning be aware that you will probably have to rely on your mobile data. Our room came equipped with an ethernet cable, we haven't brought a laptop and cannot comment on the connection quality.

The hotel is located on a hill, from the area around the hotel you can see the beautiful city center, it looks especially nice at night. From the room we had a view of a charming courtyard with a pond, in which small fish, crucians or goldfish were swimming. Easy access to the city center by metro, the stop is located nearby. Very tasty breakfast included in the price.
